The hotel had the best beachfront location out of all the hotels in Nusa Dua. The beach was spotless and staff literally picked up leaves as they fell from the trees. Rooms were serviced to a high standard daily. The staff were professional and very friendly always smiling and saying hello. The facilities are excellent and the business centre has everything you need so you can get some work done with high speed Internet. The themed nights were fun and the food was fantastic with a wide variety to suit all tastes. If you are looking to get away and read a book and have some tranquility in your day the pool by the Spa for adults only is a perfect choice. This hotel unlike other 5 star hotels that look super modern instead it really embraces all that is Bali, it’s built in a Balinese style and has the best entrance to a hotel I’ve ever seen with a temple out front and others on the grounds. Fantastic value for the cost of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The hotel CEO is visible and can be seen chatting to staff and inspecting the facilities daily. A chair that a guest moved earlier was slightly out of line with the other chairs beside it and he put it back in its exact position demonstrating that this hotels attention to detail comes from the top down. You can also eat and drink in other resorts along the beach so we didn’t get bored in the 18 days we stayed there plus it’s only a 30 min drive to Seminyak for $20 AUD.

our family enjoyed the facilities - the swimming pools were excellent and our kids spent all day in them. the location was nice on a stretch of beach in Nusa Dua. The kids particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast each day and the kids club! We attended a wedding at this hotel and it was amazing, such a great location and food was excellent!

The hotel needs a bit of a spruce up, looking a bit tired. small things like the tv remote not working. It was very expensive to eat at the hotel so we tried to venture outside for most of our meals. I don’t think we’d go back to Nusa Dua as it is all big built up resorts which is fine if that’s what you like. Not really the real Bali at all and that shows with the prices (we only came here because of a family wedding). But all in all a beautiful big hotel that keeps the youngsters entertained

We loved, the location, the beach, the swimming pools restaurants and the breakfast was amazing,the hotels reception and the area in general was outstanding .

However room was very average & has seen a better days. we stayed in premier room,mini (bar) fridge was empty and not working , some of the sockets not working , side lamp broken , table missing on the terrace, air-con just just “blowing cool” air, even hairdryer was missing had to call receptionist to get one.

The staff were very pleasant and the beach was lovely. The room was in very good condition too but unfortunately we had rather noisy neighbours who would gather in the balcony in the morning and start chatting noisily. In that aspect, I wish there was more soundproofing in the rooms.

Not a fan of the location. We had to walk out like 20 minutes to get to where the restaurants were as we didn't want to eat within the hotel's premises.

Nice well taken care of beach, kids pool with sand, kids playground, restaurants on site, spacious rooms, beautiful well maintained garden - great for kids to run around the grass, ducks living by the pond!

the property & room were a bit aged, difficult to control air conditioning to get comfortable temperature, we got charged 350k rupiah for breaking a basic soap dispenser, we booked late and ended up with two single beds pushed together (with a gap in the middle), some confusion & delay around airport transportation on departure - despite my double-checking the night before.

We enjoyed a comfortable and spacious Palace Club room with terrace looking out to the gardens. Menu options in the restaurants catered for every taste and the food was delicious. The hotel swimming pools and beach were exceptionally clean with plenty of loungers and shady spots. The hotel staff were among the most welcoming, friendly and helpful folk we've ever encountered. Lastly, we loved the style and character of the hotel.

There's absolutely nothing that we didn't like.

Great luxury hotel. Has everything you need. The staff are so friendly and very welcolming. I did yoga every morning with Ari who is a fantastic yoga teacher. The spa and sport facilities are excellent the pool area is relaxing. Enjoyed my time at this happy hotel.

Food and drinks were sometimes over priced.

Hotel was lovely, very comfortable bed and a lovely garden view. The beach which is straight walk from the pool is amazing.

Very disappointed with only one of the three restaurants been open, also the pool bar where you can sit up at in the pool was closed - again disappointed

Staff warm, accomodating and friendly. Facilities lovely albeit a bit dated. Great kids club. Free welcome drink. Short stay but will definitely visit again. Free shuttle to local outdoor shopping. Pools fantastic. Kids loved it.

Lobby shop is very expensive so make sure to bring your own sunscreen and sanitary products. Apart from that thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

rooms are very tired and in need of a renovation. I was expecting 5 star resort, but some little things let it down. staff did not clean up around the pool during the day so towels were left on sun beds all day and dirty dishes and rubbish left around the pool.
