I fell ill and the owners really looked after me.😅 They arranged medical care. They could not have been better. The facilities were excellent. The breakfast was adaptable from a full Irish to a glass of water. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Meadows again. I had a good sized double room on the ground floor just off the entrance hall. It had an elevated outlook over trees and fields, yet was a short walk into the centre of the town.

There was nothing to dislike.

The Meadows was a very nice house. I was warmly welcomed by the host. I was given room number 1. It was very bright and it had good facilities. The room was clean and the bathroom was very clean. The heating was on and the room was warm in the morning also. There were toiletries supplied for the shower. The breakfast the next morning was a nice Ulster fry, complete with delicious potato bread. Great service and nothing was too much trouble for the host. Thank you. Enjoyed my stay.

Highly recommend this beautiful B and B. The room was spotlessly clean as was the rest of the hotel. The owners were so welcoming and lovely, and even dropped us back to the coach station when we left. The irish breakfast was fantastic with plenty of everything and tasted great. Ideally located with a short walk into town. Thank you for your true irish hospitality we will definately be back.

Lovely host - very friendly and accommodating of my late check-in. Superb spacious room and spotless facilities. Wonderful traditional breakfast - and service with a smile- Very engaging. Easily found property and superb parking right at front door - only 1 minute from town center. Good water pressure in shower - modern TV in room with all channels.

Everything wonderful.

Location to Cathedral,Town & Hillgrove Hotel. Immaculate premises & excellent breakfast & choices. Loved the fresh fruit. Also beautiful view from Room 1 of fields behind and horses going for evening stroll. Lots of help from hosts on tourist info.

Would just check access to TV stations when check-in. At first only had news stations & long list for Adult stations!! When aerial was connected properly by host had the other "entertainment" stations. Otherwise, no issues at all.

A wonderful place to stay. While I was here I became ill and Ann and Martin took care of me as if I was family. I can never repay their kindness, but I promise to pay it forward❤️. They are the epitome of Irish hospitality and the reason I keep returning to your beautiful country.

This was the lovliest place to stay, decor was lovely, bed was comfy, everything was there for you. We were greeted so warmly and offered an Irish breakfast which piping hot, freshly cooked and so tasty. I loved it and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

It was perfect, nothing to dislke.

Very fast check in, no messing around. Very friendly. The owners went above and beyond to accommodate me as I had no phone charger and Martin went searching for the right charger in his property for me to help me out. Absolute gentleman. The room was lovely. Bed was very very comfortable and very clean. Shower and bathroom was spotless with everything that was needed left in bathroom for me. The shower was absolutely AMAZING. So powerful!! Wasnt noisy in the B and B. The breakfast was lovely. Nice view of the cathedral outside bedroom window. Also the TV volume was at the perfect level this morning 🙌 Not too loud 👍

Nothing. Everything was absolutely spot on.

Breakfast was perfect. I had enough food and the dining room was very clean and comfortable. Martin, the host, was a gentleman. The communication with him was very clear at all times and he was extremely accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay here.

The distance from the hotel was excellent - we were able to walk from the Hillgrove Hotel. Also the gentleman who served us breakfast in the morning was just lovely. He was endearing, breakfast was top notch and service was A*. We will definitely be back again.
