Everything about the Hotel was good! It has quite a central location in Ubud and you can walk to many places from the Hotel. Staff was very kind and helpful.

The breakfast consists of a small slice of bread, 1 small jam, boiled or scrambled egg, slices of fruits and coffee. Considering fruits are very cheap in Ubud/Bali, at least more fruits could have been served. Also, if your room is close to the entrance/reception/mini restaurant for breakfast, you will have to wake up at 7am with people coming to breakfast and chit chatting loudly lit a few meters away from your room.

Abipraya is a unique slice of Ubud. Having the rice field terraces amidst the hustle and bustle is lovely. The staff are welcoming and always try to make your stay comfortable as possible. The location is good, only a short walk to the main road, shops, etc. The room is clean and comfortable, with great facilities. Having the outdoor deck area is lovely if you get one of the bungalow-type rooms. Abipraya is reasonable for what you get; it has everything you need for a pleasant stay in Ubud. :)

Guests should be aware that there is a live music night five days a week on Jalan Bisma (where this hotel is located). The live music doesn’t stop until after 11 pm. There is also a hotel directly next door with their pool facing the bungalow rooms; during my stay, there were very noisy guests in the pool until at least 1 am. The room doesn’t have a clothes drying rack which would be convenient if added.

The grounds were spectacular. The birds sang every morning and the staff kept the grounds really beautiful. I think it is one of the prettiest grounds that I have stayed in Ubud City Center. The staff was friendly and tended to all my needs.

The wifi is best near the kitchen. We had to move rooms and had great reception in room 1 but wifi troubles in room 5, which was further from the better wifi connection for my computer but the staff worked hard to try and correct the problem. They could not have been more helpful. The wifi did connect to phones successfully but not to my computer. The management assured us they will be taking care of the problem for future guests. I would like to try them again in the future,

Beautiful place surrounded by amazing plants and flowers, awesome settiing of the structure. Location is good, 10 min walking distance to the messy centre. Very nice room and bathroom. Comfortable bed, lovely staff and made vegan 3 breakfast options for me, pool was good too.

The Rice field does not look like in pic, less looked after and a few things put around it to keep birds away. Bathroom was full of big ants at night time. Bathroom walls and bathtub stained and did not look very clean but seemed to be normal for the local standard. I guess ants are the price to pay to be surrounded by nature.

nice clean roomy. very private, loved able to sit outside and watch the rice grow. was very private bungalow style. quiet, seemed far away from the hustle and bustle of town, yet close enough, except for screaming cats outside one night. Staff was very friendly and always super room cleaning.

Lobby area and entry way were pretty with lots of greens / plants. Front officer staf was very nice to let me checked in early (was possible because the previous guest checked out early as well). The room was nice, clean, enough space, with small paddy rice plant right across the back door. Small terrace was nice to have coffee at in the morning, and I had breakfast there too. All staffs were friendly. Worth the price (I got late booking discount though).

Water that came out from tap in the bathtub was brown (up to the stage that made me didn't want to take a bath anymore). Please look into it.

The accommodation was like a little oasis in the hustle of Ubud town centre. The rooms were clean and functional and well equipped. The staff were delightful and the daily breakfast was cooked to your order from a selected menu every day. The gardens were beautiful and lush and really well maintained. The pool area was nice and overlooked the gardens. We could walk to a number of attractions such as the monkey forest which was quite convenient considering the traffic can be quite bad in Ubud during their peak hours. The stay was very homely and if you are looking for a large 5 star resort then this place is not for you. Its quiet, clean and relaxed and the staff and gardens are lovely.

Our neighbours next door had a bit of a late party one night which was right outside of our room. Had we been a bit further away it would not have been an issue.

The stay was extremely comfortable and the people were very hospitable and professional. The room size is quite big. The Pool area is nice and clean The Minus point would be an extended breakfast menu and a Full-Size Mirror Missing in the Room. Plenty of Restaurants around the property, and almost nearby tourist attractions were within walking distance. Many tour operators and Ubud Market is near by. Overall a great place to stay if you are at Ubud with good value for money Thank you for taking care of us.

I was there for a one night staycation with my husband and our little son. I didn't expect too much at first since I booked for budget accomodation, just need to relax and find greeneries in Ubud. However everything changed once we arrived. All The staff were friendly and very helpful especially the guy who was there upon the check in. I need a pump to blow my floaties and he brought it to our room shortly. The room is spacious with complete amenities. They even provide showercap which is very important for me. Smart TV, aircon, hairdryer, minibar etc all working very well. The bed is so comfy and three of us had a very good sleep. The green rice paddi view in front of our room (Suite Room) is just perfect and so refreshing. The floating breakfast was so good with simple tasty food and drink. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a budget resort with very good hospitality. It is also located in the middle of popular Bisma Street where you can find so many good restaurants in walking distance ❤ Just a little feedback, it would be great if a bathmat can be provided in the bathroom 😄
