The entire experience was terrific, from checking in to checking out. The staff was welcoming, understanding, and supportive, and the hotel facilities were superb. The vast entrance hall gives a very welcoming feeling. Moreover, the number of elevators allows travel, even when the hotel is fully booked freely and without waiting too long. The large parking attached to the hotel supports electrical charging while parking, handicapped areas, and family parking. The little details of the room were beautiful. The design is balanced and uncomplicated yet inspiring and comfortable. The showers are fantastic. There is a good stream of water, unlike many hotels these days, incredible heat, and enough room for two people to enjoy a shower. From the room balcony, we could see the city outskirts and the ocean, except one evening, the nights were quiet and comfortable. I haven't enjoyed a hotel in Israel's central district as much as I enjoyed VERT.

On one of the nights, a wedding took place in the hotel. The guests went out to the large balcony under the rooms and started singing and dancing, which was very noisy and bothering. It took about two hours to calm them down and put them back into the wedding area. The hotel staff, led by a Guest experience specialist named Tony, apologized and ensured I felt as comfortable as possible for the rest of my stay. I even got a discount when I extended my stay at the hotel.

The Vert exceeded our expectations with its unbelievable facilities and exceptional service. Toni, the amazing host, reached out to us before and during our stay, offering her assistance and making us feel incredibly welcome. The rooms were spacious and elegantly designed, providing a luxurious home away from home. We had a great experience and can't wait to return for more beautiful memories. :)

Would have liked to stay longer

Beautiful view. Very nice room. Lovely walk down towards and all along Netanya beaches and back. Huge variety at breakfast and endless quantities and very tasty. Hotel was very full and staff could improve service in breakfast room.

Service at breakfast could be improved. The hotel was very full so this is understandable to a degree. But it is something that management could work on, especially as the breakfast itself is excellent.

Beautiful area right on the water. Excellent service. Particularly impressed with Vered Elbar who helped us personally with requests for our extended family group. She made herself available for assistance beyond expectations. We had a wonderful weekend!

Pool was very crowded. Hard to get a lounge chair.

The breakfast too many options instead of many less but better bread more fruit and the long lines for coffee not good an idea have someone going around with filter coffee serving to people if anyone wants another drink is different not good bread also long lines too much food pasta is not necessary at all is breakfast the manager too tense not good either never a smile you need to have more breakfast things

Breakfast is incredible. TONS of delicious options. Beautiful presentation. Very generous and abundant! This was one of the best parts of our stay. The pool (adults and kids) are both great as well! Gorgeous view and pleasant to swim in.

I thought the room could have been a tad cleaner (but my standard is OCD). Also saw the bare mattress my 3 year old slept on (they brought up an extra cott).. yikes! But otherwise not bad. Like unsaid I have high standards. The room was cleaned daily and even twice on demand.

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly & attentive and regularly called us to make sure we were happy. Breakfast was also very good.

The swimming pool is chaotic. It is crowded and very noisy and the seating is poor. The second pool is quieter and nice beds with umbrellas. The pool is more of a dipping pool.

The views was amazing , and hotel services was really helpful and generous And it was feel like you outside of Israel. , I would like to expand on the manager of the hotel, her name is TONI, she was charming, helped us and was so patient, changed our experience to a much more pleasant and positive one, without a doubt, I will return to the hotel only thanks to her

The room was spacious with a large balcony overlooking the sea. The bathroom offered a separate bath and shower and all the amenities were restocked each day. The breakfast was endless, so many options which were constantly replenished. There were two restaurants, a bakery and a convenience store at the bottom of the hotel and the beach was a short 10 minute walk away. Would love to stay again.

The hallways looked a little scruffy but the rooms were spotless which is most important.

the shower door only opened out, leaving a flood of water outside the shower - this is poor design and nothing more (given the shower situation, more towels should be provided as we used up many to dry the floor) I spent 40 minutes on hold to reach the spa and they never answered. That was annoying. Maybe the front desk can pass messages to the spa and the spa can chase the customers instead of the other way around.
