Everyone was so kind and the service was excellent! They even decorated our room for our honeymoon. The property is beautiful and it is a short and very cheap cab ride into city center. Food was great and room service was super friendly and prompt.

I think for Bali standards and having such an amazing villis literally in the jungle it’s hard to find anything to complain about. Some refreshing here and there (towels, robes) but ultimately no reason not to stay her and feel very lucky.

Truly in the jungle but only 5 minutes with the car from Ubud centre, the hotel offers a jungle oase. The pool is beautiful and truly unique. Spacious rooms and villas with own pools, daily cleaning. Friendly staff. Daily shuttle very convenient. It is a beautiful resort if you want peace in the jungle from the intensity of Ubud. Warmly recommend!

The resort is 25 year old, so it needs TLC at some places. Nothing we minded as rooms were clean and fresh. We missed room service. However, key improvement for this hotel is the food. Food was at best mediocre and few choices to choose from. Too bad, if the hotel would improve its kitchen and menu this is a clear 9+ resort in my opinion.

This place has breathtaking views, private villas with outdoor pools and showers, fun experiences with monkeys near the pool, relaxing massages, a convenient shuttle bus, and a perfect breakfast with the most amazing pineapple jam. But that’s not the best part about Natura Villa Ubud. The best part is the staff that work there. My luggage got lost on the flight to Bali and the staff were brilliant in helping me ring the airline, print documents and get things sorted. We also got engaged during our stay and the staff organised flower petal arrangements free of charge to make our special moment memorable. Riska and Joe have the kindest souls and we will never forget how amazing they were. We have made friends for life!

Nothing, it’s perfect.

This hotel is absolutely phenomenal!! It has the perfect location in Ubud where you can enjoy the sounds and feel from the nature around you, like you are in the middle of the jungle. But yet a very short 10/15 minute ride with a taxi or a free shuttle from the hotel to the lovely center of Ubud. So this Natura Villa is really the best of both worlds. Furthermore are the little villas you get magnificent with al the facilities and tidiness you need. Only the lighting was a bit scares and the wifi wasn’t the very best in the room but that adds on to the jungle feeling. Also al the people that worked there were amazing, if you wil spend your time there I hope you meet Riska who works at the hotel. She is the most wonderful, kind and helpful person that we met throughout al the different hotels we stayed at on Bali. She helpt us arranged so many fun activities al last minute and it was a blast!! Hope if you come there that you get the chance to meet her :) So highly recommend you coming to this place in Ubud!!

the view was spectacular and the staff were so friendly and lovely The infinity pool was stunning and cool we had luke warm pools at other stays it was nice to be able to cool down and feel refreshed We were also lucky enough to see the forest monkeys one night and morning come to feed on the bread fruit trees these a not temple monkeys or tourist fed monkeys so no feeding is allowed at the resort so the monkey are only there for the fruit in the trees once it’s gone they leave it was an amazing experience . To wake up to the gentle sounds of the jungle and flowing river below was soothing and calming watching the jungle change colour as the sun rose was simply a beautiful way to start the day all while laying in bed looking out your window. The privacy of each villa is also great you feel like your the only people their . The staff have a very calm gentle presence and cater to your every need . To me this was what Ubud was about traditional old Bali architecture set in the heart of the jungle

Ok now please remember covid did a lot to Bali and it’s economy and it’s going to take time for it to catch up There is a lot of maintenance needing to be done which we did see was very quietly being done but this takes money and tourism is the source of that so we were happy to overlook most it Stairs and railings were a more of a safety concern though as loose stone work and wood and us not being as agile as we once were had to be very careful navigating the many steps most without railing to get around luckily we had a villa that had the least steps and was close to the restaurant and infinity pool . If you have bad knees or are unfit you may struggle with the stairs but you are on the side of a mountain so there has to be steps but the view and and seclusion is worth it .

Lovely resort. Location is stunning. The pool view overlooking the valley of green is amazing. So are the villas, the ones with small open pools are very nice. Highlight of the stay is the staff. Flower arrangement in the pool is something to be experienced, so is the concept of floating breakfast. The staff are exceptional in their friendliness & service. No small request was too much for the staff.

Lights in the room and common areas are very dim, difficult to read books/ phone in that light. A few more food options would be great.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Natura Resort Hotel and I must say, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The resort is situated in a beautiful natural setting that provides a peaceful and tranquil escape from the busy city life. The room was huge and provided ample space for me to relax and unwind. I was impressed with how clean and well-maintained the room was, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The breakfast was another highlight of my sta, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and freshness of the food. The best part about my stay was the value for money that the Natura Resort Hotel provided. It was an affordable option that didn't compromise on quality, and I felt that I got a lot for what I paid for. Overall, I highly recommend the Natura Resort Hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay surrounded by nature. The amazing setting, huge rooms, delicious breakfast, and great value for money make it an excellent choice for anyone looking to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Views are amazing, lovely beautiful wood everywhere. Oh the staff, wow, 5 star all the way. I looked forward to chatting with the staff at the restaurant, so kind in helping my very basic Indonesian Bahasa. Smiles, laughter, lovely food, yummy coffee, precious wonderful memories. Massive Jacuzzi room with an amazing view, (let the staff know to warm up for you in advance) it was Epic. My partner said that the pool and stairs are apparently “a social media dream”. Many, many photos and videos were taken by me of my partner in the pool and round the beautiful property.

iPhone maps are hopeless. Use google maps especially if you rent motorcycles. iPhone maps send to wrong location.

Room was beautiful and the views were incredible! Such a great setting in the lush tropical jungle. The infinity pool was impressive. The setting was very special and romantic. A 10-15min drive on a moto to town. The staff were all very friendly and helpful!

The restaurant let this hotel down, even though it has so much potential due to the location/setting. Poor options but still pricey. Friendly service though. Unfortunately also not able to cater for dietary requirements properly like gluten free. Yoga classes were advertised when we booked which is one of the reasons we booked this hotel but no classes were available at all for our four night stay.
