This was a beautiful property with an amazing view from both the pool and rooftop bar. The staff were attentive and brought us welcome drink/food on arrival. The bed was the comfiest I have ever layer in, and even though the location is south of the centre of Ubud it was a short drive. We had hired a driver for some of our time here who was able to take us to all the sites, Grab is also really easy to order. The breakfast was superb especially the French toast and pancakes. We also managed to get some last minute laundry done even though we were outside the timings and the staff made sure this was done before we left!

Credits where credits are due! We've been visiting Bali for years and stayed in several hotels/resorts around and in Ubud, and this one was by far the best. - The location of the hotel is not right in the Ubud centre but don't let that discourage you, it is just a short ride to the Ubud centre (the ride is not as long as shown on Google Maps), and you are away from the city noise, surrounded by beautiful nature. - Additionally, the hotel has a shuttle to the city centre a few times a day if you don't/can't drive or don't want to pay for/order transport. In our case, the staff helped us arrange a bike rental. - The staff is exceptionally thoughtful, very kind, polite, and always smiling, and they go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and that you are happy. They genuinely care about their guests. - You barely notice the presence of the housekeeping staff as they seem to do their best to be quiet in the hallways and when they clean the surrounding rooms - very appreciated. Fast room service. - The rooms are beautiful and spacious (much more than in the photos), the beds are comfortable, the bathroom has all the amenities you need, and the housekeeping is doing a great job keeping the rooms and hotel in general clean. - We really appreciated the solid soundproofing of the rooms - I am a light sleeper, and I slept well here. - Breakfast is yummy, and so are lunch/dinner meals. They also serve delicious cocktails/mocktails by the pool area and at the rooftop bar (both have fantastic valley views!) - The pool and the pool area are stunning! Beautiful views, a sufficient amount of sunbeds, and there's even a small reading corner with books to read on the upper pool deck. - We attended the complimentary morning yoga lesson, and it was great. We were pleasantly surprised. We've already booked another stay in a couple of days, which is, in our opinion, reasonable proof of how wonderful this resort is.

Very minor - maybe the closing time of the pool bar/restaurant could be a bit longer, now it's closing at 6pm.

This property is as of fantastic as the photos. The serenity of the location, coupled with the incredible staff make this a paradise. The food in the restaurant was wonderful. The WhatsApp Butler service was a game changer. Rayna in the restaurant is the best server we have ever had.

The shuttle into Ubud doesn’t run into the evening forcing you to use taxis to return to the hotel if you have an evening out.

The location wasn’t too busy being away from the central Ubud. The villa we stayed in was simply stunning and private enough. The staff are all so lovely. We wish we got to enjoy our villa and main pool more.

Being away from central Ubud, it was slightly disconnected from shops. If you wanted to explore, you needed a scooter or a driver booked in advance. Costs more to book through the hotel. We wish there was refillable drinking water close to the villas also. The hotel suites have refill stations.

location of the property is well set up in a quiet valley yet with beautiful view from balcony. Enjoyed the options of breakfast provided each day, shuttle service to town & activities provided like yoga on site. Hotel staff is really helpful with every question.

my room is very close to kitchen so the noises from making cocktails, moving stuff with trolley etc were a bit disruptive if I want to sleep in.

10/10 across the board. Staff are unbelievably kind, the facilities are so well kept, the spa is great value for money, the restaurant is fantastic and the rooms are spacious and modern. Also, it feels like every time you take a seat the wonderful staff are placing a yummy drink in front of you The location is a little out of Ubud so be mindful when you book. It is only a short taxi/Grab ride to town though. I will recommend to everyone and go back myself soon

Accommodation was amazing, rooms are very clean and the bed was so big and comfortable! The staff are lovely! Has a great little gym and pool and great restaurant.

Not the greatest location as it’s a bit far from the main town/ shops and places to eat in Ubud.

Loved the private pool, peace and tranquility at this resort. The floating breakfast was the highlight. The resort restaurant had lovely authentic dinner options. Comfortable, spacious rooms with a AC and fan option. Would defiantly come back here again. The staff were very kind and helpful and attentive to us.

its very far from anywhere, you need to make sure to take a taxi however the resort does offer that service which helps a lot, majority of the staff speak hardly any english so the check in process was hard and getting anything done from them was pretty difficult.

The room was super clean and comfy! The staff was so sweet and quite accommodating! the location was perfect! I absolutely loved Augus! He checked us in and started our trip off in the best way :) If he hasn’t been promoted he certainly should be because he is the best!
