Direct and immediate beach access (the website should advertise this a bit more as it wasn't clear to me when I booked - planned less days than here than I would have if I'd known). Located more secluded at the end of the beach stretch. Partnered with water sports activity center next door (but unfortunately I was sunburnt from previous trip and did not partake). Indoor pool with associated outdoor pantry, and room in general was a cool design. Providing international adapters for sockets was a simple but nice touch, and delivering breakfast to rooms was also a great service.

Showerhead (top-down rain style) was partially blocked. The glass separation of shower from toilet in the room was a bit annoying. WC had very weak water flush. TV did not have netflix, although it did have many cable channels. The neighbourhood in general is high end, so despite many food options around, they are mostly overpriced (not any fault of the hotel though). The outdoor shared pool is a simple rectangular pool that serves its purpose, but given this is Bali and at Nusa Dua, we do tend to have slightly higher expectations (especially when comparing to the neighbouring resorts).

It's not near from main beach of nusa Dua so you still need to take grab to go there but it's not that far either.

A lovely little place, close to the beach, bars, restaurants etc. The staff were very friendly and took good care of us.

People were able to wander into the hotel grounds from the beach with no check. We didn't have a problem with security, but it didn't feel particularly secure.

The room was excellent and very comfortable. The Microwave added to the comfort. It is next to the beach but this beach has boats parked so difficult to swim or bathe. excellent location. The staff is very polite. breakfast is very very nice. Though we are vegetarians, still they provided us ample food.Overall a very comfortable stay

The Villa very comfortable...Villa pool very clean..breakfast amazing...restaurants in walking distance...this is better than lot of 5 star stays

Not a hotel issue but the amount of plastic bottles on the beach outside.. atrocious...and the very many poor sellers along the beach front not a good sight..both these issues makes for a not good sight for tourists who are residing in some expensive hotels...it spoils the ambience

Villa with a pool was excellent value. Lovely room and splash pool. Outside pool was also very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was pretty average and because there was no restaurant you couldn't get a drink during the day

The location, right on the beach was fab.. I also loved the size of the rooms and the bath on the balcony! Bliss!!

The rooms are a bit tired.. they need a return, but are totally functional in the meantime..

The location right on the beach was great, there were plenty of nice places to eat within walking distance and the staff were really helpful and friendly.

The stairs in the pool were very flimsy and difficult to use, it made having a personal plunge pool useless. It would have been useful to have been informed that there was an outside blind for the bathroom window! Don't assume that the windows are one way like I did!!

Staff andvfacilities all were super,most recommendable Wifi is the last vilas was weak but the staff installed an extra especialy for us

Entrance at the front and beach is the back need an urgent clean up.

We loved everything about this property. We had a villa. It was beautiful, clean, smelt amazing and everything was exactly as described. On arrival the receptionist was warm, welcoming, kind, knowledgeable and professional. We were greeted and offered a delicious cold glass of refreshment on arrival and taken through the check in process. We were taken to our room and left to our own devices, no hovering or unnecessary lingering which I always appreciate as we'd just had a very long day and 2 flights. The room was excellent. Everything we needed and wanted. The pool was private with a small patio and table to eat at, which we did every morning. Breakfast was delivered every morning as per our requests and the breakfast selection was large. The fresh fruit was 10/10 everytime!. The surrounding premises had a lovely outside pool and direct beach access with stunning views.
