Laidback guesthouse in lush, verdant setting, just outside the town centre. Comfortable one-room villa. Breakfast ad fresh juices were great. Pool was well-loved by the kids. Location was close to campuhan walk trail-head.

Pool was generally ok, but the water was not super-clean and it could have been cleaned a bit more regularly.

breakfast menu options are good but there’s no much options. Serious wifi problems, if you come working from home this might not be your place, wifi reception was crashing all the time and you better might have to approach to the main areas if you have work to do.

Pleasant staff, good breakfast. It's also possible to send clothes for a laundry (incl. white clothes), the results are good. The location is nice, slightly away from the main roads and crossroads of Ubud but not super far. The main Ubud locations are still in relatively walkable distance. It's also quite easy to fetch a taxi by Grab from the property. Terrace view from Deluxe Quadruple Room is great. Nice swimming pool. There is a bar at the property.

Deluxe Quadruple Room has an extra room for hanging out but due to the absence of AC there it was hot and humid there. Plus the room didn't have that many furniture inside so the space was underutilized. We were staying in either the bedroom with AC or at the terrace with a nice view. Sometimes the Wifi connection was jumpy and needed to switch networks that also had a jumpy reception.

The quietness, river sounds & jungle beauty were amazing! The staff were also helpful & accommodating. Warung Sakagraha is just over the bridge before the 7-11 & the food is exceptional. Highly recommended!

Lots of steep, mossy stairs! 😬 Villa 2 has no TV despite a TV being included in the price. Bathroom has a very strong mouldy odour.

Pretty much everything! My room was gorgeous and spotlessly clean. Staff made up the room each morning which was a nice surprise. It also had a large terrace with an amazing view across the river to a temple. The room also came with a separate kitchen. The gardens and greenery were beautiful. Pool was amazing. The little restaurant area was also lovely and had fantastic views as well. Staff prepared incredible breakfasts each morning with freshly squeezed fruit juice of your choice. Ani's Villas is a pretty easy walk into the centre of Ubud, so very convenient. The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. I would definitely love to stay there again.

For me everything was perfect and I have no complaints. However, people should note that Ani's is situated on a steep hillside and has a multitude of stairs, some of which are a bit deep and uneven. Therefore, definitely not suitable for anyone with any kind of mobility issues.

This is a hidden gem in a very good location! It is on the side of a hill so expect to up and down a lot of stairs. The pathway is filled with beautiful flowers and lots of interesting creatures like butterflies roaming around. The VIEW is simply excellent and you can really feel the energy of the Campuhan river and trees. Best morning view ever and they have like a spot where you can just marvel at the wonder of nature. There is a temple across the other side so just don’t be noisy and show respect when staying here. The bathroom and room are basic but the aircon is strong and I had to turn it off one night due to the cool air at night. The shower water pressure is STRONG which I really love. Staff are very kind and helpful, they provided an international adapter for me.

I guess the stairs make this place not suitable for everyone especially with disabilities. TV wasn’t working and wifi wasn’t that strong except for the wifi in the restaurant but you shouldn’t be in front of the TV or phone screen anyways.

The Serenity....staff were available to assist with all enquiries. Walk up the stairs to kadek or Diva or pass wayan or made in garden; at the entrance security always greeted; kitchen staff mangtini; arrini great Cooking enjoyable breakfast may I recommend green pancake if you have a sweet Tooth.Staff happy to help with language difference and beautiful smiles. I stayed 10 nights and I requested when room was to be changed/ cleaned. As solo traveller Anis Villas were ideal. Did I mention the location; sound of the Holy Rivers; the birds and birdsong;the colours of insects butterflies; the impressive Koi in pond the soothing sounds of nature. I walked most places transport is readily available. Kadek even ordered food delivery for me one evening and I tried Divas delicious soup. Beautiful Family Feel.Gratitude every morning for walking up in Paradise. Ubud is my medicine.

This was easily the most beautiful place I stayed in my 3 month trip to SE Asia. The villa was absolutely gorgeous, with lots of space, a beautiful shower with stone wall and bathtub. The beds were super comfy and the mosquito net gave it such a fancy vibe. The AC and water pressure were great! Pool: it was so beautiful, it seems like a natural pool so it didn't feel like it had tons of bad chemicals and my skin felt fine after going in the water. Location is perfect, a 20 minute walk from the busiest part of Ubud, which means the hotel is very peaceful. It's located right next to the river so you really feel like a part of the nature. I loved hearing the flow of the river throughout the day and night The quality of the breakfast was incredible, such good food and fresh fruit. The staff were all very sweet and so helpful with anything we needed. I would love to come back some day.

We saw a few dead snails in the mornings, they could easily avoid that if they installed motion activated lights on the trails at night. The other really sad thing is that they don't have a water refill station, they put tiny 0.5L water bottles in our room every day which creates so much unnecessary waste in a place that is already struggling with plastic pollution. I hope they can become more sustainable in the future.

Beautifully decorated villas, Balinese style wood carving. You can hear the river all day long + you have a beautiful jungle view. The pool was great, warm water. They can arrange for amazing massages in your room, the ladies come with everything prepared. You don't feel like being in Ubud, no noise. The staff was incredible, laundry, luggage storage + carrying it to our rooms etc. Really good breakfast with an amazing view of the jungle. They also have a rooftop bar and restaurant there, just walk the stairs up. Also, a good 24h store across the villa. Amazing place for yoga too - in our 2 bedroom villa + down, by the river. Hidden gem, really nice price!
