Location and the airport drop/pickup service. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast is not too fancy but provide quite some options for the guest.

Wet area in the bathroom a bit smelly, as the hotel is quite new, it should be due to a technical problem with the sewage system.

I love the room in this hotel, its clean has great hot water, and a very comfortable bed. The room is excellent.

The restaurant service was very slow, we had to wait for an hour or so just to get our food, even when it is not so busy. As this is like a transit hotel, it would be better to have faster service as people who stay here might have to sleep early or leave early. Time is precious. Another thing I was a little annoyed with is that we already registered that we were going to use the shuttle in the morning, but they said we didn't. So initially they wanted to use a smaller car in which we wouldn't fit. Luckily the driver decided to change the car to that all guests can use the shuttle. As shuttle service is the most important aspect of a hotel close to the airport, I hope this will be corrected later on.

The hotel was modern, clean and close to CGK airport in Jakarta. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. I have to mention Cindy who was very helpful and allowed for a late checkout since our flight was in the evening. Cindy also helped arrange a private driver for a trip we wanted to make 2hrs out of Jakarta. Also, arranged a takeaway breakfast and lunch for our trip which was a nice touch as it was presented beautifully! And gave complimentary soft drinks before we left for the airport. They have a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport where the driver waits for you- great service very professional. They really do take care of you and make you feel at home. Thanks again would definitely recommend if you need to stay close to the airport.

This is my hotel of choice for transit between flights due to the location, comfort and cleanliness, and reliable shuttle service. I have stayed here often enough in the past year (due to work) so that the staff recognized me and they are always very friendly and helpful. In the last stay they accommodated an early check-in due to my early arrival and gave me a timely wake up call at 2.30am (as requested) for a very early flight. Will definitely stay here again

The sink plug in the bathroom jammed, but they promptly sent someone to fix the issue after I called so it was just a minor inconvenience.

There's quite a big selection of breakfast, but I have enjoyed it more in the past where they had more vegetarian options that happened to be fewer this time. However, as always this hotel gives me exactly what I need in between long travels (arriving from 5-h flight from Papua, departing to 16h journey to NZ) with its quiet room, comfy bed, late check-out possibility and ease to get back to the airport.

Next time I'll choose omelette at breakfast as the poached eggs are not quite to my taste :) also I could do with a wider variety of vegetarian dishes for lunch

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and assisted with everything I needed. I stayed for one night before a flight, and the hotel’s free shuttle got me to the airport in just 5 minutes. The price was a bit higher than other hotels in the city, but the convenience of the shuttle service made it worth the extra cost.

Aside from the hotel, there aren’t many attractions nearby. However, there is a Starbucks close to the hotel for those looking for a familiar place to grab a coffee.

Breakfast is good. Staff are nice and helpful. The location is incredibly good for transiting passengers from and to the airport. Everything is perfect, especially the service, including the professionalism of the staff. I must express my appreciation to the front desk lady who organized an out of schedule pick up, very impressive. I will come back next time when i travel to Jakarta again.

Only one minor area needs to be improved. The pumps on three bottles in the bath room have inadequate quality. They should not be presented in such a good hotel. Otherwise, everything is perfect,

I love everything about this accommodation. From timely pick up at the airport, swift service at the front desk, how enthusiastic every staff in making sure the guest are happy, to cleanliness, food even the refreshment they left by the receptionist is superb. This is the standard of hospitality that needs to be maintained. I do have one request about the room. While it’s large enough to fit a family of four, I highly believe the round table can be swapped with something better to fit at least two adults. This goes for the chair as well. I find it a little difficult to enjoy our in-room dining experience when the table and chair can only accommodate one adult. Other than that, I’m confident my family and I have found our go to hotel. This is a great place for a short transit between domestic and international flight for me. I prefer it because of the location making it easy to go back to the airport. The free wifi is reliable (I managed to have a zoom meeting without any glitches), and the breakfast is vegetarian friendly (I felt like I had enough protein).

I wish they could be more flexible with free late check outs (I did get an hour but since my flight was in the evening it was still a bit early). The bread at breakfast was quite stale, but in hindsight I guess I could have just chosen the sliced toast.

The breakfast and breakfast staff were amazing and so helpful one of the best hotel breakfasts Ive experienced. The fron desk checkin staff and then days staff, especially Cindy went the xtra mile to help with checkout times, arranging Grab Cars and Airport Shuttles buses. This is an exceptional hotel with very organized staff, I will return for sure, thankyou.

Sorry just one issue, the smoke detector had a bling light thats super annoying at night asnits above the bed
