Absolutely everything. Staff were amazing. Facilities were amazing. Our room was amazing. It was a perfect honeymoon. We had a villa with private swim up pool and it was perfect.

Everything was perfect but if I had to pick one thing, the outdoor spas jets weren't great. But that was extremely minimal. Everything was super perfect.

Great villa with big pool out back. Was clean and if there was a problem (e.g air conditioning not working) was resolved quickly. Helped us sort out excursions, went the extra mile to ensure we got to see what we wanted, amending schedules to suit us accordingly. Golf cart service picking us up to take us too and from each of the two restaurants All staff were fantastic The massage was epic

I can’t criticise the property, my comment goes out to Lombok in general. There is a problem with the water quality of the sea. There is significant flotsam off the beach in the resort, although the beach itself is clean, I wouldn’t swim in the sea there. Lombok needs to sort the river outflow into the sea or risk the lucrative tourist industry.

Beautiful outdoor swimming pool and the view from my villa. Spacious and perfectly organized facilities. Breakfast buffet near the beach was very good. Walking in the fantastic garden with a lots of tropical trees along the beach side after the breakfast was really good. The beach just right beside the garden was so clean that I had lots of fun in the beach. Easy access to the restaurants with good local food and the "Fresh Market" within at most 10 minute walk.

Wifi connectivity was bad and slow.

The villa was super spacious & very comfortable for a family. The resort is on the beach and Sengiggi is a great location to base yourself to explore Lombok & the Gilli's.

The pool are looks a little tired. The decking area where the sun lounges are located for the beach needs updating and repair.

The pool villa is quite a huge size, with 2 walk-in wardrobes and bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs. There is a master bedroom upstairs and 2 single bed downstairs. The pictures don't do justice - the room is bigger than what we expected. Huge plus point is the easy access to the pool - kids love it! There are marts and a very good coffee shop in walking distance to the resort.

The Villas are all nicely located near a 100 m pool loop. They are fully equipped. There is a nice garden/park around the facilities with a 1.5 km path. The garden is maintained really well. You can watch the sunset near the Italien restaurant with a nice cool drink.

The villas are getting old and need some renovation. The 2 single beds from the children have been really uncomfortable.

Each pool villa has direct access to pool (lazy river) which is amazing. The villa it self even for 5 people is huge. People are amazing and very friendly. Breakfast was very good and lots of different foods to eat.

The resort did not had any chairs on the beach, but Im assuming this is due to the fact that there were not so many touristst. Biggest issue is the mosque (there are at least 3 around resort). If you are not used to the LOUD prayers, you will be awaken each morning at 5am and then at 7am and so for 5 times per day. It is something you can not avoid in Lombok. Suggest to bring the noise blockers for ears.

The breakfast location for pool villa guests change without notice....on our first day of breakfast, it was at nearby breakfast corner at pool villa but for the second and third day of breakfast, we need to walk to Rinjani Restaurant for the breakfast although some of us utilised the buggy facilities...

The room was amazing. We stayed in the club part which was a two storey bungalow with walk in lazy river. Absolutely gorgeous and perfect. On the day we left our boat to the Nusa islands was delayed by 4 hours and the hotel let us check back into our room so we didn’t have to wait on the jetty which was so so generous

Barely anyone at the hotel and was really hard to get anyone at breakfast

We had the pool villa and I can say it was the best accommodation we've stayed in! Lots of space, a spa pool, access to a pool (from.our door step), comfortable bed... we could not fault the villa.

Wish we could have stayed longer.
