Great location. Very central. It is walking distance to many places including the monkey forest, Happy buddha and other great places. I didn't use to pool or explore much of the hotel so cannot comment on this. Hotel is nice, green and tropical. Scooter hire place across the road is conveniently close and I found an amazing driver there Dewa who is apparently the nephew of the owner to the scooter shop. I went through 2 different drivers who weren't good till meeting Dewa. He knew where to go and has a charming personality. He ended up taking us all around Bali island. +62 877 6035 822. This is Dewa. I highly recommend him. Back to the hotel. It is a great place to stay and staff were always happy to take the luggage and chase off the monkeys who can be a bit of a pain.

Breakfast at the hotel isn't great so best to take a walk or a drive to another place. Good coffee and breakfast is at Pison which isn't that far. Sorry Ubud Inn, work on breakfast and customer service there hey.

The suite rooms were beautiful and right next to the poolside which was a huge plus. The bed was very comfortable, the shower had great water pressure and enough room to fit 2 people comfortably. The scenery and gardens were superb and maintained excellently. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Overall a great stay.

The breakfast was a little meal in terms of what you receive. Both myself and my partner left still hungry. We also found that the spa facilities weren’t very accommodating as staff stated you did not have to book however on arrival to the salon being told they did not cater for more than 1 person at a time.

Very quiet location, on the outskirts of Ubud, directly in the middle of rice fields. Relaxing environment, suitable for a getaway with the intention of being offline. The crispy duck and Balinese coffee offered at the onsite restaurant were really good! The staff were friendly and helpful, kudos to them!

Since it's far from Ubud center, there's not much to do and see here. You're better off renting a scooter, although they do provide a free shuttle, but the timing is not very convenient. There were too many mosquitoes and due to the design of the villa's roof, they were able to freely come inside. Both pools are a bit too deep; for those that can't swim well, not recommended.

I found the location exceptional as so many places were close by and even the days it rained I did not feel stuck. Even regarding the food there were lots of options around surrounding areas. It was my first time in Bali but my experience has motivated me to come again soon 😍. Breakfast was simple but the staff was very attentive to my needs. There is nothing that I didn't like about the place to be honest 😀. Not to forget the massages were amazing and I got them every other day during my stay of 6 nights 😁

Ubud Inn was a tropical oasis in the center of Ubud. The facilities; pool, garden, rooms were exceptional. Super comfortable bed, air con, balcony were perfect. The swimming pool and gardens were stunning and the service amazing. Great breakfast too with plenty of options. We loved it so much that we booked an extra night and the staff were so accommodating - even getting us rooms next to each other when the original room was booked. The staff also arranged a tour designed on our preferences for time/sights. Could not recommend this place highly enough.

The newly renovated suites are really lovely at a fair price. The pool is great. Spa reasonable price and good service. The location is perfect

The monkey's get around everywhere and try and steal food. The staff chase them away, and are really good at keeping them away. Though they are persistent. This is the same anywhere in the area. Mostly they are fine. V occasionally they seem a bit agressive, best not to get too close.

This was our second stay at the property. Room was no frills but had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Rained a lot but we have been to Ubud before and the plan was always to just chill, which we did by the pool. Monkeys came every day, just follow the hotel's recommendations on how to deal with them and you'll be fine. Several breakfast options, restaurant/hotel staff are the best. Had several treatments at their spa.

Friendly stuff and so nice accommodation. Rooms are clean and you have much space there. You have to be informed that there are monkeys but they don't do anything. Location is so good and you're in the center of ubud. Supermarkets and Warungs are everywhere around the accommodation. You're living in a little jungle because everything is so green!

The location, gardens, pool, cleanliness, rooms, staff, price, wifi speed, complimentary tea / coffee water everyday. We loved everything about it, if we ever came back to Ubud we'd spend all our time here. For the price I think this was one of the nicest, best value hotels we've stayed in.

The hotel was a nice setting, lots of greenery and what looked to be a lovely pool. Shame it was torrentially raining the whole time we were there! The room was spacious, with a comfy bed and the simple amenities. It suited us for a couple of nights. Location is good to walk to shops and restaurants and some sights, but still need some form of transport to get to the further sights.
