I like the staff the most. Very helpful and kind. Bed was cozy as was the big blanket. Was convenient to have the hotel restaurant.

Well, the handle on the inside of the room fell off my first day but I was still able to get in and out no problem. I told staff more than a few times about this, just so I wouldn't be charged for it. They offered to switch rooms but it was fine. Maintenance, was unavailable during my stay?? Oh, since my phone didn't work due to my own fault not contacting my phone company about international travel. The phone in the room can not be used to make phone calls outside the hotel.

clean and spacious, free parking.

location for walking anywhere but it was good for the motorway. I wasn’t aware of any hidden daily charges for the dog on my booking which cost me €80, this charge needs to be cleared when booking as every hotel I have stayed at charges a small one off fee. we were informed of this at the desk after arriving from Wales. what choice did we have but to pay it?

Conveniently located by the motorway with free parking. Bathroom was nice. Bed was comfortable, but very hard!

The room was very bare and had no soft furnishings at all, with a plain table and hard plastic chair to sit on. Very clean but felt like it had the very minimum required for cleaning convenience rather than being designed for guest comfort..

Loved how close it was to the tram and coach station. Staff is very lovely, breakfast is good with warm options. Dinner is also available. Friendly atmosphere. Easy to get to the city within 20 min on tram. View from my 4th floor room was very beautiful.

😊 The tram station is across a curved bridge so just know that if you come by tram or coach and have heavy luggage you may feel a bit challenged walking up the bridge 😆. Otherwise it was good fun and easy!! 😊 No complaints about the hotel.

Really nice people, good seating area by the breakfast, easy to find your way around. Good space in the shower, comfy bed and well functional window blackout. Great stay over choice for the road traveller.

Not a real negative - the premises are worn and not a place where you would spend a luxury weekend, but that is not the purpose of this hotel. It is just by the main road, which means a less attractive view outside. For the price and purpose this is to be expected.

Beds are very comfortable as are the pillows. Bedroom is basic as expected from a 2 star but has the usual kettle/coffee/tea and a small TV. WiFi is free throughout the hotel and runs at approx 60mbps which is great. Water was warm anytime we needed it for a shower. Once the windows are kept closed it's quiet. Breakfast was tasty and a selection of items for a fryup but poor selection of yogurts and fruits. 2 ladies behind the counter in restaraunt were lovely and helpful especially a wee blonde one went to back looking for an apple for my wife. Inside is clean and tidy and staff at check-in were friendly also. Despite this we personally wouldn't return.

Very poor selection of dinners in the restaraunt so we got a takeaway from a chipper 5 mins away and brought back to the room. Room itself is very warm with no climate control. TV is small maybe 19inch and low volume when turn up to max. Orange juice at breakfast was undrinkable as very watery. Car park is a bit tatty and outside of the hotel doesn't look like much but inside it's nicer.sofa bed us uncomfortable so I wouldn't recommend it as springs are felt.

The staff were great both in reception and the restaurant. There were some problems at check in but they were quickly fixed. The dinner we had in the restaurant was also good and was good value for a hotel. The hotel was a good standard for a budget hotel.

The rooms could do with some improvements/ modernisation.

The room was large and well laid out. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great, Dinner was good. The bar addequet. The entire staff was friendly, efficient and professional.

I can't really think of anything other than the bar closed a little too early and there could have been a larger whisky selection.

Friendly staff.....clean rooms....great shower.....very Quiet room......complimentary coffee/tea in restaurant...nice little bar.....menu was ok for dinner.

The waste bins in the car parks all seemed to be full....for some time.... Also, when it rained a torrent of rain water came down off the roof onto our window sill in the bedroom splashing inside the room if the window was open.....looks like gutters blocked up on the roof.

the exit from the roundabout needs to be better marked. after a very very long day of driving we missed the exit and ended up on the M50 for a 16 minute diversion.
