From the moment we saw the establishment, it was already such a beautiful sight. Upon entering, we were greeted with smiles and grace. Check-in process was such a breeze, and once we got into the room, it was more than we expected. It was big! Bathroom was great and I simply love the design of the room that's so spacious. We even had ample space after putting an extra bed in the room. Breakfast was good with lots of selections. Pool was great too. Location wise, it was so easy to reach the beachfront and the PADANG signage, just a mere 3-5 minutes walk away. Really a pleasant stay!

The bed was comfortable and clean. The bedroom was cute. They accommodate earlier breakfast for those that need to catch the early ferry to the Mentawais. They will store the boards downstairs so you do not need to bring it upstairs.

There was no hot shower on lower floors, just warm water. The front desk person failed to explain where the nearest pharmacy was. They also failed to let us know that they were able to store the boards downstairs, so we did not need to bring them all the way upstairs. It was not until our third stay they offered us to keep them downstairs.

Great location by the beach, gated with security kind staff and a clean luxurious hotel. We enjoyed the pool area in the center of the property to relax and cool off. The breakfast buffet was a highlight.

There are a lot of smokers and the pool area is open for smoking.

The service was friendly, room was clean and confortable and the breakfast was good.

staff told me the pool was opened at 6 but was not until 7 which meant I got ready, went downstairs and had to come back up and didn’t have time to go for a swim. Non-smocking room still smelled like smoke.

Best position as not far from airport as transit hotel. Clean and room and bed very comfortable.

The breaakfast wasn’t up to a standard we thought, but satisfactory. Also right outside entrance to hotel, terrible rubbish everywhere in street. I would have thought the hotel would pay to help keep area clean as a nice hotel

It was a quick overnight stay as we were moving from 1 surfing destination to another so we stayed the hotel as a quick stop over for one night. It's close to the ferry terminal. We arrived at dark and left before sunrise. It's a comfortable spot for a good night's sleep. Would recommend to travellers on surf trips.

Breakfast is good. Friendly staff. Very near to the beach. Clean and spacious room. Water dispenser at the corridor is helpful for continous supply of hot & cold water. Non usage of plastic bottles is environment friendly.

The pillows were so bulky and not compressible which meant I couldn't sleep at all, but my partner loved them. One big dense pillow and one compressible feather (or even foam) and we both would have been able to get a good night.

Breakfast was great the day I was able to have it. I was out too early the following day since it didn't open until 5:30am.

I would have loved some easily available coffee at breakfast (like brewed in a large pot). I also would have loved pastry or muffin to go on my early day.
