This property is amazing. The bedrooms are well equipped with very good air conditioning and a really comfy bed. The breakfast served each morning was delicious and Sri and her colleague who looked after the villa were so friendly and were an absolute pleasure. The villa is in a really quiet area but its so easy to download the Gojek APP and book a taxi just for a couple of euros into Ubud centre. I would recommend booking an in villa massage - the best I have every had for a really small price for 90 minutes for less than 15 euros!!

If I had to mention anything it would be the swimming pool was too cold for me, but the weather wasnt brilliant sunshine with some rain and mostly cloudy days!!

the path from the main entrance gate to middle of swimming pool is quite dark at night. when u come in late , need to use phone flash light.

The property was really nice with two amazing rooms and a nice pool. Sri and Andani the staff were helpful when two of our friends were sick. They bought us medicine. They cooked us breakfast as we selected breakfast at the additional cost. The rooms were massive. The property was slightly far but we liked that it was secluded. There was a tank for mineral water which was handy as we could fill our own bottles. We were also able to book massages to the villa.

I would recommend installing fly screen doors for the rooms so that at night we can keep doors open without worrying about mosquitoes or other insects as we didn’t need AC at night but wanted some fresh air. I would also recommend for them to have better lighting in room as it was dark at times specially at the mirror vanity when getting ready.

The property was very beautiful and the hosts were very accomodating. They met us when we arrived to show us the place and hand over the keys. They arranged transport for us to the airport. Clean and comfortable place to stay close to Ubuds main streets. Definitely recommend!

Not a bad thing but to keep in mind it is about a 10minute drive to the main street however it is very cheap to get to the centre so this was not an issue as we were in a group.

The property is beautifully located in the middle of the forest. Pool was clean and the rooms were very spacious. Bathrooms were beautifully designed and decorated. Kitchen was equipped with essential items and clean drinking water. Included breakfast was perfect! It was cooked fresh in the kitchen every morning by the amazing staff at the villa. Staff at the villa organised massage on request.

Facilities available and the quietness

Need better maintenance, I understand some wear and tear but need better maintenance on drawer pull, also in the bathroom. Also previous guest left food in the fridge which should be cleaned out and we don't know how long it's been in there

The villa so beautiful specially in morning, feel so peacefully. Every morning our host, Sri make a delicious breakfast for us and she very helpfull.

Some appliance need to change like a kettle it’s take to long for boil water. There are wooden deck in pool area that are broken, rather dangerous for children.

Its beautiful. Located in a quiet part of Ubud. Very friendly and responsive staff. We enjoyed the breakfast cooked at the kitchen and served to us every morning. The pool is deep, maybe about 1.3m. Love the Balinese decor.

There are mosquitoes but that’s expected as the villa is situated in nature. Just use lots of mozzie repellant.

Very clean villas right in the heart of nature. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms where you can relax after a long day exploring Ubud and around. The villa is located at a reasonable distance from the city center when you rent a car/motorbike/taxi. Staff and especially Kadek are really kind and helpful. They are always there for your questions & needs (finding a driver, arranging tours, answering your needs about the house instantly). And they were also so thoughtful and sweet to remember the birthday of one of us and surprised us with a birthday cake.

There could be some basic snacks in the kitchen area and drinks in the fridge.
