Perfect, modern boutique-size property in excellent location. Loved the rooftop sundeck, the room, and both property restaurants. The service was top-notch. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Would be nice if there was an outdoor pool, but didn't really impact my experience.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.. we had travelled for 27 hours in total, to find our booked and paid for taxi did not wait the extra 5- 10 minutes for us to get through customs. We realised we just should have used the hotel service. when we arrived at the hotel finally, they were so kind, the desk manger personally taking us to our room and carrying our things. That attention to detail and personal care was very much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable with amazing down pillows Don’t forget to use the rooftop bar… a fabulous spot, wonderful food and good value for money.

we loved everything….

The hotel is beautifully designed and decorated. The reception staff are helpful and friendly. Someone is at the front door to give a smile and a greeting. The concierge, maybe it was Stephan (sorry his name escapes me) gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and helped us get tickets for tours and museums. He was at the desk day and night to answer questions. The rooms were beautiful with luxury toiletries and big fluffy towels. The windows made the street noise go silent. The rooftop restaurant had a great menu with a fantastic selection of Israeli wines. The view of the Old City and Jaffa Gate from the rooftop is spectacular.

The breakfast buffet was well done with a wide range of dishes, attractively prepared. My only disappointment was that a lot of dishes had cilantro and cumin in them. I’m allergic to them. During a 5 night stay, I would have liked it if someone helped me by offering to make for example a small shakshuka or a little hummus without the spices, or even remembered what I could and couldn’t eat. On one occasion I asked if a salad contained cilantro and was assured it did not, only to find with my first bite that it was full of cilantro. I was ill all day. Otherwise I can recommend all the food and service.

I liked so much the staff, every body was exceptional !!!! The young lady at the from desk was very knowledge about the history, she took her time to explained us the history about the place and around ! she took her time even do she didn’t remember the year of something “date of the history “ she was honest and she goggle very fast and tell us the exactly date. her name is “Hila “ The con-serge the men who speak Spanish because he was born in Argentina, was exceptional, he treat me as a Queen with so much respect and actitud very kine, he ask me tell me what can I do for you to make you stay wonderful. ?? “

The property was very nice, the most I love was the room !!!! and the breakfast in our room. And the best experience was if we need something Carlos the Argentina guy ! he will be there to resolver it !!! he was cordiality, generosity, kindness and warmth.

Bar in the Concierge department was amazing. So helpful, so friendly and so professional. She is a real credit to Mamilla!

- didn’t cater for vegan - our first morning, we were woken up by constant knocking at our door because you saw us as a no show despite checking in the day before - I told one of the managers that our mattress was way to hard and asked if they could provide a mattress top. The person said they would try to arrange one and we heard nothing back - we found most of the staff no very friendly - apart from Bar who again was amazing

Amazing hotel. The room is wonderful, big enough for be confortable and very clean. We Neves use the bath tub in hotels, but was so clean that we stayed almost two hours inside. The breakfast is complete and tastyfull and the location is perfect. Inside de the Mamilla Comercial Center, in front of the Old City and has an amazing view for the walls. The staff was very nice either. We really loved!

Everything I loved, and I have high standards for hotels. Staff all knew my name and addressed me by it. Beautiful hotel; exquisite room, fantastic location, exceptionally clean. Impressive breakfast in a beautiful setting, looking at large patio with climbing vines and flowers. Waiters were fantastic. Everyone was extremely lovely and polite. One of the very best experiences ever, if not the best. Terrific outdoor restaurant. The Happy Fish.

I loved everything. They cannot improve.

The location is great, centrally located to old city and Jaffa Road. Hotel is spotless. Breakfast is plenty and top quality with lots of variety of food and beverages

The Studio room we had was limited in outlets and work space desk. These studio rooms are not practical. The bathroom has little to no space for personal items just tiny niches for storage. Nice fancy glass enclosure that can dynamically go opaque via a switch for privacy. The lighting is confusing and the light switches are also confusing. No explanation was given about the room how the lighting works etc when we the bell hop delivered our luggage. The door to the room was not self closing, a fire and security safety hazard.

Stunning property - perfect blend of contemporary design with retro features like Jerusalem Limestone. Location could not be better - a few minutes walk from the Old City, and in the heart of the modern Mamilla shopping district. Reception staff were really helpful and friendly. And the rooftop restaurant has arguably the best views in the city.

Food. It was Shabbat, followed by the Shavuot holiday, so basically 'double Shabbat' on Saturday and Sunday. Only one restaurant was open, with only four cold items on the menu. Look, you've got to respect local customs - that's why we travel. But they were also serving hot, freshly cooked breakfast every day. And the restaurant had a full hot and cold buffet (for $150 per head). It seemed a little like double standards. Bottom line: they were happy to charge us full-price room rate, yet as non-Jewish guests, were felt like an afterthought at times.
