The infinity pool is magnificent and the perfect spot to soak in the breathtaking surroundings. Pictures indeed don't do justice to this place. The reality far surpasses any digital representation. Their warmth, friendliness, and eagerness to assist made our stay even more special. Their dedication to ensuring guests have a remarkable time is truly commendable. Loved the staff more than anything, they are so nice and caring, so accommodating too! Always trying their best to assist! We also loved the calmness even though it was a very busy time of the year, we were so glad to be away from the city and be able to relax around the pool or in our villa. The jungle view from the pool was just beautiful and so calming. This was my third time in Bali and it was the best pool view I had seen..

The hotel needs to radically change the way they serve breakfast. Dear hotel owner: make breakfast tastier and you will be happy! Be sure to add avocados and greens to your breakfast! Take away the awful plastic sausages and replace them with bacon. And most importantly: completely revamp the menu for lunch and dinner. So terrible food beyond words! Why aren't there any kinds of salads? Why is there no deliciously cooked chicken? The menu is full of tasteless cooked rice mixed with incomprehensible what! Your hotel is located in Bali, here is a gastronomic paradise with products and variations of their preparation. We travel all over the world all the time, from hotel to hotel, and since the food here is of course a disaster!

Clean, large spacious rooms. Cleaned daily if you wanted. Staff were all lovely, made the effort to go out of their way to make sure you were enjoying your holiday and remember your name. Water filter available in the room. Breakfast delivered daily and you could choose from the menu - lots of options and were all delicious.

Outdoor bathroom seemed great at first but as soon as it rained, the bath tub sat under the thatched overhang roof, so therefore the bath got filthy & would fill up with dirty water so it would be unusable and would take a while to drain. Bit far from Ubud (knew this when booking but didn’t realise how far away it actually was.) You will need to get a taxi to get into Ubud every time as nothing is really in walking distance and it’s in the middle of a residential area. Pool area was great but limited areas in the sun, mainly in the shade.

From the check-in till checkout everything was perfect. Room & bathroom are spacious. Most importantly villa are super clean & the staffs are super kind & friendly. If you stay here make sure to experience the food. It’s really delicious. Will recommend this place to anyone who’s looking to stay at a peaceful place, relaxing & a beautiful place. I really recommend to book villas in this hotel, not the rooms. As the quality of the villas is much higher and the price difference is not so big. I did not like the room, as we were on the very ground floor, like in a basement, it was a little bit old, although the view was stunning. So I wanted to upgrade to villa and we were lucky as in 3 days we moved to villa and it was amazing and I was happy. The staff is very nice and attentive. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, you have netflix/you tube/amazon premium options. Zone near swimming pool is beautiful.

I think the breakfast should be included in the price, as all around Ubud for this price the breakfast is counted. The price for the breakfast also is higher than the average, do not understand for what reason.

A very lovely hotel with a jungle view on the outskirts of Ubud. There weren't so many tourists in this area and the Goa Gajah was appr. 15 min walk from the hotel. We stayed at the family room, which was perfect for 4 people, with 2 bathrooms. A fantastic breakfast was served every morning on our own porch. The swimming pool was very nice, overlooking the river down below. The staff was very helpful and easy going. You could also order dinner at the hotel, if you didn't want to go out at night.

We couldn't find a path all the way down to the river.

We loved everything it was like stepping into the pics we saw on here, the location is Perfect 😍 the setting is out of this world, completely different to anything we have ever experienced, you really feel like you are in the middle of the Jungle, but with luxuries 😍 the pool is fabulous too 😍 the staff work really hard to keep it clean and are very attentive! the grab taxi app is fab to use to get about locally we hired a driver for 3 days who was amazing and took us to lots of amazing places ❤️ Dedari Villas is tranquil and you won’t regret booking ❤️

- located right in the heart of Ubud where most of the action was taking place, lots to see/do/explore in the area - v peaceful settings - staff were always friendly and ready to help us with anything. they even did our room up for our anniversary, really appreciated the little gesture! not to mention, they also had a 24/7 front desk and WhatsApp which makes asking for help easy

- traffic in Ubud is always very bad and even though certain tourist attractions seem so close to the villa, the traffic makes the distance even longer! - as the villa is located close to nature, expect insects in the room but this is easily dealt with the insect repellant provided in the room - not convenient if you’ve big suitcases as there are no lifts and sheltered pathways for when it’s raining. thankfully, staff were always present to help us out :) - v dark at night, no wonder they provide torches in the room

The view from our room and the pool area were just fantastic and breathtaking. The service also was great, attentive, welcoming and pleasant. The staff were super nice and the property was always clean. I really loved my iced coffee, surprisingly one of the good ones I had in Bali.

Our room was dark and smelt weird. I preferred staying outside on the terrace rather than inside. The location of the property is in the middle of a small village outside of the main Ubud area, so be prepared for it. Nothing around, not even a grocery store, and you need a scooter. We didn't bother it, but it is worth mentioning. Also, I feel like the property has so much more potential in terms of maintenance of the shared area and the pool. No drinks or food served at the pool.
