We stayed at Amber Resort Hotel from the 14th to the 19 th of December. We had a great time there and we enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was fine. The room was kept very clean; it was lovely to have cold and hot drinks in the room. The staff was very helpful and attentive to us. I would like to mention Adi who was exceptional. He would explain all the sites to visit in Lombok and activities to do. We followed his advice and thanks to him, we enjoyed so much being in Lombok. He could well be an organizer for places to visit, he’s amazing and he knows his island very well. A special thanks to him. Ronie was great as well and he helped us in many ways, advising us too. A very warm Thanks to him as well. Ali and Alejandro were helpful to us as well. We had a marvelous stay thanks to everybody working in the hotel. Thanks to everyone.

We absolutely loved this property! We will definitely be staying here again in future. It's very secluded and quiet in the area which is just what we needed to relax! Staff were fantastic and very helpful with everything we needed.

Overall a great, young facility with lots of potential: liked the quietness, the kindness of the staff, the design of the facilities, the restaurant menu, generous breakfast, the comfortable chairs, couches and beach mattresses.

Absence of day curtains in my room, no hot water, many mosquitos in the room (but later resolved with a plugin repellent), absence of beach towels vs bath towels, shower head a bit annoying to handle as constantly twisted, body lotion was provided on day 3 only, towels should be dried up and folded every day but it wasn’t the case for me, absence of towel or dry rack in the ventilated bathroom, which makes it difficult to dry things as outside air is quite humid, a bit too isolated maybe which renders any trip slightly more cumbersome, but thanks to a scooter rental just opposite this was easily solved. Spa and massage was overall good but with room for improvement. No paddles or kayaks, unfortunately. Missing weekly on-premise activities, which could be a nice highlight in the day.

I love dogs and wish outfits like this supported them and helped in some way. the street dogs have a hard life and with support from these resorts it could improve the lives of so many beautiful dogs.

Our 12-day stay was perfect. We enjoyed our stay with the kids; there were a lot of other kids, so it felt like being on a vacation with a great community. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Kids said they had never seen more friendly people than in that hotel and Lombok. The food was excellent; for 12 days, we never got tired of the options, and there was always something new to explore. The facilities are excellent, and the location is far from everything. However, we still explored the island, travelling around and returning to the hotel late in the evening. The spa was just great; the only thing I regret is that I didn't visit it every day. The quality of the massage is outstanding. Thanks, everyone, for making our holidays remarkable! Anna and kids.

It's a bit too far from everywhere but manageable if you plan your trip properly. Just keep this in mind.

I had the most incredible welcome from Karin as soon as I walked into the reception. I knew instantly I was going to have a fantastic time here purely from the energy of the staff. I booked the junior suite with a shared pool which was beautiful and if I wanted quiet time this was ideal, but if I wanted to be more social I also had the option of the main pool and bar. The location is stunning and the main pool is right on the beach with a gentle breeze which keeps you cool while enjoying the sunshine. The restaurant does delicious food and very healthy options. Every morning at breakfast I had such a warm welcome from the staff who all remembered my name and made me feel very special. A special thank you to Karin for ensuring all my needs were met and checking in with me each morning at breakfast to ask if there is anything she can do to improve my stay. This was also lovely to have someone to have a chat with as I was alone. I stayed for 12 days and feel like I’ve really made friends with the staff. Thank you team Amber for making my stay so enjoyable. So much love to you guys, you make the place. I will be bringing my whole family back next year.

The resort was amazing, clean and great breakfast . The food was fantastic the staff are so friendly. Very pleased with the resort , location and staff. Definitely worth every penny.

Amazing experience. We stayed at Amber for 11 days and it felt better than home. Considering the long stay we experienced all the facilities and there are no places better than here in the world. Restaurant is superb with exquisite food and service, from breakfast till dinner. The location is breathless, this marvelous beach is just one foot away with an amazing pool falling down to it. The room and all related services were pleasant and curated in every single part. Superb spa service with prepared staff and various kind of treatments. PLUS all the staff is simply unforgettable: they will help you in everything you will request, they always have a positive attitude and they truly make your stay even more perfect (if possible). A special thanks to them who really made our stay special, and particularly to David, Rina, Hamdi, Nik, Hagi and the fantastic and so capable resort manager Mr. Sudirman. Simply Heaven on Earth.

The newly opened Amber Resort was such a wonderful treat to visit. Beautifully decorated, clean and comfy we felt right at home. The staff was outstanding and accommodating to all our needs. We came with our 7 month old baby and were perfectly situated in a room with a private pool so we could still enjoy the sun and a dip while the baby was napping. We were also provided a baby cot which was a great help. Especially Pak Haji, Rina, Yunas and Alfian took great care of us - thank you! We can't wait to come back.

We would love the option for baby highchair. And could recommend the music in the restaurant to be less party and slightly more mellow

It’s in a very good location. The staff is really responsive and friendly. Private pool is a must. Yes, they do have public swimming pool, but usually it’s crowded with kids;) so if you have kids, they will find friends ;) Spa ladies very nice, I even manage to arrange ice bath before opening hours.

We stayed during some special days as Valentine day and others I don’t remember. Background Music in a restaurant is really good, bit when it came to live music: in my opinion it was too loud and sometimes reminded me late karaoke one man show ;)
