I had a great stay! The host was very kind and welcoming, and the place was cozy and comfortable. Great location, close to restaurants and shops. I was very satisfied with the quality and friendliness of the staff. Highly recommended!

Frangipani <3 Idk how i'll describe my experience as short as possible at this beautiful homestay. All I can say is that i'm deeply grateful for the days I spent there. The owner Wayan, Neldi and Ketut are one of the kindest, nicest and warmest ppl i've met in Bali, THANK YOU SOO MUCH for everything. I highly recommend this place to everyone and i'll come back to you next time i'll be in Nusa Dua. Other info: The rooms are well equipped and clean, there is a really nice outdoor area / garden that gives you a feeling of being "at home" and it's very relaxing. The breakfast every morning is also very good. I already miss my Nasi Goreng with Tempeh :D. See you again <3

We stayed here in May 2025 and our overall impression is great. Mrs. Wayan and the other ladies are very nice and helpful and made sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. She gave us useful info on where to go and what to do in the surroundings. While other people said the breakfast was insufficient, for us it was just enough to start the day, very tasty, and including fresh fruit of juice, coffee and tea. The room was not the biggest, but it was comfortable enough for 4 nights. The property is very clean, with a nice and well maintained yard, and is a bit hidden from the main road, which makes it very quiet. The place has a nice vibe thanks to Mrs. Wayan, who is a very welcoming and kind person.

While it was not a deal-breaker, I would have liked some insect nets at the windows and a bathroom window for a better ventilation.

Frangipani is 10/10 in all aspects. Wayan the host and her lovely team understand the requirements and expectations of tourists and have thought of everything. The breakfasts were the best I have had in Bali (I have been in Bali for over a month so I'm qualified to comment) - and I loved the little outdoor breakfast area in the garden. The homestay is well-situated a few minutes' walk from the beach and close to restaurants, cafes, convenience stores and a supermarket - you will find everything you need on the main road, about 3 minutes' walk from Frangipani. Warung Sari Boga on the main street at the entry to Frangipani is highly recommended, as is Area Coffee, five minutes' walk away, if you are seeking a caffeine hit . I stayed at Frangipani for 9 nights, during which I attended a family wedding and other related events in Nusa Dua - it's a 30-minute walk along the beach to the upscale hotels (10 minutes drive) so that was convenient for me to attend the various functions - but I feel I had a much more authentic experience staying at a family business where I felt a little like a family member during my stay here. I ended up staying at Frangipani Homestay for 3 nights. The owner Wayan and her staff were all welcoming, always happy to help, went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable. They are genuinely nice people. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast served under frangipani trees, tasty (there are a few options to choose from) . It's a tranquil little place, a great value for money. Local shops, restaurants, spas and a pharmacy are just around the corner. Very nice Staff. The Owner, a sweet women, really went out of her way to make us takeaway packages for breakfast, because we had to leave at 2:30 am and couldn't attend the breakfast. Furthermore, we asked for some Hot Water in the Evening for our Ramen from the supermarket and she prepared them in a proper pan for us and served them beautifully on a plate. (The sincerest made Ramen i ever had :)) Other than that, it was a nice and clean homestay for a reasonable price with very nice people. It kind of felt like being at home with my family.

The best guest house,friendly and accommodating staff, clean and comfortable rooms, good value, and convenient locations, often with a "home away from home" feel and thoughtful amenities like free water or kitchen access, well-functioning AC and hot water, tasty breakfast, and helpful hosts who offer local advice, all contributing to a positive and memorable stay. The staff simply couldn’t do enough for you, Wayan and her staff outstanding and so pleasant. The room was a good size, the terrace was a nice outside space and the gardens are kept immaculate. Breakfast choice is also varied and plentiful. Close to beaches and restaurants but tranquil and tucked away. Loved our 5 night stay so much we’re coming back in 2 weeks.

This was our first stay on Bali but also the best! The place is very quiet yet there are good restaurants, stores, spa and all necessities around. Most importantly, 10 min walk to clean not crowded beaches where you can swim and relax in peace. The hostess is extremely nice, warm and very attentive, prepared delicious breakfasts for us considering our food allergies. She made us feel at home. Will recommend this homestay to everyone and will come back💛
