The resort was beautiful and the pool area was amazing. It is located in a great spot on Lembongan between lots of amazing restaurants and has an amazing beachfront with many of the islands cute dogs hanging around.

The resort reached out prior to our arrival, to which I responded and noted that my partner had celiac disease and could only eat gluten free. They never responded but were able to make small breakfast items for her. During Nyepi Day they served her food on a bed of chips that contained gluten and didn’t see the problem, so I think this is one area they could improve on as celiac disease becomes more common

We stayed in the premier pool villa. Nicely appointed and loved having our own pool. The room was quite small but the bed was very comfortable, air con worked well but was loud. Toilet was a bit stained but otherwise the bathroom was fabulous (HUGE shower)! Breakfast was great, lots of options and really tasty. The other meals were good but better, cheaper options close by - Lemongrass next door is wonderful! Perfect location on the beautiful beach one way and the Main Street on the other. No issues with road noise but the roosters do love to start up early. I imagine that would be the same anywhere on the island as there are lots of roosters. Staff very friendly. We would definitely stay again!

The private villas are so lovely and the bed is by far the my comfy out of a so many in Bali over months. Great location, and wonderful staff.

The food really sucks guys. The breakfast is very poor, and there has been zero consideration for vegans and vegetarians. I’ve lived in Bali for years and never have I ever seen Gado Gado de vegetarianed. It’s like their actually opposed to it. We wanted to order room service but there was nothing, so we went out in a storm instead. Update your food menu and put way more effort into breakfast because it really badly needs it.

The property is lovely, clean, and has a great abundance of plants and flowers that give it that great Bali feel. The resort has great beach location and great location in town with restaurants and shops just next door.

Most rooms Come with a pool. However, we had to seek out towels for the pool. Recommend providing some pool towels in the room.

Beautiful resort on a stunning beach. Loved our stay here. Room was amazing, private pool, clean and warm. Wifi good. Lots of storage and fully equipped with everything we needed, reception brought iron for us too. Staff were so helpful and friendly, very professional. They collected us from the boat drop by golf buggy, helped us organise all transfers and made my birthday fabulous with decorations, balloons in our room and arranged a floating breakfast basket in the pool, with my husband. Always clean towels and plenty sunbeds available around the beach/pool area and the communal pool was warm and never busy. Great music played by the beach every day. Afternoon teas every day were a lovely treat. Breakfast had everything you could imagine, local dishes, fruit, western food and toast/croissants/cakes. The chef served fresh cooked eggs any way you liked and omelettes. There were always staff busying around keeping the grounds tidy and well maintained. Had a free 15 minute massage included in our stay which was a lovely surprise and very good too. Super little village main street with plenty of food options and local bars on the beach. Few shops and many convenience stores. Many of the restaurants will pick you up and drop you back if you whatsapp them. Mickey's bar opposite was super for drinks and some live music, everything closes by about 11pm so no late night noise. Lots of diving schools around and boat activities as you can imagine. We did a private island tour which was well worth it and you also see you are staying in the best part of the island too.

Only negative we found food and drinks were expensive compared to surrounding establishments which was a shame as the BBQ's and music evenings around the pool/restaurant area could have been better attended. Highly recommend, wouldn't stay anywhere else

Property is right on the beach. Worth it if you stay in villa with private pool. Property is very big and well maintained. Lot of eating out options in the area.

Food, both breakfast and ala carte are average. good thing is there are lot of options in the vicinity and even most of the Lembongan is like 15 mins. Although property is right on the beach the view will be filled with fishing and tourist boats.

Private pool, beachfront pool and beach access for the price was a winner. Staff were all ultra friendly and helpful. Loved the beach views looking out to Abandoned Crane surf break. Jungut Batu is probably the best area to stay, as long as you get a moped to get over the hill to places like Mushroom Bay and Dream Beach. Villa pool was well maintained and the water was nice and clean.

Not a great food offering, but plenty of really good places within 50metres like Ohana's and Bali Eco Deli. The breakfast was decent enough. Most of the food was covered properly, so seems like they've improved in that area. Pool area music was not good. Just pay for the ad free Spotify and load up some decent playlists. Rotation of 5 cover songs over and over was frustrating.

Absolutely stunning villa. Its got that luxury feel to it. Located right on the beach, the shared pool by the reception had the best beach views with amazing service from the friendliest staff! The room itself also had a private pool and felt as luxurious as it looked. I came with my partner and had a wonderful experience. The manager made sure our time there was nothing short of perfect and included a free floating breakfast with our stay since there was a slight plumbing issue with the shower.

As a smoker, this villa is completely smoke free so it was a bit of an inconvenience to have to walk all the way out the villa to have a smoke. If youre looking for a family friendly spot, this is def the place. The amount of kids on this side of Bali was kinda overwhelming. Especially for a couple just tryna get away. Nothing against the villa tho!

Location and room Private Pool were all amazing. LU, Staff provided excellent customer service consistently.

Staff did not set up the breakfast buffet properly daily, Staff preferred to socialise amongst themselves before providing attentive service. Check in was slow, For the price Staff need to improve service. Make sure you get a room close to beach as it is very spread out and a long walk from roadside rooms to restaurant pool and beach. When I requested a barcode sheet for room service male staff ignored me had to calltwice and it took 45mins.

Reading past reviews we had some concerns about the resort, but it exceeded our expectations. The staff were amazing but also the feel of the hotel and the quality was better than expected. Good location, room was decent (we had a 2 bed villa with private pool), and the kids loved it. Pretty happy overall.

The pool tiles in both the private pool and main pool need replacing. The shower gel was not great, and the coffee at breakfast was poor (we just went down the road to Kayu for excellent coffee) - would have been a 9 if these details were fixed.
