The place was great, new and clean. There was a kitchen available but not easy to use (always busy). The staff was courteous but not very present.

It would have been a great stay if the other guests of the hotel would have been more respectful of the common areas. Unfortunately a large group of Russians felt a little too home and had their kids shouting all day, making a mess in the kitchen and swimming pool area. It made our stay unpleasant and we had even wished to leave earlier. I would love to come back only if those guests were not here anymore ruining the peace of the place.

Villa is located down a side gang in central Sanur- exiting very close to Artisidana supermarket. Has about 12 poolside rooms and 14 second floor. Our was a great size, with a comfortable bed, good modern indoor bathroom, fridge and desk. Room was serviced as requested. Lovely clean maintained pool that was warmer than expected for winter and not getting a huge amount of direct sun. Garden with shared sun beds at one end . Breakfast served in dining area on ground floor. Basic Bali breakfast options with fruit, eggs , toast and pancakes. Serve yourself instant tea and coffee. No kettle or cups in rooms but access to boiling water and free coffee/ tea in this area.Staff were great and helpful

No cups/glasses/kettle supplied in rooms. Only 1 chair supplied - but again you could go to dining area . Can be tricky for drivers and cabs.

The location is excellent, and the staff and guests are friendly. The room is spacious and clean. It's just a 5-minute walk to the main shopping street, making it easy to access supermarkets, dining options, and transportation. Many guests are long-term residents, creating a nice community atmosphere. The facilities in the common areas and kitchen are also well-maintained. Overall, the staff is helpful and accommodating.

The door is difficult to lock, leaving a gap through which I can hear noise from the neighbors. I can hear them talking or walking at night, and even when someone in the adjacent room uses the toilet.

my husband and I loved our stay here. we’ve been coming to Bali for years and this is definitely up there on our list of best stays in terms of value, comfort and location. We booked one night but ended up staying 3 nights. * the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable * rooms are cleaned well * QUIET! cannot hear traffic, roosters etc and guests are respectful. * room has a TV with Netflix, YouTube, etc * massive central pool that’s clean and super inviting * nice spacious dining area. The ambience of the place in general is wonderful. * location is perfect. Near restaurants and attractions but the area still feels authentic with local warungs and shops. * much better value for what you get compared many other guests houses I’ve stayed at recently. our budget is usually between $40-$80 per night. * Last but certainly not the least, the staff are so friendly and always there to help!! we will be back!!!

This was by far my best stay. The property is beautiful inside. The neighborhood is quiet. Not easily assessable by 5 or 7 seater cars, but you can easily walk to the main road and ask to be picked up there. The staff were so friendly and always helpful. I had to be at the main road at 1am an one of the guys walked with me. There are local Warungs and international dining options in the same street as Linda Villa. It was an easy walk to the beach, shopping and international eateries. I really enjoyed my stay here. the room is spacious, clean. TV has wifi capabilities. great Aircon. Bathroom was very clean. easy to book daytrips and excursions from Sanur. I like the vibe of being close enough to the beach but in the neighbourhood it is quiet enough to get a good nights rest. Grab was also able to deliver food quickly when I ordered.

It was very clean and had good facilities. Great aircon, nice to have a tv in the room and water and coffee was readily available.

Unfortunately the pool was out of order for my last two days, however it looked like they were fixing it so hopefully will not be a problem in the future. The location is also down a long narrow road that is not well lit. Not great if you are a solo traveller walking back at night but fine if you get a ride on a gojek/grab bike.

The room was cleaned every day and all the staff were very nice. Breakfast was also good. I was able to spend a comfortable and relaxing time. The staff member, Yusuf , was always smiling. Thank you for kindly delivering the ice!!

Great location, even though it is tucked away behind the streets, but just need to walk for a short distance to reach the central area. Hotel is clean and comfy, I slept so well during my stay here. Toilet is clean and hygienic, towels and hairdryers are provided. Common area is nice to just chill and hang out. There is a nice pool. Highly recommended as I really enjoyed my stay here.

The road to reach here is very narrow.

The room was clean and the furniture was modern. The bed was comfortable with fresh bedding. Nice bathroom, with standard toiletries. Netflix for viewing, which was a welcome bonus. Only a short gojek to the beach.

The air conditioning unit started leaking in the night and as it's positioned directly above an electric wall socket, the water ran down the wall and into it. My phone was charging in the socket at the time, which caused me to worry. The floor was soaked, which I slipped on due to it being tiled. The towels, old greying and rough. Could do with some new fluffier hotel towels. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. 2 tiny bottles of water.

Silent, beautiful area, but you need a motor or car to get around for sure. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and very comfortable, so we were really satisfied with it! Breakfast is not outstanding, but it’s a decent price (30idr pp) for the area. The pool was also cleaned almost every day.

The hotel has a motor rental partner, and the man bringing our rental motor was trying to scam us by discussing 80idr per day with us, but then counting 90idr per day for the total price. We paid for the motor for 4 days and only later the day we realized that the man wrote 3 days on the paper but made us pay for 4…… As per the hotel itself, they forgot to give us some essential items every once in a while like toilet paper, and often times there was not warm water in the shower.
