First of all we live Alex and team at reception, so friendly so helpful and so kind. Location in Jaffa we can walk to everywhere. From the hotel walk to the water fountain 1 on the left 1 block cross the street breakfast at Double Expresso $12.00 per person sandwich with salad huge. 2 on the right go to Jaffa little town with food go to Grill restaurant with tranditional salad $96 with beef and 15 of side dipping very good. 3 go straight head to flee market and the beach. Taxi to the airport please ask Alex at reception book for you $40, tour book also ask recetrhey would love to help. We love Jaffa.

Nothing fancy, blow dry not in the room you can go to front desk and get it. our room so cute had a bacony but noisy if you like noisy no problem.

First and foremost, our stay was amazing and memorable. The interior of the hotel is old but very stylish and authentic. Feels like a real Tel Aviv experience. The room is very spacious. The location is great near Jaffa market. We arrived early morning. It was a very smooth instruction given on how to do self-check-in. The common pantry was very helpful. The lobby smells like lavender fields. I want to mention Alex who was been helpful. And also giving us assistance in getting a cab and helping us out with the postcards. Vivian was also great and very positive. Those staff are really a gem.

I hope they will provide cushion slippers for the room and have a curtain in the shower window, but overall very very great experience. I’m looking forward to staying there again when I get back and also highly recommended it to my loved ones.

The rooms were decorated beautifully and comfortably. the rooftop bar/lounge was gorgeous and easy to relax at. You did not feel pressured to buy anything just enjoy the atmosphere. All staff were very welcoming, helpful and sweet! The hotel had an upbeat vibe, perfect for a couple days to end our trip. Great restaurant across the street that serves amazing lunches. It was very very quiet!

Coffee facilities offered at front desk weren’t the greatest. No breakfast on site and from what we could tell it was about a block or so away. We had a bit of a time locating the entrance door as it is discreetly on the side of a car dealership.

Lovely room and staff.

The noise on the streets some night was deafening with road maintenance. It woke me a few times as some rooms face the Main Street. There was also a private party one night on the terrace that we were not notified about and the music came right through into the rooms. I think they could have communicated about the party. There is not much they could do about outside noise but maybe some extra glazing would help with this?

The Hotel itself is very cosy, clean and located in a perfect position to enjoy Jaffa or even going to Tel Aviv city center with public transport or a nice walk long the beautiful seaside. But what makes this place GREAT are the people working there. We were supposed to stay only one night, but unfortunately our flight back home was cancelled due to the protests going on in the city, the owner helped us and gave a room for two more nights at the lowest rate with an extra 10% discount and a free upgrade on their best room. She was very kind and available all time and gave us also very good suggestions. Definitely recommended!!!

Excellent value for miney. Spacious room and bathroom with large bed, settee, desk, shelves and lots of handy hooks in room and bathroom. Good communication from hotel prior to stay and staff were sympathetic and very helpful with information about where to buy things when the airline lost my luggage. Access by code so no key or card to worry about. Free tea/coffee/water in foyer. Good location with easy walk to beach, eateries and attractions in Jaffa. Loved the funky foyer and quirky feel. Nice rooftop terrace too.

Hotel gave quite good directions but "above the Toyata/Nissan car dealership' would have made it even clearer.

Nice location, close to the tourist center, I even managed to find a free parking in the area, room was nice too

The hotel was great. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. They have a cool rooftop and staff made you feel at home. We happened to be there for NYE where they threw a super cool party on the roof which was excellent. We made friends with the owner Ziv who made us feel very welcome and even gave us a free champagne on the house. I couldn't recommend the hotel more. Also location is great in the heart of jaffa and close to the beach.

Excellent location. Clean, well maintained. Funky decor. What’s not to like.

The only reservation was that there were times when there was nobody available at reception and nobody contactable immediately. I found this on my last day when I wished to leave my luggage after I checked out until the evening when my taxi arrived and had to take it with me for the day. Maybe I should have planned that better myself : /

The staff are absolutely amazing! all of them specially the Russian guy (which o forgot the name). They were super kind, attentive, helpful and really amazing. the place is very clean, the bed is comfortable and shower is very good. big spacious room with high ceiling. location also great if you want to be close to Jaffa.

the towels were a bit too thin but it’s a very minor non important thing. and they need to have black tea. that’s all
