Breakfast was amazing, great choices, as much or as little as you wanted, your every whim pandered to, Restaurant staff were just fantastic. Location was great, right at the end of Jalan Bisma. Driving there we thought it felt quite a way out, but turned out to be a quick stroll into the heart of Ubud, just a few hundred metres to the Monkey Forest. Heaps of good eateries, shops, pharmacies, honest money changers. It turned out to be an absolutely perfect spot with the most amazing views from the restaurant. Because it is at the end of the road, it was also very quiet and tranquil, no noise to disturb you at night other than the odd monkey or two around 6am

Bed was a little on the firm side, that was our only bugbear, but we got creative and managed a work around for that by utilising the outdoor setting cushion. Unfolded, it was a near-perfect fit on the bed! Just gave it that extra bit of cushioning and made it far more comfy. Everything else about it was good enough that we plan on returning later this year :-)

We booked a villa last year during the pandemic promo, so it was a really good price. We thought that the resort will limit their service because of this, but they did not! We still get the complete 4 stars services. The staffs were friendly and accommodating, we'd like to give a special shout out to Ariani, the server at Kalyana restaurant who greeted us almost every morning during breakfast. The room was spacious and clean. Wifi was speedy. Although the compound has lots of stairs, they still provide elevators too. So it was pretty accessible.

The towels are not as crisp, fragrant, and clean white as we usually had in premium hotels. So, laundry can be improved. Breakfast menu can get a bit boring after a couple of days but the quality is fresh and always tasty. The location is within walking distance to the hustle bustle of monkey forest road, so they don't provide shuttle services. Still we hope they'll add this later on, it'll be very helpful for older guests.

Free breakfast was exceptional, staff made an effort to know your names. Location very convenient for monkey forest and other local attractions.

Animal poo in room upon arrival, and on the bed on another day. Right in the jungle though so not a lot the staff could do about it so did not affect overall experience. Air con unit very loud and may need servicing as was leaking down the wall.

Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice . Room was spacious with high ceilings and very comfortable bed. Private pool on edge of monkey forest with beautiful view. Shower and bath were fabulous. Location on edge of monkey forest with easy access to town was perfect.

Spa was expensive compared to similar spas of equal quality nearby. BBQ dinner was poor and apart from breakfast, the restaurant at resort not as good as I would have expected. There were a number of much cheaper places with better food nearby. Bed base stuck out a long way from bed and is a hazard. I smashed my shin on it during the night and had to stick pillows on both bottom corners of bed to ensure it didn't happen again.

An amazing team supports this villa/hotel/resort from the lobby, to the spa and housekeeping. The team was very professional and welcoming (great people). The accomodation is located on the edge of Ubud’s CBD area, well within walking distance. I strongly recommend staying at Tejaprana Bisma and booking one of their incredible spa treatments.

By far the best hotel me and my family have ever been in our life. The location is amazing, closed to the city center. The view from the private pool of the bedroom to the monkey forest is absolutelly breathtaking. The quality of the restaurant is really high and hard to find in the whole Indonesia. And what about the staff? Really the best. Super nice and kind, always available for any. need and to support us in the planning of the tours. A special mention to Aris who helped us to discover so many beautiful areas around Ubud; it's been so kind and helpful with us and our son. Also a special thank to the whole staff of the restaurant who made us feel like at home. We wish you all the best and let's hope our roads will cross again.

The best staff I ever met in my life!! The place itself is beautiful, environment, good all was just amazing!! But nothing would the same without such lovely people that work in this place!! I would definitely recommend it. Spa as well was a great experience, where I had the best massage in my life! Very clean and comfortable, greatest service and housekeeping ever! 5* by all means!

Everything was amazing only bed pillows were little too hard for us. Otherwise perfect, amazing experience!

The staff made our stay in Bali absolutely unforgettable. Everyone was so kind, thoughtful, and always willing to go the extra mile to help us plan something or teach us about Bali. The location itself is perfect for exploring Ubud, and tours & rides can easily be sorted out for you by the helpful team. The resort restaurant serves delicious Indonesian food and regularly puts on events. The room was breathtaking, and we even got a free upgrade when we arrived - but we would have been thrilled with either room! Best holiday ever, and we can't wait to come back.

We enjoyed our stay at Tejaprana Bisma. The staff were all wonderful, very helpful and accommodating. The property was excellently design to have the pleasure in private, with a small pool, bath tub and private garden. The restaurant was exceptional with staff, food and the view. We were lucky to be able to participate in the event of the weekly Acoustic live music. The SPA treatment was outstanding. They have transportation service available too. We had a wonderful time and would definitely go back if we get a chance. Thank you.

the location (next to monkey forest. not at the busy main street but close enough for walking. there are also plenty of restaurant options next to the hotel. nice jungle view from most rooms and breakfast location) the staff was extremely friendly, especially our driver aris (he was on time, a good driver and really caring) the food at the breakfast and dinner was really good with multiple choices. the facilities were beautiful. we had the pool villa. everything was clean and well groomed. we would totally recommend this hotel!
