The location of the hotel was excellent - easy walking to Grafton Street and Ranelagh The room was very comfortable and great selection of pillows to choose from, very well maintained and cleaned everyday. I did not choose to have the breakfast as it was quite expensive and I found a lovely cafe around the corner. The staff at the coffee station in reception were exceptional.

My only criticism would be the reception staff. English appeared to be their second language and I found they were annoyed if asked a question and then could not understand what I was saying, as I was there to attend to my Aunts funeral I found them very unsympathetic.

Convenient to everything! Plenty of elevators & rest rooms to accommodate all! Lounge very comfortable - set up with lovely armchairs & tables! Restaurant & bar very convenient!

Bathrooms need exhaust outlets to release the steam better! Also a bar on side of shower would would help those of us seniors with balance problems! Otherwise the room was comfortable! Saul & Paul are keepers With their welcoming presence & always acknowledging one arriving for breakfast & in lounge! You need more people like them in your staff! I hope to see them promoted to executive positions down the road.

Well maintained property and was very well staffed. It was thankfully unlike today's matchbox sized hotels. The rooms were very comfortable, well appointed and spacious. The bathroom was spacious and had a tub bath with good quality toiletries. The staff were very helpful and professional. The hotel is situated in a lovely quiet location and yet is on the main road making public transport easily accessible to both the center of the city as well to the airport.

Being a vegetarian, I tried the very limited Indian veg dish and found it be terrible. Tasteless and with no resemblance whatsoever to an Indian dish. It would be best if they removed it from the menu altogether.

The buffet breakfast was lovely and not too expensive at 12E each morning but it would be nicer if a buffet breakfast would be included with the room as done by a lot of leading U.S. hotels now. It would also save time as the resident wouldn't have to fuss with paying each morning. Thank you.

Very clean and very confortable. It’s very convenient because there is some restaurant and pub in the area and transport. You can take the bus easily because there is a bus stop in the street to go in the city centre and in the airport but you can also go to the city centre by foot (20 minutes). The staff is very kind.

I paid 515 euros for 3 nights with booking (with free cancellation) and if I had booked the hotel directly the day before I arrived, the price was 330 euros so be careful if you plan to book a room in this hotel

Really lovely hotel, room was clean and fresh but a bit more basic than I expected for a 4 star hotel. Water provided and replenished in fridge was great. Bed was very comfortable. Food in bar was very good and all staff were helpful and friendly.

Tea and coffee available but for 4 star I’d have expected a proper coffee machine. Shower wasn’t very warm and despite turning it up it still wasn’t very warm. Very difficult to get parked, no spaces available at hotel which was advised as first come first serve so I was expecting to park elsewhere but even this proved difficult!

Room was excellent, good size too, which I prefer, great comfort. the breakfast room and food was of very high standard, one of the best I have enjoyed. not forgetting the waiting staff, very customer focused and attended the tables very well. please convey on my gratitude.

It was a shame that your bar staff, only those working behind the bar, had a lot to be desired. they were very rude, myself and my colleagues could not believe their bad manners. the floor staff were excellent, a credit to them, even the trainees. I was witnessing one of the floor staff being given a lecture by the manager, right next to me, which I thought was very unprofessional, she was so embarrassed. apart from this experience, the food was excellent and the floor staff made up for the rude bar staff.

I did not participate in the breakfast. The location was easily accessible by bus. Safe. The bed was very comfortable. The room was a good temperature. I was a little worried when I read reviews about a hot room. The staff was always helpful and professional when answering my many questions. I could not hear noise from downstairs at all, even though there was a big event going on. The sink apparatus plug broke, it was fixed quickly and completely.

I couldn’t plug in the coffee pot without moving it close to the tv because I could not access the outlet behind the desk. Same with the lamp next to the desk. Both were not a big problem for me as there was enough light and I could easily move the coffee tray. However, I know that might be annoying to some.

Our room was very nice, but needs some attention, peeling wallpaper makes it seem neglected (both in the room and down the loooong corridor to reach the room.) The breakfast was all-encompassing and delicious. The staff were friendly, engaging and attentive. We enjoyed the coffee in the evening from the bar area. Extra credit for whole milk/cream!

We wondered if we were exiled to distant rooms because we booked through booking.com? Long journey to the elevator…Also, no reflection on the hotel, but our cab driver tried to charge us 80 euros for the trip to the airport. We paid 40 euros coming in and another cab driver said the fare should be about 35 euros. Maybe a quiet word to guests hiring a cab through the concierge won’t have such a negative experience leaving Dublin.

We booked two rooms. They were adjacent to each other as I requested. Everything was good. Hotel has a great location. It is clean, comfortable, and quiet. Room service was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. They used to order a taxi for us whenever we want.

We had two problems. First, they charged my card 250 euros as pre authorization just before my arrival. However, when I told the reservation manager that I need the money in my trip, he told me that they have already made the refund and this needs couple of days. But they were returned back immediately after we left the room in the checkout day, so the refund was made too late. Second, when we requested a late checkout, they charged us 20 euros per hour per room for this service. However, this is a bad attitude especially that there are many empty rooms in this big hotel.
