What an incredible experience we had at The Hidden Paradise in Ubud! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we felt truly welcomed. A special thank you to Ode and his amazing team – your hospitality and kindness are truly next level. Everyone is always ready to help with a warm smile, nothing is ever too much, and the genuine care you feel makes you feel right at home. The hygiene is outstanding – everything is spotless and perfectly maintained, which brings such peace of mind during your stay. And the hotel itself? Calling it “cool” doesn’t do it justice. It’s beautifully tucked away in the lush nature of Ubud, surrounded by peace and greenery. You wake up to the sound of birds, and every now and then, some cheeky monkeys come by to say hello – absolutely magical! In short: The Hidden Paradise truly lives up to its name. A place we wholeheartedly recommend to everyone!

We enjoyed this hotel so much that we booked two extra days. We stayed in the Premiere Suite, the view is fantastic, quiet, and private. The breakfast options are great, but their smoothie bowls are something special. The staff is amazing, possibly one of the best we’ve encountered so far, helping us with a scooter, car rental, and everything we needed. Please keep up the great work!

We had a minor issue with the security guard knocking on our door at 4 AM for about 10 minutes. It scared us a bit, as it was quite unexpected, but we called the receptionist via WhatsApp and she resolved the situation quickly. It turned out to be a misunderstanding — another room had requested toilet paper, and the security guard confused the room numbers.

The property is traditional Balinese style, set adjacent to a jungle valley. Our room had an infinity pool and the views were amazing! The breakfast was simple and all the food was really well prepared. Shuttle bus was great for popping into and out of Ubud town where you can find local cultural sites and markets. Staff at the property couldn’t do enough to help us. They were polite, courteous and very friendly. ‘Via’ was especially helpful and very knowledgable in organising activities for us. The staff is extremely helpful and kind, so they made us feel like in home. The place is close to the center of Ubud but at the same time is far away from the hustle and bassle. You can relax at the swimming pool or explore the area of your choice..Rich breakfast and wonderful view to the valey. I highly recommend the hotel!

The place is amazing!! The staff are so friendly.. we LOVED IT. Huey our 1 year old misses all the staff already, he really enjoyed their friendly faces.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Hidden Paradise Hotel in a premier room for two nights, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and pampered throughout my stay. The hotel's surroundings are absolutely stunning, immersing you in the beauty of nature, which perfectly complements the exceptional dining options available. The massages were heavenly and added to the overall sense of relaxation and indulgence. This stay truly felt like a slice of heaven on earth. A special thanks to Ode, Watty, and Pupu for their outstanding service and warmth. I can't recommend this place enough!

Wonderful place. a real hidden paradise. 17 minutes from loud, overcrowded Ubud. Beautiful greenery, infinity pool with a view of the gorge. Large room with a view of the valley. large comfortable beds with nice bedding. Tasty and plentiful breakfasts, possibility of choosing many dishes. Very tasty and beautiful looking main courses or desserts. Wonderful staff!!!. Always smiling, willing to help. Friendly and professional. We had an anniversary, we were surprised with a beautifully decorated room. For birthdays similarly with a cake, candles and singing Happy Birthday. I recommend to all who want to relax in greenery, silence and wonderful surroundings.

Our honeymoon stay at this property was unforgettable. The breathtaking forest views and private pool created a serene, romantic atmosphere. The accommodation was spotless and well-maintained, and the delicious, varied breakfasts started each day perfectly. Most of all, the staff’s warmth and attentiveness made us feel truly special. I highly recommend this property for a memorable and relaxing getaway, especially for couples celebrating a special occasion!

The entrance to the hotel made it very hard for drivers to come in because it was too small , but that did not affect us in anyway

The location is absolutely stunning. With a room that gives onto the infinity pool, which in turn overlooks the lush valley below, it is a truly unique spot. Friendly staff, quiet location, off a pretty street. What a spot.

Unfortunately they were doing some quite serious structural upgrades to the wall outside our room, but it wasn’t an intrusion, just had to be a little mindful walking to the room. Work didn’t start till 9 and finished at 5 and was hardly notable when sitting outside by the pool. The staff were very kind about it, and insisted if we were disturbed, they would pause work until we went out. This was never necessary.
