Great quiet location with a 10 minute walk to the main road and the beach. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. My wife and I were sick in the room for a couple of days and the staff were very helpful during this time.

We found this property to be a little expensive for what it offered compared to the other two properties we have stayed in on this trip to Bali. We paid approximately $80 AUD. Unfortunately the towels and bed sheets were quite badly stained and the requested replacements were not much better. Two of our pillows should have been thrown out they were that stained and filthy. It's a shame because the room was clean but clean linen is essential and it's small detail that is easy for management to rectify for not a big expense.

Friendly staff

My balcony is facing the roof of the building, so all I could see was the roof, not a glimpse of the pool. It's ok if I am told earlier. Other than this very minor issue, the staff are friendly.

The staff are amazing. Every one of them. Always helpful and happy. The bed was pretty good but if it could be softer that would be SO much better 😊 The room was a great size with lots of storage. The shower was above average for Bali with great pressure and very hot. Having a separate toilet was good. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff. If you are a light sleeper or like a sleep in the local dogs in the area might bother you late at night and early mornings. Next time I will bring earplugs. The gardens are beautiful. They offer a free water refill station. We liked Anindya Homestay so much that we booked it again before we left.

Here a a few things that could be improved: The TV: It is small and we couldn't get anything to play through their set top box or our Firestick because the wifi was too slow, so if was always buffering. Linen: The bedding, pillowcases, pillows and towels were stained. It didn't look very nice. Even though we knew they were clean. Pool pump: It only comes on with a timer, so it's not always running during the day. This means there is often dirt, leaves and suncream on the surface of the pool. Not a huge thing, it just didn't look appealing. Having it on from 9-5pm for example would solve the problem 🙂 These are just a few things that could improve Anindya Homestay and make it even better! 😊

Stayed in room on second level which is not the same quality or size as ground level. Recommend ground level rooms but not second floor.

The people are amazing, the place is immaculately clean, the location is perfect. For my first solo trip to Bali I couldn't have wished for a better place to stay! Everybody there is so lovely, kind and generous, I felt so safe and really looked after. It is so clean, the plants around the pool are amazing and everything is so well looked after. Its only a 5 min walk to the beach and all the shops, I hired a bicycle and just walked and biked around Sanur the whole time. Everyone should stay here is so beautiful and although in the center you can't hear any main roads. I had my birthday while here and they were so lovely bringing me doughnuts and candles and singing me happy birthday, always made me feel so valued and safe while staying here.

Very friendly staff. Nice to have a pool to cool off in. Great local advice given on area. Nice and quiet area , away from hustle of other busy areas.

Very friendly staff, good size room with separate shower and toilet. There was also an area in the room to prepare food and a fridge. Pool was well kept and pool surroundings were nice. Location is 5 minutes from a large supermarket and 10-15 minutes walk from the beach. Where are a number of restaurants in walking distance. Overall, good value. Room also has a safety box.

Not a complaint, just be aware the included breakfast is simple with limited choices. Common areas are very clean, though a refresh of paint would be good.

Excellent location, within walking distance to shops and beach and restaurants. Unlike previous accommodation this was not managed by the owner and family. Staff in charge were friendly and tried their best however leaking aircon was unable to be sorted during our stay which possibly may have been if the owner was on site. Air con still worked so didn't ruin our stay. As others have mentioned toilet is very close to shower so make sure to remove toilet paper and not put your clothes near shower when showering. Great pool area and reasonable priced laundry service provided.

Not having an owner/senior manager on site. Also had been used to having breakfast provided so this was a slight negative, but we knew this before we came and there are good eating places just across the road.

Anindya Homestay exceeded our expectations, and we have already booked our next stay. The homestay was very clean and in a very central location near shops, the supermarket, restaurants, and the beach.

The WiFi connection was slow to connect to the television, so we could not connect to watch Netflix or other streaming services. Instead, we used our own devices to overcome the problem, but it would have been good to have watched movies on television.
