Everything! The location is great, staff are the friendliest I’ve ever experienced in Bali. Head chef edy is simply amazing! Great food, and his kindness and willingness to come out and chat with us and make sure there wasn’t anything else he could do different or better was the highlight! Awesome little local dogs that sit around the pool all day, honestly can’t fault it. Right on the water, honestly can’t say enough good about this place! If you’re reading this, just book it, you won’t regret it! Rooms were superior! Great and comfy, good shower and pressure, aircon, tv and wifi reception all amazing!

location, beautiful rooms, gorgeous, well maintained gardens, pool area, friendly staff (nothing is too much trouble), great value for money

Wifi is slow and a bit unreliable. Way too much use of plastics. each room is delivered 4 small bottles of water per day - it would be better to install large water containers with taps in each room that are exchanged when empty. Also plastic straws are still used in every drink from the bar… I love you Pemedal, but please, please, think of the environment and change to paper or reusable straws and stop providing small plastic water bottles. I am a scuba diver and there is so much plastic in the ocean around Lembongan and Penida. Please Pemedal, do your bit to keep these islands beautiful - the changes I have suggested wouldn’t be hard to make.

A beautiful resort located towards the quiet end of the beach. Our family of four had two superior bungalows beside each other. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, big bathrooms with a vanity & shelving. Great to have a desk & wardrobe. House cleaning done daily. The staff here are like family so friendly. Special thanks to Ketut, Julianti, Made Budi & Agus for a truely memorable stay. Chef Eddie, your food is delicious! The breakfast is plentiful with great menu choices. Lovely, clean pool overlooking the ocean, the mango daiquiri on sunset is a treat, just really awesome vibes here at Pemedal. We love it here, we stayed 7 nights & we’re sad to leave.

Nothing it was perfect

Spacious accommodation and not right next to neighbours - no noise. Swimming pool and beach access with optional meals and restaurant/bar. Welcome drink on arrival and very helpful and friendly staff - they helped me arrange a tour and laundry amongst other things. Fridge in room was great and air con fab!

There is now a sea wall which separates the property from the beach so some of the photos are out of date. You can still get to the beach just at the sides of the property but it just isn’t exactly as pictured now.

Perfect spot, pool on the beach, comfortable room with good A/C. Location excellent. Staff friendly and very helpful. Will definitely stay again.

This is one of the best resorts I've ever been to. With the right price, I get very good facilities and views. Clean rooms, neat restaurants, and very easy accommodation I also get. The food provided is also very tasty and varied. In my opinion, the best spot is the swimming pool which has a direct view of the sea. The staff here are very friendly. They helped me a lot while on vacation here. Spending time in the mangrove forest, visiting the nearby beach, snorkeling, then resting at Pemedal Resort is a very pleasant time. It will be even more fun if you spend time with the people closest to you while here.

The location is stunning, the sunsets are magical. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. A good range of menu items for lunch and dinner. The included breakfast menu was extensive. Eddie the chef was not only very friendly he certainly knew how to cook and present food in a beautiful manner. It consisted of an Indonesian selection of breakfast items as well as Continental and English Breakfasts. Our room was large and beautifully decorated, the included water was a real bonus.

Nothing, the place is fantastic

The staff, the chef, the food, location, pool, views of the volcano and seaweed farming. all were great. we loved it here, the great choice of breakfast and lazing around the pool drinking lovely cocktails watching the sunset on the beanbags! just blissful!

the bungalows were lovely however very dark as the walls, ceiling, furniture, bedside tables and lamps, mirrors were all dark wood and the curtains and bedcovers were dark brown. it would be lovely if the brightened the rooms up!

The breakfast seating was very nice, breakfast options plentiful but not many vegetarian options available (we had to customize). Staff were very friendly and always helpful with making arrangements. The rooms are decent sized and well maintained, with working safe. The music was a bit annoying (aged rock) and constantly played poolside.

The resort offers only one way shower gel and water bottles. This is a real deterrent, the island of Lembongan has a lot of plastic trash, no good trash handling system and any more polluting plastics should really be avoided. instead we produced at least 3 plastic bottles, plastic shower gel, plastic shower cap, plastic everything every day. Please change this!

From our first day of arrival, to our last day, the staff were so friendly and welcoming! Nothing was ever too much trouble. There is nothing we didn't enjoy about our stay, for us, it was the perfect size, and location, Our room was very clean and tidy, very cozy and comfortable, it just suited us so well. So enjoyed all the food options on the Menu, also Eddie always came out to speak to everyone and also give his recommendations, adding a very personal touch, which we really appreciated. Thoroughly enjoyed music night, it was such a great atmosphere, bringing in people from out with the resort, added to the whole experience. This was our first visit to Bali, and it definitely won't be our last, and would absolutely be staying here again. A huge thank you to all the wonderful staff who made our stay one to remember ! On observation I'd like to share regarding our Villa #6 which was otherwise delightful, concerns the unsightly view of trash piles at the end of the pathway, easily seen through a sizeable gap where trees/bushes had been removed.
