Absolutely stunning location in the rice fields, amazing breakfast and great dinner (we did the acoustic dinner night and the Balinese cookout was delicious). Rooms are big, beds are comfortable, and there is a great restaurant and a convenience store right down the road.

The only downside is how far it is from city center, BUT that is often a positive (very quiet, incredible scenery, etc). Just rent a motorbike and you're good to go! Our AC was having trouble, so they fixed it and gave us a free 30 minute massage. Service could not have been more responsive and excellent.

Everything was amazing. The facilities were brilliant, the staff were exceptionally friendly and catered to our every need. The pool was incredible and had the most spectacular view. The breakfast was delicious - I would recommend their pancakes! Do not hesitate to stay here - it was one of the best hotels I have stayed in!

The location was great. The room was very big, clean and comfortable. The view to the riceterrace was breathtaking! The pool was clean and very nice! Breakfast was very good with many options! The stuff was kind!

When we arrive at the airport the driver we have booked wasn't there and we were trying to contact with the staff for more than 30 minutes after a 20 hours flight. Also we used the transfer that hotel offers to ubud center and the driver was delayed more than 30 minutes and rain outside. Another thing is the way expensive taxi that hotels offer. Triple price than the taxi that you can find outside from the hotel! Finally the transfer from the airport to the hotel That we booked its double price than the drivers than you can find in bali..

Absolutely amazing stay at Puri Sebali. From the very moment you check in you are welcomed very warmly by the most friendly staff. A lovely welcome drink and personal tour around your room is given. Absolutely breathtaking views over rice terraces is seen from the room. The room itself is much bigger than expected which was very appreciated. The breakfast in the morning is provided which gives you a choice of different made to order options. A turn down service along with a bed time story is provided at about 6pm which we thought was very thoughtful and kind. The rooms themselves are a work of art them selfs. From the beautiful plunge pool overlooking the rice terraces with sun beds to relax (the picture online do not do justice). A throughout Daily cleaning of the room occurs every day. Complementary afternoon tea is offered daily at 3pm which is a great way to sample some traditional Bali desserts. I do again have to highlight how genuine and friendly all the staff were, they alone would make you want to come back. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the beautiful and unique Ubud area.

The resort was quiet which we really appreciated. It meant we got extra special attention during breakfast. We also enjoyed a lovely evening over dinner / drinks listening to a talented local musician who took requests from the audience. We liked being in the country - the resort had a car service into town which we took once, but we preferred to use GoChek to book cars and motor bikes at our convenience. We also enjoyed a long walk into and out of town along the main track which is highly recommended for the views and nature.

it’s absolutely stunning! You can see the rice terraces from everywhere. the staff is super friendly, and offer daily activities which they do themselves. my partner and I took a morning walk with Windy, which explained how everything worked and it was a surreal experience. they offer a free shuttle to the town centre as well, it runs almost every hour, which can save you a bit of money.

the staff member at reception quoted us a higher price for a scooter hire, upon scooter delivery, he then received a cut from the scooter company, exchanged money in front of us thinking we would not notice and laughed about it. They overcharged us for personal gain. they also did the same when we checked out, we were advised it was a free shuttle service however then charged us for it and another staff member tried to double the quoted amount which should have been free in the first place. Please do not trust staff members as they will try and get as much money out of you as possible. very untrustworthy.

Very nice pool, nice large room with everything you need. They are also providing a free first time mini bar. Rice field walk was a really great way to start the day and our guide was the best. He even brought us fresh fruits to try. The accomodation is surrounded beautiful rice fields, it is a pleasure to walk around.

Even though the breakfast have many options, they were a little to inflexible to make a small change. Everything else was fine.

The staff was really really friendly and did their best to ensure we had a good time and didn’t have to worry about a thing. They even prepared some sandwiches for us upon arrival, as we had a late check-in due to delayed flights. The restaurant serves great food. The sunset views from the pool towards the jungle and rice fields are out of this world. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Ubud. Be prepared for a 15-20 min taxi ride to Ubud center though.
