Very clean villa, kitchen had all tools provided and they were clean, very nice rice field view. Our flight was at 7pm and they allowed us to check out late at 3

Food was average and there were many insects when we first arrived , but it was good 3 days later .

Absolute gem this property is, so damn beautiful with perfect quite location, not too far from the main Ubud Central, with excellent amenities like in pool, drawing hall, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom. Everything was neat and clean and well maintained. I like the way Cook used to come every morning to our villa to freshly prepare the food and served us nicely.

I like mostly everything but few things to improve: 1. Breakfast option should be more versatile. There was not much veg options. 2. They should provide pickup/dropoff airport facility at reasonable cost atleast to residents. 3. Staff was polite but seems to be lost as I met them only on first day and for next 3 days I couldn’t see them. Atleast one or two staff should be there if any person need to ask or need help to know certain things.

The location was great for those who want to be away from the crowd, to relax and do nothing. It is quite far from any other places (restaurants and all), so we had to order our lunch via delivery (although the accomodation also provides restaurant). The breakfast are also nice, you can choose from nasi goreng to western toast-y food with juice or coffee. They could also set up breakfast in pool for free. It was a nice 2 nights stay in the villa as it provides good air circulation, sunlight, and high ceilings. It also comes with smart tv with nice speaker.

Our first breakfast was not served in the pool although I have requested it. My boyfriend also didn't know that I ordered breakfast in pool, so he just let the staff set it on the dining table inside the room. But the second day we managed to have breakfast pool setting. The unit didn't equipped with curtains for the main room. Which I thought because it was pretty dark and adjacent with paddy field, then nobody will be around. Apparently the next morning I saw some people accross the paddy field, which probably could stare at us. Be careful not to be naked around the house lol. Also, the wifi was terrible. But, we came here for relaxing so it didnt bother us.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! I love the staff especially Radha - she was so kind and helpful. Location is good and the rooms were so much more beautiful than what the pictures are showing.

Just be prepared for an insect invasion in some nights. If you are prepared for that then its ok hehe. Otherwise would be a bit of a concern. I bought a bug spray on the first day and that saved me.

very love the ambience of the villa because it's quiet, the room also clean. the pool is large and clean.

wifi is cannot be used, the signal is very low. the tv provide netflix but it's useless because there is no wifi. I couldn't really enjoy the time, because my children got bored because there was no wifi.

- Breakfast each day was a nice touch - Staff were attentive, helpful and easy to reach vi's whatsapp - Pool and view of rice paddy was fantastic - Spacious living area and high ceilings

- Repeatedly asked for the bathtub to be fixed as the water kept draining despite it being closed. I wouldnt hear back as to why it never got fixed

Beautiful beautiful villa. So clean, so big, and so lush. The staff are amazing 24/7 service, and happy to do anything to help. The men who came to make our breakfast were so lovely, and very respectful. I could not recommend this place enough - the pool and bathroom were very clean and everything is very modern.

A beautiful villa apartment that felt like a home away from home. The peaceful location and outlook was a perfect escape from the busy Ubud centre. the staff were non-intrusive but always there if needed.
