The front office, housekeeping and coffee house personnel were very courteous and well mannered. The overall cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel, rooms, lift, seating areas were all top notch. The hotel is located in an excellent area, malls & restaurants are walking distance away.

Buffet Breakfast was far from satisfactory. Variety was limited. There were many items not available, for example: 1. Pastries - extremely disappointing. This is the main bf item most people would look forward to. Croissant was small and hard, not large and soft. There were no muffins and other Danish delights 2. Bread - No butter was available. What was given was actually margarine. No peanut butter. And worst of all no cheese. 3. No fresh fruit juice 4. No apples or oranges The food was left open. There were many flies especially on the watermelon and papaya fruit cuttings

My mom was the one staying in the property. She said that the room/hotel was great and she had a pleasant stay. She mentioned that the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Iskandar (if not mistaken) who helped her printing some documents during her late check-in. She actually ended up staying for 1 more night at the hotel to catch an early flight to Bali the next day. Thanks for the hospitality!

She said everything was good, but she wished there were coffee/tea and sugar provided in the room.

The room is very comfortable, and it has an Europe feel. The staff are very friendly. The location is good, it is near a mall and there are a number of eateries around, very convenient for sundry goods and dinning.

On my second day and the next day, the hallway was awfully smelly. The room service menu needs to improve. It would be good if can provide some soup noodles, or cub noodles would be nice.

Good value, breakfast was excellent and good variety, very comfortable beds, staff were kind and helpful, well decorated, nice outdoor seating… ibis is pretty reliable!

The bathrooms had a funny smell, towels were a little worn, no coffee/tea in the room but mugs/kettle were there, could have information about things to do in the city (still a very good stay overall)

We were a group of 6 people in transit. For a one-night stay it was really a bargain. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable (nice topper!), and if you're lucky enough you can get a room with a view of the skyline of Surabaya. The position is strategic, next to the biggest mall of the city, and not far from the old town.

Breakfast could offer more western choices.

It's my second time to stay in this hotel. Location quite strategies in city center, just a few step to convenience store and food stalls on back side of the hotel. Quite closer to shopping mall, just walking about 5-10 minutes away. Check-in process quite fast. Room cleanness, ok. One thing as my considering to book this hotel is pay at property options. Overall rates, value for you money.

Towel should be changes

Generally excellent! From location, to facilities to service. Excellent staff from reception to food and beverage to masseuse. The breakfast was also great considering the value for money. They accommodated my check in requests as they see us traveling with a few elderly, and there was a huge group during our stay but it did not damper their service. Will stay here again when I’m back in Surabaya

Location is great and good for traveler. This hotel at city center, just 2 minutes drive to the biggest shoping center tunjungan plaza, just 6 minutes to kedungdoro culinary night, and just 6 minutes to the legendary jalan tunjungan city center tour as well.

The towel was old and the colors has faded. The housekeeping attendant and food beverage attendant didn't quickly response to clean up the tray after we have finished our meal. And we found same condition on other room at same floor

I liked the staff at the hotel. Very friendly, always ready for help. I want to thank Deo and Ria. These guys helped me a lot! I also want to mention that the location is good, and breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, extensive choice.

the only thing I didn't like were towels, too old towels

the staff, the service, the location. the staff were very helpful and friendly, in my opinion this makes a huge difference in your experience about a hotel even if they have some other minor issues. For me, the AC wasn’t cold enough, however, once falling asleep it was ok.
