The hotel is very enjoyable from the lobby area to cinema to rooftop bar to the rooms themselves. Accessibly to luas lines to an from city centre Stella cinema was a well enjoyed experience Food in laylas rooftop bar was fabulous
On street parking was very confusing I called prior to arrival and was told there was parking but very few spaces and ensuring it was paid was difficult. Also the rooms were not soundproofed traffic during the night and people walking / talking in the hallway was heard very very clearly.

This is a great hotel in a fantastic location. It's central enough to walk everywhere but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Dublin that I like to avoid. Rooms are functional but a little small and could be better soundproofed (noise coming from other rooms). Bed was comfortable and good water pressure in the shower. Would consider staying here again.
Avoid the breakfast. Everything was overcooked. Had to send my eggs back, but all items in the Irish breakfast was overcooked. I left most of it uneaten. Also - I was not checked up on during breakfast or offered another coffee. There are plenty of other places in the neighourhood to have breakfast in for better service, food and value for money.

The hotel has an Italian restaurant (a bit pricey) at the top floor and the Stella Cinemas located in the basement. We didn't have time to try either, but it was nice to have the opportunity. At he ground floor there is a great cocktail bar and a small coffee shop at the entrance. The location is very good. Close the the Ranelagh Luas station. Staff was very helpful. They offered free prosecco. The room was small, but decorated so nicely. It had an acoustic guitar and amp in it! (But I never heard anyone playing guitar in other rooms) The wifi was very fast. I could easily work from my hotel room. Our favourite part was the shower. The bathroom was very spacious, and there was a rainfall shower with plenty of hot water. There were also heated mirrors.
The bathroom sink could be bigger. There was no shelf to put toothbrush, etc. The toilet didn't have a cover! That didn't feel very hygienic while flushing. There was no toilet brush.

We stayed at the Devlin with friends of ours. We really enjoyed our stay. In particular, we really liked how much thought has seemingly gone into lots of small features in the hotel, such as the tasteful rooms and the amazing roof terrace where we had our tasty breakfast while overlooking Dublin. Also, the bar is great to get the evening started or coming back to afterwards! The hotel also had some of the loveliest staff ever, and I wanted to give Daniel a shout out who did everything to make our stay unforgettable. We will absolutely be back!
Nothing really. If anything, the rooms could do with a bit more space for your luggage.

Hotel decor, unique room furnishings. Loved that there was a steamer, dyson hair dryer and a kettle with a little hot water bottle (not that we needed it, the room was warm but it was a thoughtful touch). Marshall speaker was a great we played some music before going out. The mini bar was well stacked with options and the munchie shelf was something we haven't seen in other hotels. Price list available so you knew what everything would cost. Comfortable bed, great shower. We only stayed over for a concert, so we didn't get to check out the hotels food but we caught a glimpse of the rooftop bar and it looked great. Very nice staff, would stay again. Great location.
Nothing, the room was a bit small but we weren't expecting it to be bigger, it had everything we needed and more for a short break.

The facilities and the location were amazing! The staff were lovely and gracious and the hotel was very clean. We absolutely LOVED all the art around the hotel - ended up purchasing a piece from a local Dublin lady who we admired from the walls!!! We loved the suburb of Raneleigh and were stoked to be staying around here due to wedding activities! Lots of fun pubs, delicious food and coffee! Would be staying here again if we ever were in Dublin again.
The rooms were very small considering the price.. We are over from Australia with 2 large suitcases, and struggled to navigate around the room with one open let alone two..

This was a last minute booking and we were coming to watch the rugby at the AVIVA stadium. As suggested on the website, we telephoned to enquire about parking for the hotel and the advance information provided was so helpful. The check in was speedy and the ambiance was welcoming, friendly and top class. The hotel was full of small surprises, which make you smile, for instance, even the lifts are lovely, with the brass interiors. The room we booked was, as it said in the description, "small" but perfectly adequate. Everything was just that little bit different and the attention to detail was so lovely. The character 'old style' fridge, which was well stocked, the 'old style' radio, the 'old style' telephone, were all lovely and interesting touches; the drawer left open to show where the hair drier etc were stored, the toiletries supplied, the large towel selection, the room and general hotel décor all made the accommodation first class. We did not have time to try it but the available cinema on site is a lovely, unique feature too, We returned late and the night staff were fantastic, being both friendly and very professional. We had a couple of 'resident' drinks and Daniel, the night staff supervisor/manager, was so attentive and continued to provide us with an exceptional experience at this hotel. The lovely experience even continued as we checked out. Tina, on reception, was so friendly, genuine and professional, checking if we were happy with our stay and even offering, take-away or sit-in, complimentary tea/coffee before we left. This is not just another hotel, it was an amazing experience, and we will definitely be back.
There was NOT one thing we "did not like". We loved the hotel, the staff and the facilities.

Short walk to the RDS and easy to get to the hotel. Hotel is very modern and has a few restaurants options and a cafe during the day
The parking is located in different apartments where you have to walk for 5 mins and also the rate for the parking is 15€. We had a room for 3 people. So double bed and w bunk but the room was very very small. The third person couldn’t join us so it was only 2 people in the room and it was very difficult to move around.

The room was very clean and nicely laid out with everything you could need - kettle, Dyson hairdryer, hot water bottle and extra pillows. It felt cosy with the lights low and the heating on.
Breakfast wasn't available until 8:30, which was too late for me, as I needed to depart early. Although I raised this with reception the night before, they weren't able to help me beyond saying the coffee dock 'might' be open in time for me (it wasn't). I was refunded for the breakfast charge, but it was disappointing not to be able to get anything before I left around 7:45am.
