Breakfast and Shabbat dinner were great. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

We had no complaints.

Situated in a very nice neighborhood and a quiet area. Close to most local attractions either by foot or by public transportation. Great for relaxation or scouting. Very welcoming front desk, smiling and helpful, assisting when needed. Room size was small yet sufficient and comfortable. Two separate beds were put together to make queen size. Very comfortable beds Clean bed sheets and comfortable pillows - thy let you choose from different types to fit your needs. Large bathroom with tab, very clean. Overall great experience and definitely will come again

Missing a pool

Everything was OK, especially the little present from the staff - a bottle of red dry wine and sweets. We have chosen this hotel because it is situated in 10 minutes from the Theatre of Jerusalem. The bus stop from and to Railway Station Itshak Navon is in two hundred meters . The area is quiet and beautiful. We did not take breakfast. The staff is just wonderful. The room is warm. Thank you

Blankets. Too narrow and short, just for ONE person only. It's better to ask for one more blanket during check-in

A lovely hotel in a quiet neighborhood fifteen minutes' walk from anyway lovely staff everywhere smiling faces who do everything to help you. A lovely roof top overlooking the city. A real pleasure.

the food We didn't like dinner, Pumpkin soup was sweet like dessert, dry chickpeas all with amounts of cumin. Unedible watermelon is a shame to serve. In the morning vegetables that belong in the bin. Very weak selection of cheeses. Breakfast is not suitable for the level of the hotel.

The hotel was exactly as we had hoped. It was small, well maintained and clean. The staff were most friendly especially Iviya and Anoush, who welcomed us, made sure we had all we needed, and were always there with a smile and a friendly greeting. All other staff were attentive, polite and friendly. This is a small hotel in a most beautiful part of Jerusalem, near the center and also the bustling district of Emek Refaim. It is not overstated, like some hotels of this size. It is a good 4 Star Hotel and we will stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Prima Royale hotel, it is very centrally located yet on a quiet street, with free parking which was a great bonus, and a really excellent breakfast! Room was not big but very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed including a fridge and some welcome treats. Staff was helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay there again!

Shower was in a bathtub that was somewhat slippery.

We have stayed at Prima Royale several times and we always enjoy the hotel. It is near to the old part of the city and is very convenient. We had nice comfortable rooms next to each other . Staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived on the first night of Pesach (Passover)and everything was very well set out for our seder meal. We enjoyed all our meals and we found everything very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the music at breakfast from the pianist.

We would have liked to have stayed on a lower floor.

Surprise in the room, personalized approach, wide selection at breakfast

The hotel is on a great location, in a Jewish part of town, 10 minutes away from old town, which is extremely good for everyday walks. The breakfast was correct, because it was kosher type of breakfast, despite hotel being visited by people all across world, who belong to other religions. The staff was extremely kind and they were always trying to make our stay better and more pleasant. Thanks to kind miss Tali, we found out a lot of things that we didn't know earlier about this place and country.

The hotel is older and requires a serious reconstruction and renewal of furniture because everything looks old and worn out.
