Good location (near the train station and numerous restaurants). Excellent, highly engaged and caring staff. They were attentive to my requests and went beyond my expectations. The lounge, providing hot drinks and snacks/pastries after 1 PM, is awesome

Breakfast, while rich and truly amazing, is served in a small, crowded room. Doesn't feel comfortable (I still wear masks in certain spaces...) It would have been useful if they allowed to take food to the room, instead of having to rush through breakfast while “holding your breath”… (I asked: one can take food out of the dining area; but they don’t allow to take plates out and there are no useful options)

The hotel and staff were amazing and so welcoming. We were late arriving and they made that really easy and took time to give us great recommendations for places to eat nearby too. The room was brilliant and the lounge area with coffee and cakes was lovely. There was a huge selection at breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and local options. Would recommend to anyone visiting the city to stay here.

Our experience started even before we arrived. The hotel reception manager Osher really helped us sort out our booking to accommodate our changed travel requirements. He communicated via WhatsApp & email to set my mind at rest. We were warmly greeted by Ilya who also assisted us with any request, nothing was too much trouble for these 2 men. Thank you Osher & Ilya. The hotel managed my dietary requirements & made special treats for me, this was most appreciated. The rooms were spacious & clean. The hotel is situated close to the station which was so convenient (no noise from the station) A really great breakfast was provided & beverages & snacks were available all day on the 10th floor. This was a 1st class hotel experience

The location is perfect - right next to the train station. A lot of restaurants in no more that 5 min walk, which is very convenient. The room was very quiet, considering the location. It was also very clean. the bed was comfortable. The night reception person was a bit weird checking us in, but friendly enough. The daily receptionist behaved much more professionally and was very nice. Brekfast was fine.

The hotel is named "butique", but the reason for the name remained unclear to us. We could not find anything butique in it (apart for the price and toiletries). The room was very small, probably the seconds smallest room I have ever stayed in a hotel before and the other hotel price was much lower.

Incredibly attentive and helpful staff - thank you so much, Ilya, for all your help, you are an absolute star! Very nice and spacious room with amenities such as bottled water and an electric kettle with a large selection of teas and instant coffee. Excellent breakfast with a huge selection of different local foods and drinks as well as a few continental dishes. Extremely patient staff here as well. We were very late to breakfast on the last day and they waited for us to finish before clearing the buffet. Within walking distance of the Weizmann Institute of Science as well as train and bus station, Tel Aviv can be reached in about 20 minutes by car or 50 minutes by public transport (bus, train). Overall, great stay, would definitely recommend! Thanks for the wonderful week in Rehovot.

Was born in Rehovot and my recent stay in Leonardo was my first time ever as a tourist in my hometown. I have traveled extensively around the world and have experienced diverse hotels. Leonardo is clearly a top hotel, meeting high international standards. I have been rather impressed with the friendly and personal service as well as with the amenities and attention to details. The room I stayed in was large, clean and well functionalized. The complimentary business lounge, which is open afternoons/evenings, is a great idea and can save you on meals. Breakfast was excellent! Numerous choices and very generous. The location is an interesting issue. It is super convenient, as it is next to the local train station (which implies comfortable connections to the airport, other main cities, etc.). This proximity, however, means that the road near the hotel gets crowded/blocked by vehicles waiting to pick up passengers. Not the hotel’s fault, of course, but useful to know. Regardless, one can easily walk to the city center (for calibration, the main entrance to the Weizmann Institute is about 10 minute walk).

Close to the town center, very close to bus, taxi terminals and train station all withing a minute or two from the hotel reception area , helpful staff, breakfast, business lounge, quiet, comfortable bed, good views from various window angles,

The need to get tickets from the parking operator which cost 30 shekels but only allowed one voucher per entry exit. At another Fattal hotel called NYX in Herzeliya the hotel cost included the parking but allowed entry/exit into the parling area without any conditions. Leonardo should also look into this since it would be very beneficial for travelers and business people.

It was a great stay, all people are very nice, helpfull and obliging. I felt very well at my stay. The location is good. I arrived one day later, no problem with this change. Also the late checkout was not a big deal.

Great breakfast even with vegan options. Nice room, towels included as well as shower gels and more. Little present from the hotel was really kind at the beginning of the stay. Gym is present and available to use in hotel. Location near railway station was great.

The bathroom in my opinion needs a little reconstruction especially the shower. The price of the room was quite high.

The room was really nice and comfortable. It was a good size and had everything that I needed. The staff were friendly and dealt with the issues reported well.

I chose this hotel for two reasons, the location based on what I needed to do and the gym. I was very disappointed to find faulty equipment in the gym. I needed a treadmill and the machine there is broken. The Elliptical was unplugged so I didn't know if it worked at a glance. Hotels should not claim a gym if it has faulty equipment or poorly maintained equipment.
