The bungalow rooms are beautiful. The location is fantastic right on the beach. Excellent breakfast and good service at Ratna restaurant. The staff are welcoming and provide friendly service. Ratna caters for all dietary requirements and and the chefs are happy to modify meals. A wonderful place for families with lots of activities for the children.

There was a problem with checking in. We had booked two deluxe rooms and a bungalow. The two deluxe rooms were damp and musty - the floors were actually wet and slippery from condensation from the old air conditioner. Some of the deluxe rooms are directly behind the bungalows and get no sun. It took a couple of hours for the staff to arrange new rooms which was difficult for the children who were very tired after their journey. Finally one of the deluxe rooms was upgraded to a bungalow and another lovely deluxe room was found for us.

Great staff, clean, comfortable accommodation.

Location is not the best - not much around the hotel in walking distance, always had to take a taxi... The beach and the ocean in that part of Bali is not the best, however, the good thing about it is that no waves and fairly clean (compared to Jimbaran)

Beautiful setting and swimming pool. Through the course of a week, we enjoyed a couple dinners with entertainment on site that were great (and... a couple were below expectation). The service staff you encounter throughout the property are always pleasant, and the dining staff are very attentive.

The beach isn't very beautiful. During low tide masses of dead seaweed completely inhibit swimming. Despite being impressed with friendly, helpful attitudes everywhere else on the property I found the opposite with the front desk staff. Despite asking a couple days in advance, I couldn't get a 1 hour late checkout and I had a couple instances where we needed help with referrals for services (suitcase repair & shopping) but the front desk staff was completely unhelpful.

We had an excellent stay. The grounds are beautiful, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The food options at the hotel were good, if a little expensive. There was always something on each night, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an issue checking in, however the staff did their best to accommodate us. The pool (and pool bar) were good - the pool is extremely warm, like bath water, but there were plenty of chairs and facilities available. There was a supermarket across the road which was great for buying water.

Food/drink prices very warm pool.

Old style wood and lush gardens but beware there were seeds and lots of mess in rainy season and my son cut his foot badly around d the pool. Hotel helped but wouldn't cover the cost. Beds were a bit hard and mozzies were everywhere!

Missies and ground keeping was a bit lax

Nice hotel, has everything you would expect from an expensive all inclusive resort. Breakfast was amazing, the rooms were excellent and the staff were very friendly. Nice and close to the airport (paid $13 AUD).

Hotel had his own private beach. The pool had a swim up bar. There was a different activity every evening (like live music, dance performances etc.) during the dinner time at the hotel. The property has a traditional Balinese Style architecture with gardens to have late night walks in addition to the beach. The staff were extremely helpful and polite.

The Wi-Fi was poor and didn’t load anything (even simple google searches). We found ants inside our room.

Lots of space in bedroom & beautiful hotel gardens etc, great buffet breakfast, good food, not too many people, nice and quiet.Lovely location.

No plug access for charging devices next to the bed, only one in the room that we could actually charge from. No charging spot on a table for the kettle (had to use the floor). Hairdryer was one of the really old fashioned slow ones and did not work. Wifi was bad, had to re boot continuously & couldn’t open most pictures on social media, did not work at all when spending time on sun beds nearer the beach. US $50 fee for lost key (old fashion system), should be new style cards where each person in room has their own key and not just one to share which is a nuisance.

We loved the place very much It has traditional Bali vibe in the hotel. The beach was nice and so the surrounding area was really good.

The reception of the hotel can be more friendly and smile more.

Good breakfasts, great green territory, good spa

Very dirty ocean, maybe it was a raining season, but we could never swim, water is either far away because of low tides, or water is close but full of seaweed, no one bother to fix it or clean the beach anywhere in Nusa dua. So if you are looking for a great beach staycation, forget about Bali. Gym is very hot, not well looked after, rust is everywhere
