The location of this hotel is excellent - very central to all of the interesting locations of Jerusalem (old town, religious sights, markets). Excellent restaurants in the vicinity. Hotel was comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent, although too costly to have as an add-on to the room rate if the rate doesn't include breakfast. A bit of a grizzle about the laundry - we had a shirt and trousers laundered at considerable expense, and they came back washed but scrunched up - not ironed, so we had to iron them ourselves. Complained, but nothing done. The staff were helpful, but not the jolliest. Jerusalem is expensive - typical of other main European destinations (a shock after Egypt, which was so cheap). We would stay again.

the staff were notice which was important. they had a happy hour with refreshments most days from 5-7 which was really helpful. they cleaned the rooms daily.

For the breakfast it would have been nice to have a variety of food. Also I understand about the religious reasons but it would have been nice to know that there were certain restrictions with the food because of that in advance. They did however allow us to bring food and eat at their outside area if we wanted so that was helpful.

Breakfast was simple but comprehensive and delicious. I liked my room, I was working and it suited my needs. I was there during the Sabbath so the area was shut down and it rained most of the day Saturday so Sunday was a delightful surprise to see it come to life.

very little. The staff made my stay enjoyable. Helped me with choice of convenient restaurants and gave me interesting experiences that I do not have back home.

Location was terrific. Front desk people were great--friendly, professional, helpful. Room was a little small. Happy Hour was fun but I suggest you add beer to the drink choices. Laundry service was very good.

Construction next door was going on even on Saturday night after 9:00 pm. And started early in the morning--before 7:00 a,m.

Definitely the idea of a free happy hour is an excellent one. After a whole day touring in Jerusalem and skipping lunch because of the many sites to visit, on our way back to the hotel, after relaxing a little bit in the room, the chance to have good snacks (crisps but also healthy snacks) in the hall, was a moment of full relaxation and reward after such a long and tiring day. The people at the reception were always welcoming and willing to fulfill every request. This hotel is like Jerusalem, you feel at home! Ciao Serena

The room was fine--clean but not necessarily spacious. The staff at the breakfast room were extremely helpful and courteous . The location was right smack in the middle of everything! Location Location Location!!!!

We paid extra for a balcony room, which we were given, but it was a narrow slab that overlooked a dirty roof with trash. Definitely not worth the extra $, but didn't feel like moving. As I mentioned earlier, the breakfast waitstaff was great, but the breakfast itself was limited and seemed kind of tired, as if they put it out just to check off all the boxes of an "Israeli breakfast"

Location is very good and the staff members are great. Room are good but nothing overwhelming. Nice attention in the room at our arrival. But this small bite is all about it’s people.

Breakfast is limited and long to be refilled. Same for the happy hour, if others customer passes before and grab too much if everything the choice is a bit limited. Staff do what they can but our feeling was they were not enough members to manage the load when hotel is full.

The very friendly manager who helped us with our day trip requests and taxi to Tel Aviv. The aperitif which was a bit early to our time standard by great idea, where guests got together. The breakfast. The bed. The huge bathroom. The great location, super central. And last but not least, the athmosphere and the customers there.

Was all fine. Except maybe the garden with some tables for breakfast and aperitif but it was a bit small. Otherwise in our room we had access to the roof top with a wonderful view and Jerusalem light, but it was empty, just with a small table and two seats under the sun. A bit of a pity.

Perfect Location, quiet , comfortable sunny room in spite of cold weather, breakfast was delicious, the staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was really very comfortable.

the partition of blinds between bathroom and bedroom allowed too much light through and was disturbing. The hairdryer was not warm at all and useless to dry hair. There should be a wall ring (for support) in bath for older or less steady people to prevent them from falling in the bath.

The rooms are nicely furnished, with warm colours and finishes. The service was friendly and helpful, including booking a restaurant for us and providing a buggy to take us to our taxi, it the hotel situated on a small pedestrianised street. Fantastic central location off Ben Yehuda St. Lovely breakfast.
