very helpful staff. accommodating, friendly, flexible. they gave us a bigger and even better room on request. they prepared a beautiful complementary Birthday Cake and Afternoon tea for my Girlfriend’s Birthday, they also prepare a beautiful floating breakfast on request. The infinity pool is stunning and 24/7 customer service from resort stuff. I loved that it’s so small and intimate also and only IDR60 000 to Ubud central on GoJek

Bottom bathroom not properly ventilated leaving some kind of odour over time. not too bad however it can be improved

Do not sleep on this place! This hotel is an absolute oasis. We checked in and wanted to immediately cancel our next reservation at another hotel. Unfortunately, it was too late. Mind you our next reservation was $70 a night. Now that we are at another hotel, all I can think is TAKE ME BACK TO THIS PLACE. Delicious breakfast ($75rp) with amazing papaya fruit and coffee. Staff was very kind. Layout of the rooms overlooking the pool. Room was very clean and high quality. Free cleaning everyday with glass bottled water (no plastic). High quality room with patio and furniture!

If you are planning to meet friends in the center of ubud every single day, just note it's about 100rupiah for grab taxi to take you and back each way. It will add up! Motorbike is cheaper at 40rupiah. Not very centrally located but this location is walking distance to waterfalls. Last thing, we asked about renting motorbikes and tours, and they do not facilitate those. You're on your own if you want those things.

Good place to stay, very friendly staff, excellent food at the restaurant and for breakfast you can choose out of 4 menus! We hired a scooter for few hours and got a brandnew one. Lovely swimmngpool as wel. Love to come back some day...

Here and there the hotel needs a little bit attention as to maintenance, rusty iron hinges in shower, some humidity spots on the walls in the room... . But nothing that cannot be fixed with a little bit of effort.

Big rooms, big beds and comfy. Very nice bathroom, good shower. Loved the pool. Breakfast is nice. Also option to do a floating breakfast in the pool. Very serene and calm. Garden absolutely beautiful. We weren't happy with our room because of a loud birdnoise and the staff was very friendly and gave us a different room. Staff does everything to keep the guests happy, very thankful for that.

Quite noisy in the day with builders around the hotel. But didn't bother us. Rooms also noisy can hear other guests talk outside or move furniture around. Location is far from centre but with a scooter is ok. Location further from centre gives more peace and quiet.

The staff is very friendly always have a smile on their face and always ready to help u with whatever u need. The rooms are spaceious and so is the bathroom. The hot water can be difficult sometimes but ones on its hot for sure. Cleaning service is good, just hang the board on the door when u leave and when u come back the room is fresh and clean. The location is right in the middle of ubud, many attracions are nearby to enjoy. The swimmingpool is a great addition to the place. Breakfast is tastefull wether u like a original indonesian breakfast or a western breakfast. You can also choose to eat ur breakfast in the swimmingpool with a nice floating breakfast. Bikes are for rent at the accommodation just ask the staff. A nice and peacefull resort to stay for a vacation.

Not much everything wuz good.

The hotel ambience is quite peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of the towns. The pool area is kept clean and the food selection was good and tasty. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious with strong air conditioning. The staff were very helpful with any questions, laundry was quick and reasonably priced and all food could be delivered to the room for no additional charge.

The hotel is a bit out from the town and so other food options are limited. As this hotel is surrounded by trees and near water there is local wildlife in the form of geckos, small bugs etc however the hotel do keep it clean and smoke the hotel to reduce the presence of bugs. It didn't affect our stay but something to note if you are squeamish.

Everything was perfect. 5* to the staff, so friendly, helpful and always with a smile. Very welcoming. Location was good, a bit far from restaurants and other facilities but the restaurant at the hotel has very delicious food and cocktails so this didn't affect us at all. They also gave us free treats ranging from cocktails to desserts. Rooms are very nice, clean and big. Pool area is so nice with optional floating breakfast. Offers a great balianese massage. Recommend this hotel 100%. Beds were very large and comfortable.

It's a very calm place outside of Ubud. The staff is amazing, they were always there to help and even if I had a small complaint, they handled it very well and offered a compensation. The restaurant has also a nice variety of food but the portion is not too big, prepare for that if you are used to huge portions. The room was very cozy, big and clean!

They clean the room based on request but it would be great if you would still provide waters of the no-cleaning days, too. On my first day, I asked a bottle of water at the reception and the lady told me that they run out of water. It's very unfortunate because the nearest shops are reachable via car or scooter only.

We had our best stay in Mudru during our visit to Bali. Comfortable beds. Rooms were super spacious and clean. Breakfast was tasty and filling. Staffs were warm and welcoming. Best hospitality. The swimming pool was excellent.

Vehicle parkings should be improved. We drove a car by ourselves and the parking was a little inconvenient because of the steep slope before we get into the parking space. Mosquitoes at night can be an issue. It gets into the room when we walk in and out of it. However, there's an anti mosquito equipment in the room. The Mosquitoes don't actually bother you, except outside at the terrace at night. The restaurant should have some blinds covering the sides. We had our breakfast there while it was raining and sprinkles from the rain were getting into the restaurant heavily.

Place in a very quiet area, far away from the noise. There are few resto and caffè, at local prices. However, if you need to move to Ubud attractions you need to use a taxi. Given the small price of a taxi I anyway reccomand not to stay in the centre of ubud because it's noisy. Staff is the added value. People who work here are amazing. Breakfast so huge that I asked every day for less food.

Cleaning to be improved. It's not in the European standards but in the Indonesian ones. Towels clean but old. If they improve this aspect is just perfect
