I travelled a lot around Bali and in Southeast Area, this is by far the best place I ever stayed in. I stayed twice in this hotel and will come back in the future. Room: Spacious, clean, modern, soundproof, good working small fridge. Bed: Very large, super comfortable and convenient buttons. Bathroom: Very clean and spacious, awesome shower Breakfast; Amazing food, big restaurant, lots of variety and very delicious. Location: In a very quiet area (Nusa Dua) with lots of luxurious hotels. 15 mins walk to the beach, which in my opinion was better than Kuta beach or Seminyak beach WiFi: Very fast (tested 41 MBit/sec download speed) Staff: They are super polite and helpful. Very welldone Nusa Dua Hotel! Keep it up!

Cannot think any negative aspects

The location is good, easy to go around Nusa Dua, many restaurants,shops , spa parlours nearby. The breakfast is quite good, many varieties.

Not that clean especially in the bathroom, some obvystains can be seen, as well as the bedding.

The pool was fabulous we loved the lush greenery all around and the sunloungers set in shallow water. There was a great breakfast selection and The staff were very helpful too

Great hotel, big room, every 3 days give you plate of sweet :) clean, good internet, 100mb/sec. you can take a bicycle for free. beach 10-15 min away, but very nice beach 😍 staff are polite and friendly.

I got a very big room with the largest king size bed I’ve ever slept on and balcony to the pool. Beautiful room. Beautiful pool.

We stayed for 3 nights and got a special rate of only around IDR 1M per night. At that price point, this 5 stars property is an absolute steal. Located in an exclusive compound in Nusa Dua, there's certainly a feel of relaxed and tranquility. All the staffs were very friendly, breakfast was decent with several delicious local specialties though the restaurant is not very big. The pool is quite small but it's good enough for us and our little daughter. The bed is from King Coil so comfiness is guaranteed. The room itself is quite spacious with a balcony and has a big bathroom with see through glasses that add a touch of luxury. Cleanliness was top notch throughout our stay. This is certainly not an ultra luxurious or modern 5-stars resort, but again at this price point we think we got the best value for our money.

Pool is quite small and I felt that the water was a bit cold; rooms and corridors are not really sound proof so you might hear some noises if you happened to stay close to some annoying guests; there is no beach access but there are quite a few in the vicinity; there's a kids playroom but I feel like it's less maintained and there's not too much stuffs in it, my daughter was there for 5 minutes and she asked to leave.

Good value for money as we found a nice option with discounts. Otherwise, the stay wouldn't worth the amount without the discount. In any case, very comfy beds and amazing area around the hotel. Just some 10 minutes to the beach. Helpful staff. They made a birthday surprise with a cake and wrote the congratulation on the bed with leaves. Also, they were bringing some nice compliments from time to time to the room.

Quite old facilities with visible dirtiness and areas which require refurbishment. The breakfast was ok, but not something that would impress. The noise from floor was heard too well, including the mornings (also here, very noisy doors; we were hearing every time when any neighbor was closing it). The tables in the restaurant didn't allow to put the legs under it due to the unusual design - so, not so comfy to eat. Also, you have to ask yourself every time you want a drink from a waiter as it is not available to take it yourself. The SPA place is mentioned to work till 10 pm, while we've been told by the therapist that they work only till 7 pm latest.

This is my third time in this hotel, and after checking a lot of hotels in Bali this one by far the best. The room is spacious, clean and modern, bathroom is large and clean. The bed is very comfortable, lighting is nice and bright. The outdoor pool is very nice. The breakfast is amazing, wonderful open buffet with selection of lots of options, the restaurant is big and nice. The staff is wonderful and very polite. You can use bikes for free to go around.

The towels are clean but worn out a bit. There is no easy access to the beach without the bikes and no dedicated area on the beach for the hotel.

The hotel and staff were lovely. Bedrooms were clean and beds very comfy.

t was a bit of a walk from the beach but we managed to walk or ride there most days. Bar staff did not seem familiar with mixing drinks and no bar at night was a downside. The pool lighting was reduced early which meant we could not stay there late. My sister left a pair of prescription sunglasses and a hat by the side of the pool one night and they were not there in the morning. They were never recovered.
