Lovely room and bathroom. The bed was particularly comfortable. The shower was great with a large shower head and steaming hot water on a very stormy cold and rainy day outside. The breakfast was excellent. Isrotel hotels always seem to have good food! Food was set out like at the larger hotels but more compact and tastefully done. Good hot cappuccinos served at the table. The chef was in and out of the kitchen bringing fresh replenishments to the buffet. There is a very tasteful bar and lounge area.

Breakfast staff were very efficient and were friendly. We felt that the reception staff could be warmer and more expressive although they were most helpful in storing our luggage in a hurry as we were late for a dinner booking elsewhere. It was a short notice booking about 8 hours before we checked in but I had mentioned that our stay was a last minute 40th wedding anniversary treat. Even 2 tiny chocolates in our room would have been some recognition of that. Hotel prices in Israel have gone up enormously in Israel. This is not specific to this hotel.

This was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is quite new well furnished and modern very comfortable room location is great but not close to the beach - not a walking distance in hot day. Nice restaurants around. Pool is great o. The roof and team in reception very polite and friendly. Also recommended a few good restaurants around with discount to the Greek restaurants attached to the hotel

Parking is quite expensive compared to other public parking around

The hotel is very unique and has cute details the amenities are excellent, the gym is really nice it has a very unique design and has all the basic necessities the pool is also pretty and has a rooftop bar with good food and drinks breakfast was excellent as well the room is clean and has everything you’d need the area is good too not far from the beach and has nice restaurants around

the noise the hotel is on the Main Street and there’s a club across the street and this is my second time in this hotel on a weekend it’s really noisy they should soundproof the rooms you could also hear every move in the hallway

super facilities; amazing gym which is open 24/7; superb breakfast and to top it off; the pool on the roof was just perfect. clean, amazing room (509)

I had nothing to write here because the hotel was perfect BUT then when I was checking out, I got my extras bill for the hotel bar. A total absolute rip off. more expensive than any bar I’ve been to (including London and New York). it’s my fault; I should have checked - but a really basic G&T single shot is €16. madness

The staff were amazing. Friendly, very happy, and did anything to help us if needed. Noy at the front desk, Andreas at the pool, the breakfast staff, and management team were exceptional. Rooftop pool and bar were a very pleasant surprise, especially when Channel 5 were there reporting on the Euro Football up there and we were offered free beer and pizzas if we came to watch on the pool the big screen. Comfy beds, good breakfast.

Shame no room service, but not the end of the world.

the room was very good, comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff was efficient and gentle. I didnt have breakfast there, so I can not judge.

Their poo in the ceiling offers access to people that are not in the hotel, under a payment, I imagine the reason. In one of the days there was a fight between 2 guys..... one of them threw up in th swimming pool... really bad. I suggest the hotel to keep the pool for the guests only.

Exceptional breakfast with many tasty israeli options for everyone, very good coffee included. Nice room with comfortable bed, tea & coffee set, television and bluetooth speaker. Amazing rooftop pool & bar.

The pool was closed after 6 pm. There was some cockroach in the bathroom.

the noise level in the room is unacceptable - if you have a sea view, you have the pleasure of concrete mixers traffic under your window while there is a concrete factory down the road

The rooms were big enough from 2 people and the cleaning service was really great. The staff were helpful whenever we needed something. They also allowed us to use the pool even on our check-out day. The lobby was big enough to spend leisure time or study/work.

There was a big student group during our stay who created extreme noise all night long.

More business style hotel, but also very suitable for vacation. Especially if you are planning day trips and renting a car, the location is ideal. 20 minute stroll from harbour and beach, or traffic allowing, 15 minutes by car from Tel Aviv. Close vicinity to several restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff.
