Clean, spacious rooms, facilities and pool are very big and beautiful. A little outside of Ubud which I liked, it took 5 minutes to get a Grab to the center. Staff is extremely friendly and I even got a free 10 minute welcome massage.

Breakfast was not included in my booking, so I paid for it separately but the portions were really small and not worth the money.

Nothing i have stayed there 3 times now and i cant wait to go back!

The staff were friendly, professional and very attentive. The villa grounds are very traditional and rustic, typically Balinese culture architecture and vibes. True taste of Bali life. The pool area is peaceful and mostly empty, very nice place to relax. Hotel offers 100K a day rental for scooters which is convenient.

Villas seem dated from inside. Hot water problems and electricity issues on first day, but were eventually resolved. Location isn't the best, far from all beaches and tourist places. The only things nearby are shops, cafes and convenience stores. Very hectic location traffic wise, it's a pain to walk as the streets are not well constructed and have potholes everywhere. Very dangerous

This was our first stop on a family holiday to Bali and was a very good option - out of the way of the noise, but close enough to get into the main hustle of Ubud on a short Grab ride (and these were usually readily available). It took me 2 minutes to walk into the rice paddies for amazing golden hour photos and vibe. I would definitely consider staying here for a 5-6 nights and also if I had a work trip. The pool is very welcoming a good place to relax. Our family room was good and spacious - although the kids must be prepared to share a bed, which is in the same room as the parents bed!

No complaints, could have done with more sunshine ;)

Good location it has the traditional touch of Ubud the swimming pool is nice the facility is very good staff are friendly and helpful breakfast is varied nd delicious

We had an incident that was about to ruin our stay we parked the bike at the hotel parking nd we found it damaged in the morning when we were about to go out luckily there was cctv camera but still staff were trying somehow to put the blame on us but we requested to review the cctv also nd then they just took payment for renting the bike nd they said they will check with the owner and no extra charge was added to us regards to the bike but if the bike was rented from outside we would have surely been in trouble.

The location is very nice , it is near the centre and yet in a very quiet are . Going outside ubud you won't get stuck in heavy traffic. The room good and comfy , the pool area is very nice. The staff are friendly and they will help with renting a scooter.

The room bathroom needs some fit out work. And the breakfast menu needs to have more options specially that we stayed for 2 weeks in this hotel so we got a little bored of the breakfast after a couple of days.

This is a fantastic property for the money charged. It is better than I had expected, and the service is exceptional. All of the staff want to make you stay memorable and the food is very good. My tip would be to make sure that you book with breakfast, because it is very good, and much better value if you book it in advance. So book your breakfast. The pool area is the same as a five star resort, but this place charges three star prices. The room is a 3 to 4 star room, and that was reflected in the price. I have stayed in many places in Ubud, and this is my favourite by far I will never stay anywhere else again. If you want a fantastic room and a fantastic experience for a very good value price, this is the place to stay

Everything was great

The breakfast was amazing. If you're going to book a stay here breakfast included is a must. The pool was great, very clean and pretty big, we had it to ourselves most of the time. The whole aesthetic is amazing, very pretty and peaceful, I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone else

The road access to it is a bit tricky expect a long ride from the airport. But that's Ubud in general I wish there was a bit more variety for the lunch and dinner options

The gardens and setting were stunning. Very kind, friendly and helpful staff. The pool is beautiful. The breakfast was great. The Balinese massage in the beautiful on site spa was wonderful. Its not really close to the centre of Ubud, so there is no traffic noise and it feels like you staying in a rainforest. But if you download Grab, which is like Uber, a cab will arrive in two minutes, and is very cheap.

I would have liked my bathroom sink to have been clean and sparkling.. But otherwise it was amazing.

It was an amazing stay. The resort is very beautiful and quiet and it has a wonderful Balinese vibe. It’s close to the centre (by car), so it’s really easy to get around. The breakfast was rich and very delicious. We loved the room, which was kept very clean and had everything we needed. The staff was the most professional we’ve met in Bali. They all always greeted us with a genuine smile on their faces and went above and beyond to help us with anything needed quickly and efficiently. Their positivity and kindness made us feel very welcomed and really added to the wonderful experience. Special thanks to the housekeeping team for their great work and to Maia, the receptionist who gave us such a warm welcome. We would love to come back.
