I am writing to share my incredible experience at Suara Alam during my recent visit to Bali in November. My husband and I chose this hotel to celebrate our anniversary, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. I would like to leave a glowing review to express my utmost satisfaction with every aspect of our stay. To start with, the hotel's location was perfect. Situated in Ubud, it offered convenient access to all the attractions in the area. We were able to explore the surroundings effortlessly, thanks to the proximity of the hotel to everything we wanted to see and do. We even had the freedom to venture around on our scooter, adding an extra layer of excitement to our trip. Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed by the cleanliness and pristine condition of the hotel. The rooms and common areas were immaculate, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. It was evident that the hotel management took great care in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. However, what truly set Suara Alam apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment we checked in until our departure, every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their professionalism and dedication were evident in every interaction. During our stay, my husband arranged a romantic candlelit dinner by the pool as a surprise for our anniversary. The staff went above and beyond to make it an unforgettable experience. The decorations, flowers, and ambiance created a truly magical setting. The chef personally visited our table to ensure that the food exceeded our expectations, and it certainly did. The meal was simply outstanding. Another highlight of our stay was the incredible massage we had at Suara Alam. The skilled therapists provided the best massage we have ever experienced. Their expert hands and the serene atmosphere completely relaxed our bodies and minds. I was so relaxed that I even dozed off during the session.

Hands down the best place I picked for my Bali trip. I had just informed them that it was my anniversary so they gave me the Honeymoon suite, which turned out to be exquisite and very intimate. Loved our stay, especially the private jacuzzi. The staff is also very welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommended.

The property a little remote but easily accessible if you rent a bike

Definitely the most beautiful Hotel in Ubud. I just love everything. This is a new hotel, starting the building, the pools, the eating area, the rooms, and the furniture is soo immaculate. I’m very impressed. All here is same as on the pictures on booking. There are 3 pools and you have acces in all of these, the water in the pools is so pleasant. The sunbeds are so comfortable and they have some net beds. The rooms are so tidy, beautiful, I adore the design. The bed is comfortable. They clean the room amd change the towels every single day. Plus they bring you 2 bottles of still water. In the rooms there is a coffee maker, water kettle, hair dryer. They are offering slippers, bathrobes and a very cute bag with a hat and you can use it during the days you stay there. There are a lot of options for breakfast and all of these are so delicious plus you can choose coffee/tea,fresh juice. The stuff are so kind and respectful ,they always smiling. I will come back for sure!! 🤍

Everything was so nice!!!

Room and the hotel were stunning! Extremely secluded, with only a handful of rooms main areas such as the pools and dining areas were never busy. Staff were incredibly helpful anytime we needed anything. Location was a short taxi away from attractions like the monkey forest and restaurants (but with one way streets, the length of some journeys were quite long - didn’t bother us as we weren’t leaving every day and wanted a relaxing break around the hotel). Food was delicious! Good range of breakfast options included, and a decent dinner menu too.

Doors were not completely sealed, so with the heavy rainfall it was leaking under the doors. Construction was taking place in the neighbouring property while we were there, so breakfast outdoors or trying to use the pool was very noisy - wish we had have been warned about this before, as it started at 8am each day we were there. There was no full door to separate the bathroom to the bedroom, with only a 3/4 length glass paneling separating the toilet from the space.

I highly recommend this accommodation to everyone! I made friends there – a girl at the reception and a guy who works there are truly wonderful people, and I spoke with them every day. I hope to see them again. If you meet Fabio, the guy who takes care of cleaning, make sure to talk to him – he’s an amazing person! The rooms are clean, the pool was beautifully decorated with flowers, and communication with the staff was excellent. The food was very good, and the view was stunning – we managed to take some amazing photos and videos with a drone. It’s a remarkable hotel for its price, very close to Ubud, yet in a peaceful area, perfect for relaxation.

Everything, from the decor and rooms to the peacefulness. Yunda was an absolute star and very attentive to our needs even when we felt a bit sick. Any requests we had was attended to with so much care and kindness. We loved our stay here and will definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful escape that is still close enough to explore town. The breakfast was good and they have a selection of choices which was great. Alexa in the room was also a nice touch. I would definitely come back here!

I absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms are modern with stylish renovations, and the staff is incredibly polite and always ready to help at any moment. A special mention to the wonderful ladies at the reception—it was truly hard to say goodbye to them at check-out. The food was also amazing, and I was especially impressed by the beautifully arranged breakfasts. The hotel is located in an extremely quiet area, yet it’s very easy and quick to reach the center of Ubud. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

A beautiful property surrounded by nature, just 10 minutes by scooter from the center of Ubud. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and also helped us book our Quad ATV tour after it was canceled by another provider. Our terrace suite was SO spacious and had a huge walk-in shower as well as a private bathtub overlooking the jungle. We were provided with a daily refill of water and coffee capsules. The pancakes for breakfast are delicious, and you can have breakfast in your room or take it to go if you’re heading out early. It’s very convenient that scooters can be rent directly from the property. We liked that the hotel could accommodate a limited number of guests because it always felt very peaceful and we felt well taken care of. They even gave us some lovely gifts at checkout! We highly recommend this place!!!!!

If I have to be meticulous, the toilet (which is separate from the shower and sinks, as is often the case in Bali) had a slight unpleasant odor. Also, I would have liked if they had a spa on-site instead of it being located some distance away, as we definitely would have taken advantage of it to relax after intense days of exploration!

This was a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is super clean, modern and beautiful. However, what really made this stay special, are the people working here - they are super proactive, flexible and make sure to to meet the guest's needs. Their friendly personas enlighten the whole atmosphere to the next level.

I would have appreciated slightly less focus on upselling.
