Upon arrival at the airport, the free shuttle from the hotel had been waiting for us. The check-in process was smooth. The hotel room was clean and the bed was comfy too. Breakfast was superb with plenty of options. The free shuttle was also available from the hotel to take us back to the airport for our next flight.

Almost none, but if I can give some words of feedback; it would be great if the hotel could mention in the booking agreement that a security deposit of Rp 500,000 was required upon check-in. The breakfast area; the continental options were superb, however, the local (Indonesian) options were almost hidden from the plain sight that we totally missed it.

Vary convenient option when in transit at Jakarta airport CGK. Free airport shuttle. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. The staff is very kind. Free pool access. Several restaurants. Excellent breakfast, which start to be served at 4am. Good value for price. Recommended.

At arrival we have to wait a while for the free shuttle at the airport.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and I decided to upgrade the room and what a difference that made for just a few extra £s. The room was bigger, brighter, more spacious bathroom with much better fixtures and fittings which are at least 10+ years younger. Everything worked as it should with a comfortable night's rest on an excellent bed and a very hot powerful shower. The transfer to the airport is slick and efficient and the amenities at the hotel as good as can be expected.

The staff are a bit pushy about getting you on the shuttle bus 10-15 minutes before it actually leaves which is annoying and the hotel is huge so beautiful prepared for some long walks down huge corridors to get to your room. Minor niggles but how about some lifts scattered across the building? Multiple entrances etc?

We always stay at FM7 when we are transiting from Jakarta. We love the sauna and cold plunge pool. The rooms are large and the beds very comfortable! It is well suited for all types of travellers including surfers. We travelled with x8 surfboard bags in our group and they were able to fit them all in the shuttle bus as well as our luggage for a small fee. The buffet breakfast was great as well as the massage at the spa which is open until 10pm. I wish I had more time to have a longer treatment.

There’s nothing we didn’t like about FM7. It is well run and managed. There are ALOT of rooms which can make your room a long distance to walk to depending on where you are located.

Excellent hotel for overnight stay. Good transfer service. Kind people, big rooms and very nice swimming area with hot pool, cold pool, and huge normal pool. There is also a gym, sauna, hamman, lockers, showers etc. The staff is accommodating, the breakfast is served very early in the morning and there is a vast choice of tasty food. 24/7 room service with excellent options. Prices are competitive. I would come again if I popped by Jakarta again.

The shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel took a long time to come (probably because of the traffic), we waited more than an hour…

the shuttle to the airport was very smooth and good. good place if you wanna have a location near to the airport. no hectic! the selection of buffet was a numbers. staffs was friendly

there was no lift. only stairs. not good for elderly or kids. the selection of breakfast was many but the taste is so so only, not that awesome. we missed our welcome drinks as we checked out early and no keys to get back to the lobby. location is very far for other restaurant, if you order food via grab, then the delivery will be super long the open area (roof) is only open at 5pm. ended we don have chance to look upstairs

This hotel is very convenient. They offer a free shuttle bus from/to the airport that makes it the best hotel for people with early flights or a short stay in Jakarta. The room is clean and comfortable and they also have a good customer service. The swimming pools and spa facilities are very well maintained.

It is a bit expensive compared with other hotels. They charge you for a late checkout. It doesn’t make sense considering that the only reason why would stay here is to go to the airport. The should offer it for free since a lot of customers leave very early and it wouldn’t be a problem for them. Also, the breakfast is buffet but tasteless.

Airport Transfers were arrange with little fuss and suited the flight arrival and departure schedules. Rooms were large in comparison with most Jakarta Hotels and TV worked well with fair selection of channels. Restaurants were sufficient for the hotel with the roof top restaurant offering a good selection of food and beverages.

Could do with some lifts to serve the second floor rooms when majority of guests will be transiting with luggage. Obviously the Hotel is not ideally located if you require to visit the City of Jakarta itself being between approximately 45 mins to 1hr 30 mins travel time in a taxi/grab.

While organizing my belongings, I discovered that my white jumper, which I had received as a gift, was missing. Consequently, I contacted the hotel reception to inquire about its possible whereabouts. Within five minutes, there was a knock at my door, and a staff member from the laundry service appeared, presenting my white jumper—neatly cleaned and tied, with a badge that displayed my name. This experience demonstrated the hotel's professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness. The hotel is an ideal choice for a short stay of 1-2 days, whether you're arriving or departing on your flight. It provides exceptional value for money, featuring welcoming and trustworthy staff who go the extra mile to ensure your comfort. Guests can enjoy a delightful dining experience with a diverse menu and inviting atmosphere. The spacious rooms are designed for relaxation, offering plenty of room to unwind after a long day of travel. Plus, the efficient check-in and check-out process ensures that you can focus on enjoying your trip without unnecessary delays.

The hotel does not provide an elevator service to the second story. I reserved a smoking room, and while the air conditioning unit operated effectively, it was inadequately maintained and not clean. Furthermore, the proximity of the rooms to the karaoke area resulted in significant noise disturbances due to loud music. Addressing these concerns would enhance the hotel's quality and bring it closer to the standards of a five-star establishment. Deposit IDR 50.000 is still charged on my credit card after three weeks, although I haven't used it at all during my stay (all payments were made on the spot). I have contacted the hotel twice already by email and now the hotel did ask for proof (credit card statement). Since this occured last year already it seems their protocol and in my opinion too much of a hassle for guests afterwards. My advice to other guests: pay your deposit in cash!
