when we arrived we were greeted with smiles all around, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. the room was clean and welcoming, we loved the balcony. the breakfast was delicious, and the staff greets you at the door and walks you to your table. my daughter dropped a plate and it broke and with in 1 min it was cleaned and one of the staff members was handing my daughter a new plate with a smile and reassurance that everything was ok. our last night at the hotel we had bought a bottle of wine from the store around the corner but did not have a wine opener, we called the front desk and the response was it is on its way. seconds later the phone rang to ask if we had wine glasses, less than 5 minutes later we have a bottle opener and 2 wine glasses. honestly it was an amazing experience and would with out a doubt recommend it to friends and for sure come again

the hotel, the design, the bed , breakfast, all was amazing! the toiletries are very good , towels clean and nice , pillows and mattress were great; breakfast is great with all fresh things and super great croissants and delicious bread varieties . staff is helpful and Sarah the room made was very very kind , nice and helpful too. we always choose the Herod palace as our best hotels among all in Eilat and will be back

we were a little cold at night and the day in the room because temperatures were down and it is not usual to be so cold in Eilat but they gave us more blankets . all the rest was excellent!

The location is exceptional with breathtaking view. The facilities are top notch with the food and service beyond the expectations. The attention to details is perfect. I stayed in Herods several times in past. Every time I concluded my visit as spotless and absolutely satisfying. This time again I was more than happy with everything. There are planty of good hotels, but the only really good ones stand out by being able to maintain consistently top quality in everything. That's why in my opinion Herods is above the rest, and I will come again. And by the way the value for money is excellent.

high-level of hospitality in the hotel. Anything you need - you receive it few minutes after you've asked for it. We have received sweets and fruits from the hotel on the day of the arriving and the next day that was really nice. There's a great view from the balcony (we've received 9th floor)

we were satisfied with everything in the hotel it should be noticed that parking inside of the Heroes palace was full all the time - but there're a lot of empty places in Heroes Boutique that's located in the second part of the building

First at all I'm an israel citizen for a long time in mu live and never had to book a room in israel, yes ive been alot around the country , asia , africa europe.. But this time i tried it and one of the best experiment i had ever , thanks for falat group and for the nicley staff in herods hotel. The reception had amazing manner , we take the card for the room within 5 minutes, The room was perfectly clean and theere was treat and wine and coockies , and the room clean the view from the 10th floor and the food they have its a 7+ hotel, Really highly recommend very friendly staff and hope we meet again

I was really impressed with the services from the beginning till the end. I stayed with my spouse and the staff of Herods made sure to gave us the best service. Special thanks to Shirley (manager) for being available for 24/7 and meeting our small/big demands. Looking forward to visit soon.

The security manager was rude and lacked professionalism.

We spent a fantastic three days as a family at the hotel. Everything about our stay was perfect. The resort was absolutely beautiful, the pool was heated and the food was delicious. The room was spacious and the staff was exceptionally hospitable. Shirly the manager was particularly helpful and made ours they memorable.

Customer service - the 10 goes to the customer service team and specifically to Nofar. Nofar is the sole reason for such a high rating from us, she went out of her way to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as it could be. The location is great too.

The hotel is tired - while the customer service was top notch, the hotel itself is dated. It needs some good renovation, refreshed furniture, etc. It seriously doesn’t feel like an expensive 5-star hotel you are paying for. Food - could be better. There are many options at the breakfast, variety is ok just the food itself isn’t good. After Nofar found out we couldn’t eat at breakfast she gave us vouchers for the lobby bar instead (that was very nice, customer service saved the day again). SPA - spa was nice but it is small and quite crowded unless u come early in the morning. Again, Nofar the Queen arranged a free entrance for us so I can’t really complain (but if I paid for it I would’ve probs been disappointed)

Perfect location, spacious and comfortable room with delicious sweet and frute plates every morning, nice beach, exelent food, 5 stars service - many special thanks to Nofar Solovey for personal approach. We definitely recommend Herods Palace for stay in Eilat.
