Apartment spacious, comfy beds, lovely bed linen, fluffy white towels, filtered water supplied, great breakfast, lovely staff, activities for kids.

The back gate closing at 6pm means you have to taxi back after dinner if you eat out.

Our 3 bedroom suite was very spacious and comfortable. We ate breakfast in the hotel each day and the staff were wonderful at looking after us, providing gluten free pancakes and bread every day. Sadly, the hotel was still quiet. All the staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for us.

An evening shuttle bus to the main street would have been useful or having the back gate open even for another hour until 7pm would have been a big benefit. Also, we missed happy hour as when we have stayed there previously, it was a time for families to gather by the pool and catch up with each other after the day.

Had a great stay. Rooms were a decent size and all furnishings were very comfortable. The hotel facilities were clean and well supervised. The pools were lovely and the water slide was lots of fun. Breakfast was plentiful with plenty of choice.

Good place for families with kids. apartments are very clean and staff is very nice. Kids pool and playground is nice and kids club does some activities. In 15 mins you walk to the beach and in 10 minutes to a strip full of restaurants and cafes. we really liked to walk to Maya resort in the morning for coffee where our toddler could also play in their kids club.

the kids club itself needs some refresh, it’s all a bit old and dusty. The back gate closes at 6pm so after that time you always need to take taxi back. The breakfast buffet is very basic, don’t expect too much from it but it did the job.

The kids pool and slide are fantastic, the main pool is massive. Breakfast buffet every day was great quality, food was delicious. All of the staff, especially those around the kids area were fantastic. The bar staff were especially lovely, sometimes we just waved across the pool and theyd bring our next round of drinks!

The mattress was a little too hard for my liking, by the end of the week I was feeling a little more achey and sore than Im used to. Im not complaining, just wanted to mention it. The same goes for my wife, who is usually more at home on a stiffer bed, but after a day of touristy type stuff, we just want to sink into bed and it wasnt happening. Our kids didnt complain about their beds at all, hahaha. Food was overpriced, which is to be expected I guess, but Bali is Bali. Theres no reason to charge $6 for a small plate of fries. If the food was better value we would have eaten at the hotel more often.

Clean and modern accommodation with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Pool and kids club were fantastic. The main pool was the perfect temperature, had basketball rings and volley ball net to keep the kids amused while we enjoyed the pool side cocktails. The kids club pool has a great little water slide and play ground. Kids club staff were engaging and fun. Great breakfast options, sure to please most tastes. Room service food was also delicious and well priced. Friendly staff, that went above and beyond making our stay truly exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our room was huge and the pool areas were great. Never too busy to get a sunbed etc. The kids loved the slide but hot tip - take an inflatable ring to go down on as so much faster. Staff great and price of food & drinks & day spa very cheap compared to others.

As everyone has mentioned the back gate being locked so early in the evening is a real down side. Even if they stayed open an extra hour until 7pm it would be a huge help to those with young kids. Only other downside is location away from main area but I think that is also a plus for it as it makes it more affordable?

We had the 3 bedroom suite and it was amazing!! So much space and the set up was so welcoming... the table was set for dinner when we walked in, the beds and bathrooms all made up beautifully. We loved having a couch to relax on and somewhere the kids could all escape to fire some chill time. The pool area was nice and the kids had a great time in the kids pool.

The gate to the back street (main area) closes at 9pm. This was crappy as we live to walk as much as we can and explore the area. It's cheap enough to use a grab but the costs definitely do add up if you're doing this lots. The price of food in the hotel is expensive. The spa prices were decent but they only had a minimum of 1.5hrs and that's too long for us to sneak away for to be pampered or massaged.

The first time I have stayed somewhere the actual room is better than the pictures. The staff are friendly and helpful. The kids had the best time and we felt comfortable letting them run free. The kids pool area is supervised and throughout the week there was activities to help keep them amused. Prices for drinks and meals were reasonable. Cheaper out side of course but still good value. We even got to have a day and evening away from the kids, they were looked after by a nanny provided by hotel so we felt safe and comfortable doing this. Great place for families.
