Pretty good location, only a short motorbike ride (4-5min) from the main shopping street area/restaurants. It is walkable as well. The place is simple but worked perfect for me as a solo traveller. For the price you are paying, this would definitely rank high (as I came from another homestay that was around same price but the bed sheets/bath mats were dirty etc.). This place felt clean and comfortable! The washroom has the shower & toilet in same area (which is common in bali) but there was enough room where I could shower without getting the toilet all wet. The host family is very nice too and always leave fresh thermos of hot water outside your room every morning. This house complex is nice and quiet too, which I appreciated. Never had any issues with noises from rooms nextdoor or anything.

The bath towel they provide is pretty thin/small compared to what is usually provided at other places, but this wasn’t a big deal

I stayed here for 2 months, and this is a truly special home stay with a wonderful family! I had such a great view of Ubud from my 3rd floor deck which overlooked Mt Agung and faced the sunrise. The room is comfortable and is cleaned thoroughly twice per week. Hot water and coffee/tea is brought to the room every morning. No kitchen, but Ubud has some of the most delicious food in the world at affordable prices. The location is in the center of Ubud, yet still quiet (8 mins to Yoga Barn). The bed is firm yet comfortable. AC and fan combo worked well, and the hot water is abundant. The value for the money is off the charts here!

Literally nothing- stay here!

The room was spacious and had all the basics. The location was good and the WiFi worked well. It seemed relatively clean for the most part. The staff were very friendly.

The plug in my room was broken so I had to use the plug right next to the sink which felt a little dangerous having a bunch of electronics plugged in next to a sink. There was a dead cockroach in my room (but everything else seemed clean)

it felt like it was right in the middle of Ubud but it didn’t feel so busy as well. the homestay was in the perfect intersection of 2 streets, and in the morning you can see the sun rise on one side of your balcony and if you’re lucky you can have the moon peaking right above you while you have dinner outside your room. 🌞🌚 best part — they have this “pay with honesty” system for their water refilling. hehe!

The room had a nice little seating space outside with a view, the room had all I needed and everything was clean, tea/coffee was provided, the family was friendly and helpful, there’s two cute little dogs, supermarket in the area, there’s a vegan restaurant just next door which I loved.

It was very comfortable, in a good location, and the host family are so friendly and kind! I loved that theres a little terrace in front of each room and the hosts leave a thermos of hot water and coffee/tea there for you everyday. It is great value for money, thanks so much for everything!

Nothing, it was great.

The homestay provide hot water in vacuum bottle everyday. It feel like home, and can drink healthy beverage anytime. The host family is friendly and helpful. I am so appreciate their welcome and hospitality.
