From Check-In through to Departure received incredibly friendly welcome from the whole staff and made to feel like family. Room was spacious with a great rainfall shower and the view was incredible - both to wake up to, view the sunset and to watch the fishing boats at night in the bay with their lights on. The infinity pool was also a great facility to admire the view from which fronted my room. I used Sam the driver to get around for longer distances/airport transfer and for local trips used the free scooter service. Nothing was too much trouble - even happy to go and fetch some beers. Highly recommend Seven Havens and their team.

We recently stayed at Seven Havens residence Lombok and we can't stop raving about it! The views are simply breathtaking and gave us a feeling of being in a cozy cabin in the woods. However, what truly made our stay unforgettable were the people managing the residence. The service team was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make sure that we felt at home. We were amazed by the warm and friendly nature of the staff. They took care of every single need promptly and with a smile on their face. No ask was too much for them. They even arranged transportation for us at a moment's notice and took care of our dietary needs. We must say that the service provided was truly outstanding and at par if not above some of the most expensive hospitality brands. We were really impressed with the staff's dedication towards their work. They are truly an asset to the property, and we sincerely hope that they are paid what they deserve. We booked this residence for the views, but we would definitely visit again for the service and warmth of the people running the place. Special thanks to the staffs - Rudi, Hassan, Pathul, Indar, Tari, Hambali and Yudi.

While the infrastructure of the residence needs a little uplift and regular wear and tear maintenance, the staff more than made up for it. When we first checked into our room, there were quite a few lizards, but the staff members patiently removed every single one of them which they could spot. Due to gaps in the walls, lizards and other insects do enter the room frequently.

The pool was cloudy which put me off swimming. Unfortunately the aircon in the room wasn't working properly so the room never cooled down.

- [ ] At least a second sun umbrella so that both sides of the daybed by the pool get shade - [ ] More hangers at the wall in the room and also in the bathroom (would be easy to implement, there is enough space)

While the place itself is really extraordinary, set on a hill full of wildlife, the staff is really what makes this place warm and unique. All the needs are catered to with a smile. Literally a great base for exploring southern Lombok as well as a great place to relax after a longer trip. Sunsets from the main pool are one of the best I have seen in Asia ever. Would stay there again. Oh and food is really authentic and tasty, better than in many restaurants around the island.

Simply W-O-W. It is an 11/10!!! Everything at this place was top notch from the people, location, view, villa and the service. Even the owner/manager came by to welcome us. We felt so comfortable and didn’t even want to leave. Every wish was fullfilled and made our stay seem like a dream. The food was incredible as well. We would definitely come back in an instant. Thank you so much for everything.

The villa was very large with fantastic view over the hills and was very private. We were here for our honeymoon and it was a great relaxing location for this. The private pool was lovely, if a little chilly! The communal large pool had a stunning view of the sea and sunset. The included breakfast was lovely.

We didn't personally mind it but it is located at the top of a very steep hill. Free transfers were offered to the beach, however this is by motorbike and neither of us are keen on travelling by bike so we walked.

The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. We had a private villa with pool and enjoyed the views and quiet. The equipment of the room is great and even for the evenings Netflix is available

The location is more for secluded retreat because there is not much in the close by areas to do. It depends a bit on how long one stays and what the purpose of the trip is. For us we were lacking a bit of options and activities for each day

We felt very comfortable from the very beginning. The location of Seven Havens is slightly elevated, providing a breathtaking sea view with breathtaking sunsets from the beautiful pool deck and some rooms. Selong Belanak Beach is clean, not too crowded, and suitable for beginners in surfing. It's only about a 25-minute scooter ride to Kuta. The hotel staff, led by Yudi and his entire team, are incredibly friendly and attentive without being intrusive. They take care of all your needs and even arranged to bring back a lost item from Nusa Lembongan to Lombok for us. We highly recommend the hotel to everyone who wants to have a good and relaxing time.

We stayed at Seven Havens this month for 4 nights and had an incredible time. The hotel itself is stunning, located on a mountain with beautiful views, yet still close to what, in our opinion, was the best beach, Selong Belanak. The hotel has everything you need, breakfast, lunch and dinner, scooter rentals, a free shuttle to the beach, as well as they will also arrange excursions or transportation to the airport /port if you need it. The food was delicious too. We ordered food to our hotel room a few times and loved it. They also arranged a dinner by the pool one night which we really enjoyed. The hotel room itself was very spacious, new, clean, had a mini terrace, a massive bathroom, lots of closet space and amazing views…we loved it. The showers were also incredible with plenty of hot water if you needed it. Even though everything was incredible, what we loved the most was the staff. Everyone was so nice, especially the manager. He really took care of us and we enjoyed talking to him, as well as the rest of the staff, during our stay. If you are debating whether to stay here or Kuta, I would stay here. The beach is minutes away, literally, and was the best in our opinion with no corals or rocks, as well as no crazy waves like Bali. You can also learn surf if you like. The hotel arranged it for us and it was a great experience. One last thing, the infinity pool, which has the most spectacular views, also has the most incredible sunset and did I forget to mention that there is a family of monkeys living next to the infinity pool? These monkeys were calm, not like the Uluwatu monkeys. Thank you Seven Havens Residence for everything. We hope to return again in the future. Cristina and Francisco, the couple from Spain! :)
