We stayed here for 5 nights at the end of our travels and it’s was a wonderful way to finish our trip. We have two small children and the hotel was a dream for them. They had so much fun in the pools/water slide & kids club. The kids club is really great, they do around 4 specific activities a day, from face painting to origami. The outdoor cinema was amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful but not intrusive or pushy. The hotel restaurant also had a full gluten free menu which was amazing for us as one of us can’t eat wheat. We had problems with printing out our booking passes for our flight and the hotel reception staff helped us out. Just an overall great experience, thank you.

Only a small gripe as we had a wonderful time. We had two showers in our apartment which was great but the water flow and temperature of both was a total gamble, never knew what your were going to get!

Apartment spacious, comfy beds, lovely bed linen, fluffy white towels, filtered water supplied, great breakfast, lovely staff, activities for kids.

The back gate closing at 6pm means you have to taxi back after dinner if you eat out.

Had a great stay. Rooms were a decent size and all furnishings were very comfortable. The hotel facilities were clean and well supervised. The pools were lovely and the water slide was lots of fun. Breakfast was plentiful with plenty of choice.

Our 3 bedroom suite was very spacious and comfortable. We ate breakfast in the hotel each day and the staff were wonderful at looking after us, providing gluten free pancakes and bread every day. Sadly, the hotel was still quiet. All the staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for us.

An evening shuttle bus to the main street would have been useful or having the back gate open even for another hour until 7pm would have been a big benefit. Also, we missed happy hour as when we have stayed there previously, it was a time for families to gather by the pool and catch up with each other after the day.

A rare time when a property exceeds expectations. The reality of the facilities, location and accommodation were even more superior than hoped. Enormous apartment. Quiet location (despite one side of the complex being on a main road). Complimentary water cooler in room. Exceptional kids zone, pool, staff and activities. A varied, fresh, daily breakfast. Real pride in the planted grounds, pool and shared areas - constantly maintained and cleaned. A manned access door from the back of the property ensures a short walk to local eateries, and also a main shopping/ dining street. A regular shuttle bus should you need it. Friendly, welcoming staff who make a point in remembering your family.

It is a fantastic hotel, we have stayed 5 times. Staff are fantastic. Rooms are large. The 2 pools are very nice, one has a slide which is fun. It is close enough to walk to shops, beach and restaurants but there is also a free shuttle. (Good and bad) A lot of construction going on and noisy, but! It will be even better when we return. They. Are always improving, which is a good sign!

Not that we didn't like, but disappointed. Unfortunately our flights to Adelaide don't leave until 11.40pm. we asked if we could have a late check out. We were told we could for $100 AUD. We think this was very expensive as all we really needed was somewhere for a shower before leaving for the airport at 7.30. Unfortunately when you fly, times don't always match check in and check out. When we checked in it was 9pm, not 2pm. Going by their rationale we should have got a refund ( haha) We ended up booking a room at "Grandma's hotel" it was only $27 for 24 hours. It was lovely clean with nice pool and delicious food. I would recommend it to anyone else with late flights.

We absolutely loved our stay at Prime Plaza Suites! All the staff were wonderful, welcoming, helpful and very friendly! They were great with my children having jokes, and helping when they needed help! They have a brilliant children’s swimming area as well as a family swimming pool for older families! Their pool bar staff were awesome with their drinks….Delicious flavours all round! Their breakfast was absolutely delicious every morning! 100% recommend to anyone! We will definitely be back. - Such a kid-friendly resort with great pools and playgrounds (indoor area and outdoor). Lots of area of the pool where kids can reach the bottom and even areas for babies to splash around - Good selection at the breakfast buffet and very attentive service. Quick to come with high-chair and clearing plates during the meal. - Very big and comfortable room. Stayed in a two-bedroom apartment and it was excellent to have the kitchen area as well as 2 bathrooms - Good location and quick walk to lots of restaurants and the beach - Kid menu is pretty good for lunch/dinner. The kids enjoyed their food. - Coin operated laundromat in the basement

- The room felt a bit damp at times - hard to figure out what setting the air-con should be on to avoid the issue. First few nights the bed felt damp but then it got better - Bathtub plug does not seal completely so the water slowly drains out during the bath - Poor wifi signal and outdated system of logging in and only having a maximum of 3 devices connected per room - No smart TV - everywhere else we’ve stayed in Bali has had it so it was a surprise. But there is a decent selection of TV stations (for example HBO both for kids and adults) - The food in the restaurant for lunch/dinner is not the best, especially considering the high prices they charge.

We love this hotel, it has a kids pool and kids club separate from the bigger 'adult' pool. The water slide is fun and they have kids activities organised daily. The gardens are beautiful and the staff are amazing. The day spa is lovely and very handy being onsite. We have used their baby sitting service and been happy both times. They recently went above and beyond to help celebrate my Mum and my Sons birthday. It's a $3 ride to Sanur or catch the free bus, or walk. There is a back door where you can walk to the main street in about 10-15 mins. Don't be put off by the location, you wouldn't know you were on a busy road. The apartments are very spacious.

Beautiful serene relaxing property with amazing friendly accommodating staff. Highly recommend this place to anyone including families. Will most definitely come back in future.

No skim milk available for coffee. Access to accommodation isn’t a completely safe way for people. A straight passage without obstacles would be appropriate especially for families that may have prams and kids in arms. Also a covered passage to rooms would be safe in wet times. Taxis provided from hotel is too expensive. We managed to get taxis half the price to and from hotel.
