Rooms were nice and very clean. Staff were great and very helpful.

The only thing that annoyed me was trivial to some but I noticed that the restaurant menu said that prices included tax. When I got the bill for food they showed an ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR TAX, when I queried this charge and showed them that the menu states inclusive, they just said that there had been a printing error and it should say EXCLUSIVE OF TAX. I find that they had made no effort to highlight this "error" to guests, not crossed out, no sticker saying that there is a printing error. I can only believe that this is deliberate, knowing that most guests don't look at the bill closely but this is very unfair, unjust and underhand. 😡.

Very peaceful and tranquil property, with nicely maintained lawns. Some staff were friendlier than others but generally they were helpful. The rooms were massive, as were the beds which were comfortable. The pool area is lovely and relaxing.

We have spent quite a bit of time in Bali so thought we would try this location this time round however if it's your first time to Bali I would definitely recommend staying elsewhere as there is very little going on around here. We spent 3 nights here and that was plenty to spend in this area. Also if you are vegetarian or vegan as we are, just know there is very little around to eat which makes it a little tricky.

We loved our stay here. It was beautiful. The room was super spacious, clean, and the AC was so good. We were very close to the pool (my husband loved that). There were also complimentary breakky - choice between western breakfast & indonesian breakfast. (You could order different ones if you wanted, for an additional price). Basically it felt like a boutique hotel, it was very private but had that hotel feel. They offer massages too. I lowkey regret not taking lots of photos tho,

You’ll need to walk a little bit to get to the main street. Also, we found it quite hard to get grab/taxi straight away - make sure to book your transportation ahead. There also isn’t a lot of choices in-terms of markets/food choices compared to other areas such as Kuta/Seminyak etc.

A super nice hotel, the workers are very friendly Nice clean pool.super clean room , super clean toilette . The facilities are perfect, absolutely everything is very very clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. All the rooms have a small terrace with a table and a clothes hanger for drying. The hotel has a good delicious restaurant with varied food and cheap compared to the restaurants outside the hotel. OVERALL a great hotel

There are not many things to do on the surroundings and if you want to go to an attraction you need a driver (a lot of time is lost on the road) but if you only plan to explore the Nusa Dua area (water sports) it is a very good option

Green d'Mel has been the only (out of 5) stay that has met our expectation. But better than that it definitely exceeds. The location is tucked away and very quiet. As soon as you pass through its entrance you feel you've been transported to another more beautiful place altogether. The gardens are manicured, the pool and loungers are very well suited to the number of guests. The rooms are all in very good, near new, condition. And the staff are always obliging.

The whole property is beautiful and so well maintained with pretty gardens and a lovely pool area. The staff were really friendly and helpful, they all seem to do a bit of everything so are happy to help with whatever. The pool area was great, plenty of sunbeds as only a small hotel and never full sunbeds. The food the kitchen served throughout the day was really nice as well, good value for money. The rooms were lovely and spacious and they were clean bar a few cobwebs that a little dusting would sort. They also gave you robes and slippers. It was a really lovely, quiet hotel which we were sad to leave :(

It was a little away from the main resort area but taxis are cheap and we were happy by the hotel. Staff could just get rid of the few cobwebs in corners of rooms.

The hotel is pretty nice and comfortable, they provide towels for the pool, the area is clean and taken care of and the personnel very polite and kind. The breakfast is good, they offer either Indonesian or American one. The rooms are super clean, well distributed, with AC, hot water, towels and amenities. The beach is at 10’ walking distance, as well as many spas where you can get massages (also offered at the hotel but we didn’t tried them). I totally recommend for sleeping nearby the airport as we did our last day. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, and food is also served at the hotel (average price and taste).

Rooms are new and bright. Very good shower and bathroom in general. The pool is a big plus, it is really good even for swimming short laps. The area is meticulously maintained, the staff very caring, the restaurant provides a variety of food and drinks for your lazy days. Close to the area are many good restaurants if you want variety in your diet. The owner is flexible and respectable - it is a local bussiness.

If I would pick one thing - the area is an average balinese environment, to get to the better beaches we took a taxi. Anyway, it cost only a few euros, so not a serious "thing"..

We arrived in Bali early in the morning and we and were immediately struck by a beautiful and friendly area.that was light, airy and very spacious...it was a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful and they always greeted us with a smile each time they saw us. The breakfasts were amazing and beautifully cooked. The gardener has done a fantastic job of the garden area around the resort he obviously loves his job. The pool is beautifully clean and a good size, with lots of very good quality beds to relax on around the pool. My wife really enjoyed her massage that she had and said she felt so relaxed afterwards. I know a lot of 4 and 5 star hotel managers that could learn a lot from a visit here.

I have to be honest there was only one thing I did not like about my visit to "Luxury, Green D'Mell" and that is that we did not book for longer but next time we, will definitely extend our stay.

One of the best places I've had the pleasure of staying in Bali!! From the grounds to the staff to the food to the perfectly manicured gardens. Couldn't thank the team here enough for their hospitality and care 🥰 the price paid for this place is one of the best deals i have come across! Make sure you try the ribs and cocktails at ketuts bbq around the corner too!! To die for! On site massages (ask for Mita, incredible masseuse and person!!) Bike delivery and pick up available and fair price! Pool is great, air con worked really well, all the food from the kitchen was great!!Couldn't say a bad word about this stay 🥰🥰🥰 special thanks to all the staff, you were all beautiful people inside out 🥰 can't wait to come back here!!
