Great value hotel in Ubud. Has all the modern hotel facilities that you may need. Staffs are very helpful, especially when they attend to my lost and found after checking out.

Location; if you want to be at the heart of Ubud, this hotel may not be for you. But, if you want to on the quiet side of the area, then this hotel location would be perfect

The staff were lovely and attentive, always offering to help in any way they can. The location is peaceful and scenic, not too far from the action but secluded enough to be quiet and serene. It was my mother's birthday vacation and the staff arranged a welcome cake for her upon arrival. I cannot fault this level of care and service. Our room was spacious, very clean and modern with beautiful views over the pool and garden. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. I have never before come across such an endless array of food and beverage options, including both western and Indonesian cuisines - we were spoilt for choice. If I return to Ubud, I would not stay anywhere else because this was unbeatable value for money.

All praises go to the staff 👏🏻 the hotel is very nice, clean and the employees are incredibly friendly. When we talked to the hotel chef for halal food options, they said that chicken and meat are halal, and they cook pork separately in different pans. this is really a great opportunity for ubud. because there is not much halal food available in ubud

The hotel is a little outside the center and provides shuttle service to Ubud center every 2 hours. Since it is a standard hotel concept, you are exposed to a lot of noise. You are likely to experience a lot of sound problems, especially because of some families with children or disrespectful people. For a calm and quiet Bali dream, a more locally authentic villa can be preferred. because after paying so much, you think you deserve at least a quiet balinese holiday.

Absolutely gorgeous property, beautiful pool and restaurant. Free shuttle bus to Monkey Forest and main shopping area. At the top end of the road (20 minute drive) is the UNESCO protected rice fields which are just picture perfect and a beautiful place to have dinner. The hotel is away from the hustle and bustle.

A 30 minute walk into the main shopping area, however there is a free shuttle bus. I like walking so I didn’t mind. It is also a good way to immerse yourself in Balinese culture. There are interesting shops nearby and a beautiful Japanese restaurant down the street.

Degung, the driver at the hotel was very helpful.

the staff, the room and the service. we had a 3D2N stay in room 506 and 507. Rooms were abit far from lobby, we need to walk past 2 buildings to reach the room. Both rooms were superb maintain, clean, tidy and new. Beds are so comfortable to sleep in. Rooms were bright with sufficient lights from balcony. All staff were very service oriented. They greet with a smile esp the housekeeping staff, the morning breakfast staff and the bellboys at the pick up and drop off point. Hotel lobby was spacious, bright and security was good too. Breakfast spread was great too. I asked for eggs Benedict and they are able to make me one 👍👍👍 One feedback, make it a hour schedule shuttle trip to the Ubud centre. 2 hourly schedule is abit too long Definitely recommending this hotel to all. For this price, it’s a five stars service and stay! not many restaurants near the hotel, we had our lunch at Nagi Kitchen (abt a 10mins walk from hotel), highly recommended, the food and price was ok. Most restaurants are located at Ubud centre so need travelling (by car abt 10mins depending on traffic), it was a congested road.

The hotel is big and sooo beautiful and clean ... the breakfast is very good ... the staff are very friendly ... the pool is sooo clean ... the location is beautiful ... an excellent hotel to stay in Ubud ... it is Perfect specially for honeymooners ... and their spa is perfect also

just one word: PERFECT RESORT in UBUD. I have stayed more than 10 resorts and hotels, most of them was 5 star hotels and this hotel is better than 5 star hotels that stayed in. I have stayed here for 15 days, the staffs always shows me what the hopitality is, they alwasy greets with kind smile, they were always helpful to me. i want to say thanks you to all staffs in Element, including poolsides staffs, restaurant staffs. The poolside was well-managed, and they offers yummy snacks and drinks, and the poolside is so big, enough to enjoy afternoon in poolside. The room condition was superb, maybe this hotel have a best room condition in Ubud INCLUDING 5-star hotels! after they cleaning the room, the restroom is shiny bright, and the bed and pillows turns like brand-new. The breakfast service was perfect. they offers breakfast buffet, each foods were just .. perfect. especially indonesian foods was really tasty. and i really loved the iced americano when i went to restaurant at morning. They also have a affordable gym. there were well-managed treadmill and other gym-stuffs. I really enjoyed the gym when i was stayed here. Conclusion: PERFECT hotel. better than 5 STAR HOTEL
