A comfortable hotel with reasonable room rates. I chose to stay in room 809, a Standard Double Room with a Sea View, but I found the room with a mountain view more appealing with the sight of Gunung Singgalang and Gunung Marapi. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning and hot shower worked well. The bathroom was small but sufficient for me. The Wi-Fi connection was good. The room rate included a breakfast buffet. Enjoying breakfast at the rooftop café, you can choose to have breakfast with a view of the sea or the mountains. There was an adequate selection of food. They offered local breakfast options like lontong, soto, nasi uduk, and various Western choices like bread, waffles, and more. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is also located near the Masjid Raya Sumatera Barat, and you can walk there. Overall, the hotel is good, and I would choose to stay here again when visiting Padang.

Overall, it was good, but the mini fridge didn't work properly and wasn't cold enough.

A nice clean modern hotel in the center of town. Rooms are well planned, enough space for 2. Bed is comfortable, shower is small but quite adequate, there is a table and chair and the staff are nice. The restaurant at the top floor is good too. All in all, a great hotel for the price you pay.

The check in process was very fast. The room was spacious and clean. It was great that they provided free toiletries and the shower was good. The breakfast consisted of mainly local dishes but delicious. There was also a 'warung' downstairs that served excellent food. The swimming pool was maintained well. There's a water jug that is provided in the room that you can easily refill using the water dispenser machine at the hallway. I had beautiful views of the sunrise every morning from my room!

The soundproofing can be improved. I could literally hear every conversation, closing of doors and footsteps throughout my stay in the room.

Breakfast was buffet style , with a great view of the city and surrounds. Room was clean and comfortable.

There was no milk at the coffee bar for breakfast and I think wifi should be included at that price point.

Typical Ibis style design. Rooftop restaurant with a balcony very nice and the drinks (Margharita) excellent. Food quite good. Rooms small and clean. The tower is earthquake safe due to dampers in the ground!

The pool, small, no space around and when we visited the water was murky. Did not go in.

The hotel was well located in the city centre and close to the mosque. The breakfast was good with varieties to choose. Staff were friendly and courtious. The room was also clean.

Comfy room, comfy beds, breakfast was delicious and the location is strategic for my function. Staff was friendly and prompt with my request. Quiet as I requested.

Expected more choices for the breakfast, the bathroom is smallish for me, I felt a bit claustrophobic in there. Only two elevators so sometimes it took too long for us to wait.

Great breakfast with variety of choices. I love for the fact they serve local food, so I can try. While my friend prefer her usual breakfast, the hotel did their best job at it too.
