I really loved my stay in this hotel. Everything was nice. Very clean and the staff was so nice and helpful in everything. I would absolutely come back again in this hotel next time visiting ubud.

Everything was good

Wonderful service, lovely friendly atmosphere, the staff treated my son like family while I was busy with a four month old infant, it was really sweet. Indeed the whole hotel has a wonderful feel about it, it’s really nice just spending the day there.

The breakfast was extremely limited, Indonesian style. There was little to nothing else for kids or adults not wanting the full cooked Indonesian menu. Overall the quality of the food wasn’t great. We also had some issues with the plumbing in our room, which required a couple of visits and the pool needed a good clean as there was some hair, bandaids in there. Otherwise really a lovely place.

A cute little place with a great restaurant and fantastic staff. Quiet and child-friendly. The area is very well organised and very well maintained. There is a hidden roof terrace for those who want to enjoy the view.

A bit far away from Denpasar, and there is not much within walking distance. Gojek taxi is helpful, though. Also, they offer airport transfer for 600k, which is way more expensive than a Gojek ride. There is only one electric socket next to the bed, so you can either charge your phone or have the lamp on. Kept me puzzled, given that the whole area is very well planned and thought through 😮😁

Breakfast was very nice and open until 11am The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful It was such a calm and relaxing place to stay Spotlessly clean The room was a little like a Welcome Break- if you're English, but with lovely toiletries, a kettle, te, coffee and creamer. It was a typical Bali place to stay which I loved. i've stayed at many top London hotels so I hope thois will make readers realise how exceptional this place is

Absolutely nothing that I didn't like- just wish I could return!

The room was very clean and they will clean the room every day if you wish it. The pool was very nice (in the middle of the hotel) and quite big. We slept very well and liked the calm atmosphere at the Kahayana Suites. The hotel is a little bit outside of the centre of Ubud (15 minutes by car), but you can easily order a grab or a taxi to go there. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much!

If you are a vegetarian like me it would be difficult to eat in the restaurant of the hotel. There weren’t any vegetarian options, so in the end I ate plain rice with raw cucumber, not very satisfying!

+ The room and facilities are exceptionally clean, well maintained. + The food from the restaurant is delicious, has enough range of menu, and cost around 20-40k, which is considered cheap for a hotel. + The hotel is not too big but not too small. Just enough if you want to have a quite getaway place but still fairly near to the main road to go for some sightseeing + Beautiful view from the room. I would recommend the room with direct pool access. Just open the terrace door in the morning and enjoy the sunrise and the cool Ubud breeze that goes into your room. Lovely

No mini bar and safety box in the room. But the staff is kind enough to let me use the fridge at the bar

The property was great, the price was very low. The reception, bar, and cleaning staff were always kind and willing to help us in any matter, also the reception was 24/7 and that was great. Its location is near Ubud so the taxi will not cost so much to get to the town. Although it is not within walking distance. The pool was nice and the bar gave us plenty of options to drink or eat, for those days we wanted to stay and don't leave the property.

Sometimes the Wi-Fi connection in the rooms was not good and we needed to go to the lobby for a better signal.

Very beautiful small boutique hotel, far away from the busy Ubud centre. Nice room, comfy beds. The pool is very pretty, the staff is nice. You need to get a Grab or moterbike to get to the city. The road to Ubud is very busy.

The bathroom is not so nice. The whole floor gets wet when you shower, they should make a decent glas door or something. The cleaning is therefor difficult, they dont know how to maintain properly and the bathroom smells bad. There is also so much on-used space in the room, why not put a sofa or extra chair/table for the guests to use. These things could be better.

Loads of Russian but that's everywhere in bali but really that hotel looks like it's just for them There was is construction happening right next to the hotel so you can hear some noise Honestly the noise didn't bother me l was out most of the day but what lndidnt appreciate is that they don't tell you when you book and it's not written on their listing they only tell you when you checkin Otherwise everything was great

Most beautiful property we’ve been to. The facilities are just incredibly beautiful and the rooms are clean, comfortable and have the most beautiful view. Food at the little restaurant is super delicious and the staff so lovely and welcoming.

Only one little thing: Unfortunately the restaurant is currently only open until 4pm and since the property is further outside of Ubud there’s no surrounding restaurants (except for very local ones). So either you have to rent a scooter for the day or take the shuttle to Ubud (which is honestly way overpriced) or hire a Grab or Gojek (which you’re ask to rather support local taxis at the entry of Ubud). Walking isn’t really a good opportunity especially not when it’s dark (no real sidewalk & crazy drivers). Best way for us was to order food via Grab or Gojek (recommended by the hotel)
