We had an upstairs premium room overlooking the pool and the rice fields. It was a lovely large room and great sized balcony with a gorgeous view. For the price it was fantastic value. It was lovely and quiet and never had a problem getting a bed by the pool. The staff were so friendly and willing to help with any request. Location was perfect for our needs. We couldn't have asked for anything more perfect. The gardens are beautiful. They had a water cooler in the little restaurant that you could top your water up with anytime. Happily gave us buckets of ice when we wanted it. My friend that I was staying with got a coffee each morning and said it was some of the best coffee she'd had.

Our little fridge didn't work and smelled when we arrived, but when we told them they came and grabbed it and quickly replaced with a working one, just thought it should have been noted before we arrived. Pillows were huge and high and hard! But that's only a small thing. Bathroom had glass door n window, which would have been fine, the door was frosted, but the blind on the full length window showing out to the bedroom was broken, so didn't close. It was a friend and myself there, so we just sat on the balcony when the other was showering cos you could see everything. Water pressure and shower head was really crap. Just a couple of small things, but it didn't bother us too much.

Hotel is well positioned in a quiet area of central Ubud. Super extra comfy big bed. Very good breakfast and tea/coffee available in the room. Complementary fresh water available at the restaurant. 2 pools. Lovely architecture. Private balcony. Lots of plants.

I don’t see the need of plastic bottles in the room, because there’s water at the restaurant and customers can just refill their water bottles. Less plastic is better :) It was a shame the rice fields has been harvested but obviously that does not depend on the hotel ;)

The location - perfect, center of city, walk anywhere you like, but the street is not busy and quiet. It's really hard to find a better location in Ubud. View from the rooms is perfect, above expectations, we had suit on the second floor. Watched the rice terraces, all the cycle of growing rice, with lots of birds. No insects onsite, very clean in the rooms and around. The hotel is very green, they have two pools - perfect, clean and deep. It feels people do a very good care of the territory. Rooms are big, bath is nice with enough hot water. Rooms are quiet - sound insulation is on a very nice level. Overall, I think property definitely costs its money and we will be happy to stay here again.

Having a kitchen with a stove may be a bonus to comfort for those who want to do self cooking, and larger fridges in the rooms or a big public fridge may solve the issue of sudden hunger :) (but it is not a serious issue - a lot of cafes in the area, you may never want to cook yourself - we stayed in total almost a month and may be we just were too long on cafe food?). Internet speed may be a bit higher, average speed was 18-23Mbit with sometimes interruptions. - but it was enough for our kids online study. Water in the cooler tastes not perfect, may be should change the supplier?

The hotel is located in a nice and quiet area. I especially loved that breakfast was until 11am and they serve it on your private balcony. Hotel has 2 lovely pools!

Rooms are tired and in need of a renovation.

We loved our stay here! The hotel was really nice, huge room which was cleaned every day whilst you have breakfast with fresh towels and water, private balcony with table chairs and clothes horse to dry your things which was really handy! Breakfast was good, both pools were nice and really easy to get a sun bed, staff were lovely and the location was great! Near to lots of nice restaurants on the road and 10/15 min walk to the more busy streets and shops but on a quieter street so not loud at all at night. WiFi was good.

The curtains didn’t block out all the light so it was quite bright in the mornings (6:30-7) so bring an eye mask if you like to sleep in!

One of the different & unique experience in Artini bisma.. Whole staff was very coperative ,polite, professional, helping with umbrella in rain ... Its a beautiful hotel .location is too good , nearest to all cafes & Ubud market. All facilities available in room with a proper working Air conditioner in a neat clean big spacious room . Breakfast was good , served in a room also . Made my stay lovely in beautiful Ubud.

Showers could have been better it has low flow of water . Breakfast could have been more tasty.. Frog ,toads voice in night from a garden is disturbing but managable. Room slippers should be added. Its located at steep so little difficult to climb down for cafes & access to market especially with elder mother but Grab & gojek car can be hired.

Lovely staff, very helpful, welcoming and polite. Large spacious rooms with a large balcony which was great. TV, safe, hair dryer amenities in the room. Choice of two pools. The street jt is located on has great selection of restaurants and cafes and little shops. A short grab ride away from adjacent street with bars and further selection of restaurants and shops. Room felt very fresh and clean. Very peaceful and quiet by the pool and away from the bustling street.

No sun umbrellas by the pool which would have been nice during peak sun/hotter hours of the day. The AC wasn’t very powerful so a little hot in the room on warmer days.

Beautiful landscaped gardens with options of two pools and room also had a lounge. It was on a quiet road with plenty of food options but easy access to more busy areas. Felt very safe as single traveller.

The location of the hotel is great - less than 7min walking distance from the monkey forest and main shopping area, including ubud market. The two swimming pools were well kept and large enough to accommodate the guests. The garden/pool area was beautiful and relaxing. The hotel was clean.

My bathroom did not have a portable shower head. The hotel room is older/has some signs of wear and tear that the photos do not show, but it was still a comfortable stay. The rice fields shown in the pictures are also not as well maintained as the photos show, but I don't think they are part of the hotel's grounds. Nonetheless, the hotel's common areas were beautiful.

Simple good design, with two pools cleverly placed so one warmer than the other depending on time of year. Nice views over rice fields. Good presentation and large rooms

Sticky terracotta beside one of the pools - needs a deep clean. Bathroom design a bit weird, and could do with a refresh
