Superb hotel, great breakfast, good location. Awesome pool and bar.

Walking around the area is terrifying because of how fast and reckless people drive. You take your life into your hands every time you try to cross the street. Hotel could probably advocate for some kind of traffic-calming in the area; painted pedestrian crossings are just ignored by all motorists.

Great pool and on the beach. Great location for restaurants. Lovely to hang out on the beach with local families. All staff at hotel were exceptional!

It needs a bit lf a lick of paint but for what we paid we have no complaints.

We loved our stay & totally fell in love with Lombok! The breakfast spread was very good, a nice combination of local & western food choices, and breakfast are halal (I have called the hotel beforehand to confirm). I loved the Mustika Ratu shower & shampoo gel, smells luxurious. The staffs were all very polite, friendly & helpful. Will definitely stay here again if we ever revisit Lombok!

The toilet bidet water pressure was too high it felt ‘sharp’. The cicadas can sound a bit too loud like they’re screaming into your ears as early as 5:30am, its not that we hated it, we didn’t really mind the sound of cicadas, just thought some people might want to know about it

From the moment we arrived at the Sheraton Sengiggi, we felt like honoured guests. The customer service at this horel is outstanding. Everyone we met throughout our stay was efficient, helpful, and, most of all, kind. This was our second stay at the Sheraton, and we were surprised that people remembered us. Tiwi, the Customer Service Manager, went out of her way to make sure our stay was unique, introducing us to the staff and assisting us to see the wonderful sights of the island. Our room was superb with such a comfortable bed and an excellent bathroom. Special touches such as tea and coffee facilities , lombok snacks, and a roomy balcony made this experience even more special. The restaurants in the hotel are wonderful. The pool is amazing. Even though it was high season, we always found a spot to enjoy the beautiful gardens surrounding the hotel. We cannot thank Tiwi and the staff enough for their commitment throughout our stay. We hope to be able to visit again soon

Nice and clean

People trew their towels on the beachbeds in the beginning of the day.

The hotel is beautifully situated right by the sea. There are plenty of comfortable sunbeds, soft towels, and very nice swimming pools, all set within a lush tropical garden. Breakfasts are tasty and varied. Nearby, you’ll find many little shops, massage salons, and stands offering excursions around Lombok. We had a stunning view from our terrace overlooking both the garden and the sea. The staff were extremely kind and very helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside is that the rooms are starting to show their age and would benefit from some renovation, especially the bathrooms.

Beautiful breakfast with helpful staff. The pianist at breakfast was fabulous! Very comfortable rooms and great pool. The turtle hatchery and feeding was great!

We were on half board and the stay and dine menu was the same for our five nights in each restaurant which was a shame as more variety would be better. Perhaps same menu for each night of the week would mix it up? The service on the Sunday was very slow too and seemed under staffed.

We loved staying in this hotel, we had an ocean view room, the rooms were very clean and really well maintained. The pool was lovely, sun beds were very comfortable, with pool towels easily available. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Also have to say the breakfast was one of the best we had during our trip, lots of variety, and lots of food cooked to order, with the piano playing making it a nice atmosphere ! The hotel has access straight onto the beach, and just a short walk along the beach to some nice restaurants. We were here early June, and it was very quiet, not many tourists around, I expect some of the bars and restaurants struggle to survive as it is so quiet.

The only thing for me was the noise of the road that we could hear in the rooms at night.

The hotel/bar wine list is terrible. Dreadful, overpriced "Bali" wine. A few imported wines, all overpriced and mainly not in stock. Happily there is a M Mart nearby, and Fresh supermarket, who have much better imported wine options at reasonable prices. As do other nearby 1st class hotel restaurants and even local beachfront restaurants.

Amazing staff, facilities for the kids and breakfast buffet. When we arrived, they first said that they could not fulfill the request of having our rooms close by, which was important, since we were travelling with our 9 and 11 year old kids. We said that this was not an option, since they are too young spend the night so far apart. They apologized, gave us an upgrade to a suite connecting to another room, and invited us to two free cocktails. The kids loved the pool with the slide, as welll as the baby turtle center. would definitely go back if we return to Senggigi.
